Cheap Hotels in Santiago

"Perfect location, opposite Station Alameda, a few minutes from Estacion Central, fluent English speaking staff, big, clean, quiet room wizh a bathtub on 13th floor. Unfortunately left too early (off-season !) for the Airport, could not enjoy breakfast. Hotel should seriously consider offering paid early check-in before 3 p.m. Many international flights arrive around noon."

"Close to the airport, I always stay here for my layovers, and I've been here many times. The rooms are good. The front desk service is inconsistent. Sometimes it's great, but other times they're very strict about check-in times, refusing to let me check in before 3 PM even if there are available rooms, and even though I'm a Wyndham Diamond member. The restaurant food is decent, but a bit pricey by local standards."

"This is a good hotel to stay in Santiago, great location, clean/prompt room service, fairly new facilities. But not yet living to the claim of ”the best” hotel in Santiago from my experience. I travelled with my family of 2 seniors, 2 adults and one 2yo toddler. I booked two rooms for two nights - delux king with view (1110) and club level king (1704). After check in, the experience is flawless: prompt room service, extremely friendly and accommodating staff and modern facility. Not to mention the views! However, pre/post check-in experience needs some polishing and made my experience imperfect: - staff did not help at all when we arrived: no one helped us at all when we arrived in a uber (black) with 2 big luggage and a crying toddler at the hotel door. there is a bellboy holding someone elses' luggage and a security-looking guy in black suit standing there near our car. But no other guests they needed to attend to. They both just stared us from when we get out of our car, trying to grab the toddler that's running around crying, getting two big luggages from the trunk until half way into the revolving door. No one opened/held the car door, or even asked if we needed any help, they just stood there staring at us for the whole period! (maybe we were underdressed for the best hotel?) I almost thought their job was not to help guests out of their cars but apparently not the case with other guests. - check out took so long and no special consideration for guests in a rush:They made a mistake in my final bill so I had to go through the line and talk to someone instead of dropping off the keys. even though I mentioned I have a flight to catch I still had to stay in the queue with other guests that are checking in. I was delayed by a good 20 minutes.... there was a long line but only 3/4 counters were used though there are plenty of staff. Everything else was perfect. But being one of the most expensive hotels in Santiago I certainly expect a better experience with the above two points."

"I stayed here in Chile. The surrounding area has some safety issues, but the hotel's security is excellent. As long as you don't go out at night, there's no problem. The rooms were also very clean, and considering the price, it was an excellent value for money hotel. The front desk staff were also friendly, so I highly recommend it."

"Nice safe location, good price, nice breakfast and comfortable bed. Room large enough to open two large suitcases and air con was comfortable in summer. Would stay again if I come back to Santiago."

"The hotel is so beautiful and clean. Staff is very kind and welcoming. The spa is amazing you have a complimentary hour per day to enjoy it and other treatments are available for a reasonable price. The swimming pool is in the rooftop, is quite small but not many people is there. The restaurant on the top is superb, a bit overpriced but the food quality is excellent. Breakfast worth it."
