"The room was large, but it had no functionality at all. At first, I didn’t expect much because the price was cheap, but the room turned out to be worse than I expected. There wasn’t even a hair dryer.
There was no Wi-Fi information provided in the room. I had to use my phone to call the staff, then add them on LINE, and send my phone number and room number just to register and log in to the Wi-Fi. It was very inconvenient.
The room was big, but that’s the only good thing about it — there was basically nothing else. Nothing at all. They provided two bottles of water, which was fine. The location is good, close to the night market.
There is a 500 baht cash-only deposit. If you don’t have cash, they will keep your ID card instead.
Overall, I was not impressed."

"Me and , my Fiancé arrived at this hotel B2. On the 15th of May 2026 went up to our room he started to unpack. I went to the safe to put my valuables only to find out the safe was not bolted down so went down to reception to speak to the receptionist when explained the problem she just laughed. She thought it was a joke so I said to her I will be putting this on Tripadvisor and she took no notice. I am disappointed as nothing was done about it and I had to carry my valuables with me wherever I went because I did not feel safe. My valuables will still be there when I return from my visits."

"This is an affordable boutique-style accommodation with a great atmosphere. There are plenty of parking spaces. The hotel is a bit hard to find as it's located deep down a soi (alley), but if you come from the other side, it's not far from the main road.
The lobby also sells Bath & Body Works products, in case anyone wants some fragrances for their room.
There's a really cute, big cat at the hotel! 😆🐱 I recommend staying here so you can play with the cat."

merey tanFirst, it should not be listed as a hotel because there are no other amenities other than the provision of rooms. U have to do self check in using only LINE. The other listed options like WhatsApp, etc do not work.
Second, there are no sign boards indicating SHIN hotel leading to the place. On Grab app for transport, u can only find it using Korat Archery Club.
Third, it is 20 minutes walk from the 80th Anniversary King's Stadium. I had booked this location because I was there to watch the ASEAN Para Games. There are only 2 provision stores and 2 small eateries within walking distance from this accommodation.
The room is decorated in Japanese style. If you only need a place to stay within walking distance from the stadium and the cluster, then perhaps you can consider this choice.

Joanna7The hotel was exceptionally clean. Free coffee for breakfast was a nice surprise. Overall it's good for budget travellers, but there were 2 issues. First of all, no hot water in the shower. It was slightly warm at most. The second thing is that there is a gap between walls and the ceiling of the toilet (like in public toilets). That means your roommate will clearly hear you poop, so maybe consider another hotel if you are in a new relationship.
I also prefer to have shower gel and shampoo in big dispensers instead of small (10ml) bottles. It's better to reduce single use plastic.

A very good sized bed although maybe the mattress might be a little firm for some guests. Good storage space for clothes and a good sized bathroom- A very good breakfast choice to complete a very enjoyable relaxing stay. ✨ ️But the room was overall clean and tidy, with beautiful colors and soothing earth tones.
⭐️ The bed was moderately soft and had plenty of pillows.
🚿 The bathroom was newly renovated and clean, with a small supply of soap and shampoo.
.... However, my friend couldn't get into the hotel because no one was there to open it for her. We had to drive to get the door opened for her.

I wish I could stay for a week. When I come back, this is definitely where I'll be staying – I've fallen in love with it!

นี่เติ้ลเองEverything was good – the furniture, the view, the room. However, I wish the room smelled better; it had a musty odor. Plus, I don't think it was cleaned thoroughly because there was a lot of dust around. The first thing I saw when I entered was a cockroach, but the staff were very quick to fix it and moved me to another room. Unfortunately, that room had the same musty smell, and I'm not sure why. The smell made it very difficult to sleep; if I hadn't been so tired from work, I wouldn't have been able to sleep at all.

Great location, with lots of small food stalls on the back streets. The room was comfortable and clean, though some of the hotel's facilities are a bit dated, and the electrical outlets were a bit loose. Overall, it was still pretty good.

Price of room same on trip vs walk in.
The room wasn't cleaned well. Floor felt greasy and there was a lot of random hair lying around.
Bed was comfy especially given the price of the room. However cleanliness is questionable.
Fyi the fridge shuts off when you remove the keycard from the room. My ice and desserts melted while we were away for the day.
