"I initially chose another hotel, but wasn't satisfied. Then I came to Lan Ou Hotel, and it felt like a breath of fresh air. The room has a big bed and a comfortable sofa to lounge on. It's located next to a residential area, so it's super quiet at night for sleeping. They even offer Fujian local snacks for breakfast! The hotel front desk service is also very attentive; they were still actively answering questions even near midnight. I'd recommend this place to anyone flying in or just arriving in Fuzhou. Plus, it's close to a street full of delicious food. Definitely avoid hotels near the highway; they're noisy at night. In short, if you're in Fuzhou, choose Lan Ou!"

"Beyond expectations! We stayed in a deluxe triple suite on the 22nd floor. It was on the same level as the complimentary afternoon tea and breakfast, which was very convenient for metro access. The view was expansive, and while the afternoon tea selection wasn't huge, the taste was excellent. The location is great, and the staff were very attentive. A special shout-out to the lady who set up our extra bed – she was incredibly kind and went back and forth many times to get blankets for us, a definite thumbs up! 👍👍 We visited during the off-peak week after the May Day holiday, so the price was also very reasonable. If I had to nitpick, I'd say check-in at the front desk could be a bit faster, and the water pressure in the shower wasn't quite strong enough. This trip also gave me a new appreciation for Shangri-La; I'll definitely check their prices first next time."

"This hotel is located right within the Three Lanes and Seven Alleys scenic area, seamlessly blending in with its attractions. At first glance, you might even mistake it for one of the old mansions! The 'Fuzhou' stone at the entrance and the walls covered in firecracker flowers draw plenty of people for photos. They offer exclusive, special services: delicate snacks, fresh fruit, and a warming, small alcoholic drink. **Room Facilities**: The rooms are entirely Chinese-style. The elegant peony mural above the bed, symbolizing 'spring filling the garden,' and the black-themed furniture are arranged very comfortably. **Value for Money**: Overall, Fuzhou hotel prices offer good value. Coming back from Chaozhou, the difference in room quality for the same price is quite significant, so I think the value here is really high. **Breakfast**: Served at the restaurant directly opposite. While the variety isn't huge, it includes local specialties like oyster omelets and 'Laohua' (a local noodle soup). I heard it used to be at another Michelin-starred restaurant – I hope they can switch back to that one next time! **Bed**: Large and comfortable. **Hygiene**: Clean. **Parking**: There's a dedicated parking lot, but since the entire scenic area has stone slab paths, pushing a suitcase is a bit inconvenient. Also, cars can't reach the hotel entrance directly, so you have to walk a bit. Our driver wasn't familiar with the area, which led to a longer detour, making it quite inconvenient. **Room View**: Opening the wooden lattice windows, you see ancient, quaint surrounding walls. **Location & Transportation**: Right in the Three Lanes and Seven Alleys scenic area. For going out, entering from Tonghu Road is more convenient. **Service**: I felt at ease as soon as I arrived. The uncle at the door carried all my luggage to the room and gave very detailed instructions and explanations. I even thought he was the owner! [Thumbs Up] The most thoughtful touch was the preserved plums – they were quite tasty. However, on the second day, the uncle only placed my luggage outside. If it could have been taken all the way to the roadside, I think the service would have been even more exceptional. **Bathroom Facilities**: Bright and spotless, with a powerful shower. The hotel's facilities and decor are all very ancient and elegant, exuding a tranquil charm. Looking at the large koi, I feel like I could spend an entire day just in the hotel."

"Best hotel in Fuzhou. Nicely located with a tranquil and peaceful environment. Service was great, especially the concierge. They are very helpful and service oriented. Every staff greet their guest whenever you enter. Room service was prompt and responsible. The West Lake view was awesome. Good for morning run and evening stroll. A lively and historical place. Places of interest were located nearby, museums, panda park, walking streets. Ample of local restaurants and stores. Local people were kind and friendly. I will stay again in this hotel for my future trips to Fuzhou."

"I was very satisfied with this hotel. Upon arrival, they upgraded my room, and for the May Day holiday, they even prepared a festive welcome gift – a truly delightful surprise! The room was an Executive King, very spacious, and even included a hot tub with bath salts for a relaxing soak. The slippers were of good quality, not the usual disposable fabric type. Breakfast selection was quite good for a four-star hotel, featuring hot dishes. You could even customize your own hot pot with options like beef eye, fish balls, and more. It really had a distinctive Fujian flavor."

"I chose Me Hotel in Fuzhou simply because it's new. Upon arrival, I was immediately impressed by the staff's warmth and attentiveness. The room was quite luxurious and comfortable, and the hotel's location is super convenient, with the subway right at its doorstep. It's much quieter and offers better value for money than staying in the Sanfang Qixiang area. I definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Fuzhou. Fuzhou is a city rich in culture, and its civility is evident in all aspects – the service staff are generally high-quality, and ride-sharing cars are clean and tidy. It's a city worth visiting again and again."

"Service: The service was incredibly attentive and efficient. They were very quick to respond to requests, definitely a five-star experience. Environment: The view was fantastic, overlooking the Min River. We got to watch the sunset, which was absolutely beautiful. Facilities: The TV wasn't a smart TV, so we couldn't cast anything to it. Hopefully, they'll update that soon. I really liked the toiletries, though. Breakfast: There was a good variety of options, but the taste was just average. It was extremely crowded, and there was a lot of waiting in line."

"Found this 400-year-old house in the ancient city, a quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle. It's said to be designed by the renowned Asian designer He Huawu, and the historical essence is truly evident in the spacious common areas. You can read, enjoy tea, or practice calligraphy here. The rooms are rustic, beautifully restored to their original charm, and very comfortable. There's a large collection of books available for guests, which I loved. The aged white tea was mellow and smooth. The in-room facilities were comprehensive and decent. If I could suggest improvements, I'd say the shower hot water control could be more flexible, and the toilet paper holder in the bathroom could be a bit higher."
