"The room was large, but it had no functionality at all. At first, I didn’t expect much because the price was cheap, but the room turned out to be worse than I expected. There wasn’t even a hair dryer. There was no Wi-Fi information provided in the room. I had to use my phone to call the staff, then add them on LINE, and send my phone number and room number just to register and log in to the Wi-Fi. It was very inconvenient. The room was big, but that’s the only good thing about it — there was basically nothing else. Nothing at all. They provided two bottles of water, which was fine. The location is good, close to the night market. There is a 500 baht cash-only deposit. If you don’t have cash, they will keep your ID card instead. Overall, I was not impressed."

"Me and , my Fiancé arrived at this hotel B2. On the 15th of May 2026 went up to our room he started to unpack. I went to the safe to put my valuables only to find out the safe was not bolted down so went down to reception to speak to the receptionist when explained the problem she just laughed. She thought it was a joke so I said to her I will be putting this on Tripadvisor and she took no notice. I am disappointed as nothing was done about it and I had to carry my valuables with me wherever I went because I did not feel safe. My valuables will still be there when I return from my visits."

"This is a new hotel, conveniently located near a variety of food options and tourist attractions. There's a grilled meat restaurant right next door, and a bit further down, you'll find Night Ban Kho and RN Yard Market. It's also only 900 meters from Central. The price is reasonable and fair. The staff provide excellent service, and I slept very comfortably. The soundproofing from the outside is quite good, which is a big plus. They have a fitness center and a swimming pool on the top floor with a great view, and the room views are also lovely. I really enjoyed my stay here!"

"I've stayed here many times. Every time I come to Korat, I stay at this hotel. It's very convenient, very clean, and I sleep really well. Why is it so clean, tidy, and comfortable? The breakfast is also quite good."

"The hotel located in a small alley. It was nice and quiet as it was a bit further away from main road, I had a peaceful sleep. Mattress was tougher than my preference but still fine. The down side would be neighbour did slam the bathroom door very loud and it did wake me up since early. Breakfast was nice and humble, I did enjoy Thai food a lot!"

First, it should not be listed as a hotel because there are no other amenities other than the provision of rooms. U have to do self check in using only LINE. The other listed options like WhatsApp, etc do not work. Second, there are no sign boards indicating SHIN hotel leading to the place. On Grab app for transport, u can only find it using Korat Archery Club. Third, it is 20 minutes walk from the 80th Anniversary King's Stadium. I had booked this location because I was there to watch the ASEAN Para Games. There are only 2 provision stores and 2 small eateries within walking distance from this accommodation. The room is decorated in Japanese style. If you only need a place to stay within walking distance from the stadium and the cluster, then perhaps you can consider this choice.

There was a slight lack of advance notice that after 8 PM, there would be no staff available... ✨ ️But the room was overall clean and tidy, with beautiful colors and soothing earth tones. ⭐️ The bed was moderately soft and had plenty of pillows. 🚿 The bathroom was newly renovated and clean, with a small supply of soap and shampoo. .... However, my friend couldn't get into the hotel because no one was there to open it for her. We had to drive to get the door opened for her.

I was incredibly impressed from the moment I got out of the car; the staff were so welcoming. And I even won the lottery with my room number! LOL! This place brought me good luck. I wish I could stay for a week. When I come back, this is definitely where I'll be staying – I've fallen in love with it!

Everything was good – the furniture, the view, the room. However, I wish the room smelled better; it had a musty odor. Plus, I don't think it was cleaned thoroughly because there was a lot of dust around. The first thing I saw when I entered was a cockroach, but the staff were very quick to fix it and moved me to another room. Unfortunately, that room had the same musty smell, and I'm not sure why. The smell made it very difficult to sleep; if I hadn't been so tired from work, I wouldn't have been able to sleep at all.

It is a hotel with a beautiful natural lake view. The bedrooms are spacious and have good standard equipment. Breakfast is a delicious buffet that meets standards. Considered worthwhile It is a good hotel for the price.

Everything else was fine; the room was spacious and clean. The only real issue was the parking. On the day we stayed, we had to compete for spaces with soldiers attending an event, and with our young baby (just a few months old), we couldn't find any parking spot whatsoever. Also, they didn't replenish the breakfast items, even though it was only 9 AM and there were still many guests coming down to eat. I'm disappointed with this return visit; it's simply not the same as it used to be anymore.

Price of room same on trip vs walk in. The room wasn't cleaned well. Floor felt greasy and there was a lot of random hair lying around. Bed was comfy especially given the price of the room. However cleanliness is questionable. Fyi the fridge shuts off when you remove the keycard from the room. My ice and desserts melted while we were away for the day.
