This hotel was beyond my expectations! We enjoyed our 2 nights stay with breakfast. The service, the staff, the breakfast, the rooms, the pool area, the kids play room, everything was 10/10. Will definitely stay here again if we visit Al Khobar!

Great Stay at Grand Hyatt Al Khobar! Stayed in a King Room with City View. Room was clean, spacious, and had a nice view. Staff were friendly and professional. Loved the indoor pool and the peaceful. Great location and excellent service overall. Would definitely stay again!

From check in to check out, the hotel staff whom I associated were very friendly. Services were efficient. The pool table was great game for the guests and the small coffee place with lots of space for private meetings was conducive.
