The staff was friendly and accommodating, making my visit even more pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great experience in Charleston.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in an excellent location, within 10 minutes from the Isle of Palms beach. The breakfast area was a nice amenity with good food selections.Housekeeping was pretty good, although they did not vacuum the room, a requirement for me for beach area hotels. Also, the bathroom in the room we were assigned to had not been serviced by maintenance in a while. The tub was aged with areas of rust in the tub near the drain, and an un-repaired shower bar near the top entrance of the tub/shower. We may use the hotel again with reiteration on expectations and an agreement that such expectations will be met.

GGuest UserThis is our favorite destination near Charleston! The property is well maintained. It has everything we need from pools, hot tub, fire pits and a gym. There is a fantastic restaurant on site called The Fish House. The Reel in bar is a fun place to grab a cocktail.
What makes this place so special is the wonderful guest service. Thank you to the manager Ryan and Sophie for our beautiful room with a view. It was a perfect stay!
