"What impressed me most about this stay was the catering department. Both breakfast and afternoon tea were delightful surprises: afternoon tea on the day of arrival even featured Starbucks. The next day's breakfast had watermelon with the rind on, which was incredibly sweet and juicy, tasting as if it had just been picked – something rarely found in Shanghai. The cakes were made with real cream, fresh and not overly rich like vegetable shortening. The soy milk was rich, and even the zongzi (rice dumplings) clearly showed whole chestnuts and meat, clean and substantial. Honestly, it was even better than the breakfasts I've had in Macau hotels! The service and environment also added significantly to the experience. As soon as I arrived, staff members proactively helped with my luggage, and they were incredibly friendly. Guests can add the butler on WeChat, which is super convenient for tips on nearby dining and entertainment. And that gun display on the first floor really caught my eye, haha. Moving on to the room, it was spacious and felt comfortable from the moment I opened the door. The smart design was impressive, and the details really stood out: the magnetic message board by the TV was a thoughtful touch, and the landscape painting, along with the Wong Tai Sin and lion photos above the bed, created a wonderful ambiance. Housekeeping was efficient; when I requested an extra blanket, it was brought up to the room immediately by a friendly and courteous staff member. The practical aspects were also spot-on. There's a Starbucks on the first floor and a kids' game area, and it's very close to scenic spots, making getting around easy. The shower water heated up quickly, ensuring a very comfortable stay. There's even a camping tent outside the hotel; if I hadn't been rushing to a scenic spot, I would have loved to relax there for a while. As I was leaving, the front desk even gave me some snacks, which happened to be my favorite flavor. While new facilities are a given, it was the small details and the human touch that truly won me over. Overall, I was extremely satisfied; it was a very relaxing and reassuring stay. 🌿 I'll definitely be back. P.S. When a stranger at a scenic spot asked me which hotel I was staying at, I told them the hotel had provided afternoon tea and I needed to head back to rest. The stranger enviously said they were going to switch hotels, hahaha. Seriously, highly recommended!"

"The hotel's location is excellent, and the large parking lot makes parking very convenient. There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The room isn't huge but it's quite clean, and the hot water supply is ample. The air conditioning was a bit noisy. The breakfast selection was decent, and the food tasted really good; they even use Yunnan beans for their freshly ground coffee. The staff were all very friendly and courteous to guests. It's also a pet-friendly hotel, highly recommended!"

"The hotel is quite close to Jinhua's Wuzhou old town area (婺州古子成). A room with a view lets you see that and a nice Pagoda as well. There's a shopping mall not too far away. The beds are comfortable and the space is nicely maintained. The buffet breakfast is not cheap but is really good. A couple of small things make this not reach 5 stars in my opinion. The AC kept turning on and off but couldn't keep a steady temperature. I don't think they brought enough water bottles considering how hot it is. The In-Room coffee is just a basic powder packet. The packaged toiletry items didn't include a razor or any cotton swabs. I would consider coming back. But I would just as likely try other big hotels in the area."

"What surprised me most about my stay at Atour this time was the soundproofing. Despite lively neighbors and cleaning carts passing by in the hallway, my room remained perfectly quiet. I could work late into the night completely undisturbed, which was a huge plus. The amenities continued Atour's quality standard: the custom herbal toiletries produced a rich lather and had a soothing scent, and the bathrobe was thick and soft against the skin. Even the mineral water was a premium brand; these small details show their attentiveness. The air conditioning's temperature control was precise, with quiet airflow that didn't blow directly on me, keeping the room at a constant, comfortable temperature all night, allowing me to sleep incredibly soundly. The front desk even proactively helped me with a late checkout; their service was gentle and thoughtful. I'll definitely choose Atour again next time!"

"The hotel is in a good location, in the city center, very convenient for shopping and entertainment. There are also Guzicheng, Bayong Tower, and Wanfo Pagoda nearby. As soon as I arrived at the hotel lobby, I saw the hotel's deputy manager Zhang warmly welcoming guests and providing thoughtful service. The room facilities are complete, newly decorated, soundproof, large, and the lobby environment is elegant. There are also robots delivering food. I like it and will stay here again next time. Recommended!"

"Out of all the hotels I've stayed at, this one is a must-recommend! From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming, and there were even snacks waiting for us. The room service was excellent, with complimentary laundry, foot soaks, and late-night snacks. The room itself was clean, tidy, and well-equipped. Any request we had was quickly addressed by the staff, who were consistently enthusiastic and helpful. We even received a small gift when we checked out. The whole experience was fantastic, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm here! The Sunshine King Room has great lighting, but being street-facing, it can be a bit noisy at night."

"Stayed for two nights during the Chinese New Year. The pavilion view room on the 4th floor offered a great view. Standard rooms on the first floor, however, can feel a bit dark and stuffy due to the surrounding greenery. Overall, the service was excellent. The cleaning staff were very polite, and they didn't charge me when I lost a room key. The entire property is well-maintained, and it's right next to a park. Since it used to be the Asian Games Village, there are still many sports-related elements in the hotel and the park. While the breakfast selection wasn't huge, the option to pack food was a thoughtful touch, and managers were present in the restaurant throughout to supervise. My only complaints would be the poor soundproofing in the room and the not-so-great hairdryer."

"The hotel's location is convenient for getting around, and there are plenty of dining options nearby, including many local Jinhua-style 'fly-restaurants' (small, authentic eateries). The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the room was very comfortable."

"The hotel is easy to find, with free parking. The main entrance is right next to the mall entrance and many shops, which is very convenient. The call service person is very friendly and will try to meet your requirements carefully. The room has no odor, is quite comfortable, and has a nice view, but the soundproofing is not good. We can't hear the TV clearly, but the neighbors will be disturbed. The attitude of the on-site waiter also needs to be improved. The 7-year-old girl just turned 120 and the breakfast is charged 29. The front desk asked for a bottle of water but there was no water 😆. I hope to improve it."

"The room was spacious, bright, and clean, with brand-new bedding. There was parking right in front of the hotel, and the young lady at the front desk was very skilled at directing us into a spot. She also recommended the main attractions and introduced us to some really authentic local specialties like ”Jinhua Subing” and ”Lao Li Bing.” They even upgraded our room, which was a very pleasant surprise. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next visit to Jinhua."
