The hotel is literally two steps from the train station, making it a great base for exploring the city. It was incredibly quiet – I couldn't hear a sound from outside the room, even though my window faced the railway tracks. The water dispenser on each floor is a brilliant idea – it was a lifesaver in the heat. As for negatives, and these are really nitpicks: the mattress was too soft for me and the duvet was too thick.

Great location hotel, right to the centre and walking distance from offices as well as the old town. Great initiatives to reduce emissions, with a treat left at your door when you opt out of having room cleaned for a night. You can also adopt a plant during your stay and take one up to your room. Lovely breakfast

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of the city center, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. Being on a high floor, the breakfast restaurant on the top floor offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the city, making for a perfect dining experience. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall, my stay was excellent, and I highly recommend it!

I had a great three-day stay at the Novotel. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfasts were tasty and varied. I really enjoyed being able to work out at the gym and then relax in the pool and jacuzzi in the evenings. The hotel's excellent location, close to the city center, is also a big plus. My mom and I are very satisfied and highly recommend this hotel.

Since we didn’t stay at Studio apartment Centrum Katowice because it was very dirty we choice this hotel and we were very pleased. It’s not in the center and you need a car, we wanted to stay close to highway so it was perfect. I

Hotel Katowice - tak nazywał się w przeszłości, ale z dawnego obiektu został neon wspominający dawną historię. Po przekroczeniu progu wchodzimy do nowoczesnego obiektu, który spełnia oczekiwania gości. Nocowaliśmy w pokoju typu Grand, który był obszerny, elegancki i wygodny, mieliśmy widok na centrum Katowic oraz Spodek. Do dyspozycji gości jest siłownia oraz sauna. W pokoju czekały szlafroki, ekspres Nespresso. Pobyt był udany i chętnie odwiedzę voco ponownie. Wszystkie najważniejsze atrakcje miasta są w zasięgu spaceru. Warto zwrócić uwagę na oryginalną mozaikę, która jest na dziedzińcu hotelu.

Very happy journey, a beautiful and quiet city hotel staff is warm and thoughtful and helps us find authentic Polish food. The hotel has opened a free music festival for five days in a row. This makes the Chinese feel very lucky. Downstairs is a dining street. Various cuisines come to Kato next time. Still living here

Hotel M23 w Katowicach to świetny wybór dla osób ceniących sobie nowoczesność, komfort i doskonałą lokalizację. Pokoje są przestronne, gustownie urządzone i bardzo czyste.
