"The room was great. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I got a room on the 5th floor with a great view. The noise inside the building wasn't loud, but noise from outside could still reach the room. The room was fully stocked. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a variety of options. The hotel is located in a community, easy to find, and there's a 7-11 nearby. I highly recommend it.🥰🥰"

The hotel is located in the city center. There is a lot of parking. The staff is good. They opened an umbrella to pick up the car on a rainy day. The room is clean. The air conditioner cools very quickly. In the room, there is a hair dryer, soap, shampoo. There are no slippers. There are 2 layers of curtains. When closed, it is very dark.

Anonymous UserThe hotel is beautiful with a lovely little garden. The staff at the restaurant were very nice. Someone helped us with our luggage to the room. However, I have to say that the mangosteen salad with shrimp had way too much shrimp paste, and the 'yam thawai' (a type of Thai salad) had tough bamboo shoots and very little dressing. My husband ordered massaman curry and it wasn't very tasty either. The prices were quite high and I wasn't impressed. Breakfast was decent though.

B Sciberras - MaltaThis is a four star hotel and though it lives up to its star rating, some modern renovations would definitely be a welcome upgrade to this hotel.
Having said this, rooms are nice and spacious with a good sized shower having good water pressure and hot water. Aircon is very good and pretty silent and the bed and pillows are super comfy. I opted out of breakfast so I cannot comment about it. The swimming pool is rather big and looked after whilst the gym has enough equipment to train cardio or weights.
Last but not least, a thank you to the staff at the reception desk and the house cleaner who were all so kind, well mannered and helpful.
Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and highly recommend it.

Clean room, and easy access, but the wi-fi on the 5th floor was a total disaster. Basically didn't work most of the time, and when it did give a signal, it was one-bar, glacial speed - totally unable to do anything with it). If you need to do any work on your computer, this is not the hotel to stay at. Also, the shower head in the bathroom was very low, hard for a six foot foreigner to have a good shower. The breakfast was your standard Thai breakfast, with boiled rice soup and fried rice, and fried eggs, etc. - perfectly adequate but nothing to write home about. The best part is the location, right across the street from a lovely park, which is actually operated by the Thai Army - with bike lanes, walking areas, etc. and very clean. and a huge lake.
