GGuest UserThe room was very comfortable and roomy. The location was located very close to restaurants and shopping. The hotel was very quiet and made sleeping at night easy without loud noises or disturbances. The only downside was the limited amount of cable channels or there being no access to streaming services such as Netflix or Hulu. Overall the stay was great and the channel situation doesn’t take away from that. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

GGuest Userthe bathtub was so slow to drain that even the quickest of showers warranted standing water above the ankle. also room service failed to do their job on one of the days. we were able to get clean towels from the desk, without the offer of having the room cleaned / tidied up.

1. Good location, not far from major attractions;
2. Beautiful environment, adjacent to high-end community, surrounded by small lakes, convenient supermarkets and restaurants;
The room is comfortable and clean;
4. Breakfast is very rich and the meal is fast;
5. All services are in place.

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at the hotel in Mount Pleasant, Charleston. The facilities were excellent, and I especially enjoyed the gym and pool. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making my visit even more pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great experience in Charleston.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in an excellent location, within 10 minutes from the Isle of Palms beach. The breakfast area was a nice amenity with good food selections.Housekeeping was pretty good, although they did not vacuum the room, a requirement for me for beach area hotels. Also, the bathroom in the room we were assigned to had not been serviced by maintenance in a while. The tub was aged with areas of rust in the tub near the drain, and an un-repaired shower bar near the top entrance of the tub/shower. We may use the hotel again with reiteration on expectations and an agreement that such expectations will be met.

RRiyuezhongguangwuzhimingSea view room, nice view, the equipment is a little old, but it can be used normally, the bedding is very high-end, free parking, not far from the bridge, strongly recommend everyone to go to the bridge, very close to the aircraft carrier park, 5 minutes walk, there is a free shuttle bus to the ancient town, in short, a good hotel
