"I brought my family to Xilamuren Grassland this time and we stayed at the Saibei Inn. The inn is right on the grassland, so stepping out, you're greeted by endless plains. The view is incredibly open and the air is fresh. In the mornings and evenings, you can enjoy a cool breeze, which is really refreshing. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding tidy, and all the basic amenities were provided, making for a comfortable stay. Both the owner and staff were very warm and genuine, always willing to help when needed. It's also very convenient for sightseeing around; horseback riding and other grassland activities are all nearby. You can even enjoy the grassland nightscape in the evening. We had a great experience with both the food and accommodation here. I highly recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to the grasslands."

"The front desk sister is thoughtful and temperamental. Cleaning aunt cleans on time every day and fills up daily necessities such as washing. The wifi network is stable, the hotel is close to the park and the surroundings are quiet. Staying for two weeks is very good, there is a chance to come 👍"

"It was my first time staying in a motorhome, and it was beyond my expectations. The Starry Sky Motorhome was very bright and spacious, and the scenery outside the window was beautiful. We watched a yurt performance here, and the children rode a small train and played go-karts. The bonfire party was very exciting, and we all danced together. The next day, we also watched lambs in the pastoral area and drank Mongolian milk tea. I would like to mention that the housekeeper, Miss Li Jiamin, was very warm and considerate in her service, and the children liked her very much."

We were fully worried about how tricky it would be to find and reach the hotel at first, expecting a stressful journey navigating the area. But the management team stepped up with incredible kindness, extreme accommodation and genuine hospitality from the very second we contacted them before arrival all the way through check-in, our entire stay, and even our check-out moment near the hotel entrance. Every single member of the management team treated us like beloved family, not just random paying guests. There was zero cold, robotic hotel service here—they cared about every small worry we had, offered help without us even asking, and always greeted us with warm, sincere smiles. During our whole trip here, we never once felt like we were far away from our own home; their thoughtful, wholehearted care wrapped us in comfort the entire time we stayed. "All resorts are remote from Hohhot, so we took a Didi from Hohhot to the resort. It took 1:50 hours. They resort itself is really nice. The yurts are comfortable and clean. There are plenty of activities that you can do around the resort. Just talk to the service people. We did horse riding, go car, saw a Mongolian show and every evening there is a fire show at the resort. A worker drove us to the activities. The food at the restaurant was a bit pricey but high quality."

The dinner and show were fantastic—featuring original-style Mongolian traditional dance and singing that felt authentic and captivating. Both lunch and dinner were excellent, and we were especially impressed by the Lamb Bao served at breakfast. Overall, the service and warmth from the people were genuinely good. That said, all the costs were quite expensive compared to what I'm used to after living and traveling in China for more than 10 years. I would recommend the horse riding off the main area, as they suggest, but the Happy Ranch was not that fulfilling—most of the rides and activities there weren't worth the time or money. That's an external activity though, so no discredit to the hotel itself. While we didn't end up using the actual amenities, the hospitality and cultural performance alone made the visit worthwhile. Balanced Short Version (Google/TripAdvisor): Great experience thanks to one of the owners, who personally organized activities for us. The dinner and show were a highlight—original Mongolian traditional dance and singing that was unique and impressive. "This trip to the grassland was particularly happy. I was very touched to see the simple words and deeds of the sheep and herdsmen on the grassland. The boss arranged for us local attractions and let us enjoy the price of the herdsmen's family. The money actually doesn't matter if you come out to play well for the purpose, but the little boss doesn't give more. Very principled, very business philosophy, when we left, give us two bottles of horse milk wine as a gift, in short, this stay is particularly satisfied, really recommend, will come to this store next time! ! ! ! "Come here for a business trip to the wind farm, live in the small fat hotel, the small boss has a very good service attitude, and all needs are met. There are 7 or 8 rooms in the yard. Sleeping at night is quieter and the room is clean! Facilities: There should be everything! Toiletries are available! Hygienic: clean and tidy! Environment: Quiet and comfortable! Service: Good attitude!"

"Bringing my kids to Xilamuren was an amazing experience, and choosing Saihan Homestay was the best decision! The room was spotless and tidy, with a cozy setup and full amenities, perfect for families. The owner and staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and provided excellent service. The guesthouse surroundings are beautiful, with grassland scenery right outside the door. They also have a private parking lot with free parking and a complimentary bonfire party. My kids had an absolute blast! Our one-night stay was fantastic, and it offers great value for money. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the grasslands!"
