Muy bonita la decoración del hotel , todas las instalaciones están muy bien mantenidas, sencillo pero con suficiente detalles , para satisfacer las necesidades básicas de los huéspedes. El desayuno no hay tantas cosas , pero tiene suficiente variedad y de buena calidad . Tiene un jardín pequeña agradable . Recomienda para alojarse , el anfitrión es muy amable y comunicador. Great, good, sized room with a good hot shower, and the balcony was useful. Itnis well located..not in old town but withing walking distance. But location is near main road and train line. Staff was helpful and friendly

The room I stayed in was the simplest so far in the trip, but the service was ok. The service at the front desk and the restaurant was very good. I just felt like something was wrong. I cried here and had an unhappy time. It was quiet, surrounded by sports fields and parks. The water in Sibiu is particularly good, sweet, and free of alkaline water.

Standarthotelzimmer. Leider konnt man die Klumaanlage nicht einstellen und es war im Zimmer sehr warm. m Bad lief die Lüftung permanent. Trotz Reklamation wurde hier nichts gemacht. Für die Beleuchtung muss man studiert haben. Die Verkabelung stimmt hinten und vorne nicht. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Mercure Sibiu Airport looks like a well-functioning airport hotel that makes its thing solid, but does not entirely meet the standard of a quite comfortable 4-Sterne-Unterkunft – rather in the area of a slightly raised 3-Sterne-Gef chair. The location right at the airport is really practical, just when you arrive late or go early, and despite the proximity it is pleasantly quiet in the quiet rooms. The rooms were clean and quiet with me, without any big disturbances, so exactly what you need when it's primarily about sleep and order. The sports area (school) I liked – it is functional and invites to a short workout, even if it is not very large or luxurious. Overall, the hotel does not feel as high as the “4-Sterne” categorisation promises: some areas are a little older and less maintained, and the impression is rather pragmatic than stylish. But for a short, practical stay at the airport it is absolutely OK, especially when a clean, quiet room and a good sports area are important.
