New hotel, clean and hygienic. The front desk staff were warm, thoughtful, and polite. Special thanks to them for upgrading my room! The staff member at the breakfast noodle station was also incredibly enthusiastic; I wasn't even planning on having noodles, but she convinced me to try a half-bowl, and it was delicious. The hotel's main entrance is right next to a spacious parking lot, which is very convenient. The hotel is also very close to the airport.

The hotel is very thoughtful, offering a free pickup service from Fuzhou Station. You can book it directly with the front desk after placing your order. The directions provided were very clear, which made our trip much easier. The 2.4m large bed in our room was perfect for sleeping with a child, not at all cramped. It was great, and we'd definitely stay here again if we get the chance.

The hotel staff at the front desk were excellent, and the lobby was bright and clean. The room was dust-free and spotless. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. The towels and bed sheets were freshly disinfected, and the towels were individually wrapped, which made me feel very secure using them. The staff provided meticulous service, responded quickly to requests, and were polite and thoughtful. The room was spacious and didn't feel cramped, with great natural light and ventilation. It was quiet and peaceful at night. The surrounding area is well-equipped with convenience stores and restaurants nearby, and transportation is convenient. The facilities are well-maintained and look new, making for a great stay.

The environment is excellent, and the service is very attentive. Afternoon tea and breakfast are both provided. Every day, when you open the curtains, you're greeted by the clear blue sea, which is incredibly satisfying. **Facilities**: Very complete. There's even a charging point for the electric scooter we rented. **Cleanliness**: Clean and tidy. They even provide face towels, and the toilet is sterilized. **Environment**: Facing the sea, with a warm and vibrant floral view. **Service**: Everyone is enthusiastic, and shuttle service is available.

This was our third stay, and we continue to be impressed. 🛏 Room Comfort & Cleanliness The room was very spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. We stayed on the 5th floor, and our room had a balcony overlooking the garden of the breakfast restaurant, which was a lovely view. Despite the central location, the room was very quiet — we could not hear any street noise at all. 🤝 Service The hotel staff were warm, friendly, and helpful. We especially appreciated that they allowed us to store our luggage securely for a week while we traveled to Wuyishan and Xiapu. 🧴 Amenities Toiletries were well supplied and replenished adequately. Overall room facilities meet 4-star standards. 📍 Location & Connectivity The location is excellent and extremely convenient: 1) McDonald’s and Yonghui Supermarket (永辉超市) are right beside the hotel. 2) Directly opposite is the large shopping mall 五四印象, offering numerous dining options (including a Japanese restaurant), optical shops, beauty and hair salons, and many fashion retail stores for both men and women. 3) It is only a 10-minute ride to Fuzhou Railway Station, making it very convenient to travel to other cities in Fujian and even neighboring Zhejiang. 💰 Value for Money The room rates are very reasonable for the comfort, service, and convenience offered. Excellent value overall. 🙏Areas for Improvement 1) The breakfast buffet has a limited selection and could offer more variety. 2) The metal fence on the balcony is rusting and would benefit from repainting or replacement. 🌈Overall A highly recommended 4-star hotel with excellent comfort, service, and strategic location. We will definitely return again.

The hotel is not far from the subway, with Line 1 directly reaching Fuzhou Station and Fuzhou South Station, and it's also quite close to Sanfang Qixiang (Three Lanes and Seven Alleys), which is super convenient. We booked a 1.5-meter queen room, and the front desk directly upgraded us to a 1.8-meter king room – absolutely fantastic!

Pros: 1. The location is excellent, very close to the scenic area. It's super convenient for dining and shopping. There's also a Sanfu and a 7-Eleven downstairs, and Cotti Coffee from the first floor can be delivered directly to your room. 2. The front desk staff's service attitude was great; they pretty much fulfilled every request and even agreed to upgrade our room type. Although it was a less desirable 'end room,' it was acceptable. When we needed disposable chopsticks, cups, etc., they brought them up without hesitation, and extra blankets were provided free of charge. 3. The room's overall cleanliness was good. The bedding was clean, with no stains or hair. The showerhead in the bathroom also had no water marks or limescale. Thumbs up! Cons: 1. The hotel seems to have been open for quite a while; the linens are pretty old, which made me a bit hesitant to use them. There were large oil stains on the table surface; I tried to wipe them off, but they wouldn't budge, which was a bit off-putting. I hope they can add a tablecloth to cover it. 2. Please remember to disinfect the sink in the restroom; it had a strong odor. 3. The message board needs to be cleaned; there were pencil shavings as soon as I opened it. 4. Disposable items like the toothbrush were quite poor. The toothpaste and toothbrush were surprisingly separate, and the toothbrush was very uncomfortable to use—too big and too hard. 5. The pillows were average, and there were no special sleep pillows or buckwheat pillows available.

The B&B is located in a residential area, close to schools. The courtyard has a charming, antique design, and our upgraded room came with a hot spring pool, which was lovely for a soak before bed. The toiletries and bedding were also good. The only downside was the noise on weekday mornings – the school's broadcast exercises and the sound of electric drills from nearby renovations could disturb guests who wanted to sleep in. This is, of course, out of their control. Breakfast was ample, with default items plus a good selection of choices. The mixed noodles, multigrain porridge, and corn were all delicious!

This environment is particularly suitable for our group's vacation trip. The room is simple and bright, and the price is affordable and considerate, making us feel secure and comfortable, just like being at home. The hotel decoration is simple yet grand, with new and complete facilities, and the toiletries are complete and good to use. The hygiene is meticulously maintained, with no strange smells, and it's quiet at night. The service is thoughtful and meticulous, and all needs are responded to in a timely manner. The value for money far exceeds hotels of the same price point.

The hotel's location is great, just across the road from the beach. I could go for a swim and watch the sunrise in the morning, and go again in the afternoon. The only downside was that they stopped allowing swimming at 6 PM, which was a bit too early and cut our fun short. Luckily, the hotel staff were very helpful; they kept telling us how to go chase the 'blue tears' (bioluminescent plankton), which made it still worthwhile.
