The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities, making for a very comfortable stay. The front desk and room service were both warm and attentive, responding promptly to requests. The bedding was comfortable and soundproofing was good, so I slept very well at night. The overall atmosphere was cozy and it offered great value for money. I was extremely satisfied with this stay and will definitely come again.

Consistently excellent, as always. I've stayed at the Wyndham Garden Hotel for over 10 days in the past two months. The afternoon tea is exquisite, and the breakfast is nutritious and plentiful. The hotel is surrounded by all sorts of convenient amenities. It's truly a worthwhile stay for business trips to Yiwu, especially their gym and basketball court.

Five stars, highly recommend! The tent experience was absolutely divine 🌌. The environment is tranquil and stunning, backed by green mountains with expansive views. During the day, you're fully immersed in nature, creating an incredible atmosphere. The tent itself was clean, tidy, and odorless, with spacious and comfortable interiors. The air conditioning works great, and the private bathroom has plenty of hot water. The bedding is soft and luxurious, perfectly blending glamping romance with hotel comfort – no feeling of being rudimentary here at all. The butler service was thoughtful and attentive, responding promptly and meticulously to every need. The surrounding scenery is incredibly photogenic and super healing. It's the perfect escape from the city's hustle and bustle, offering maximum relaxation and healing. An excellent choice for a getaway, I'll definitely be back!

The hotel is right next to a Marriott, and it's only a 7-8 minute walk to the Yiwu International Trade City District 1 East Extension. The staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and food deliveries could even be brought to the room by a robot. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely choose to stay here again if I'm in the area.

The hotel boasts an excellent location in the heart of Yiwu, right next to Yiwu之心 (Yiwu Zhixin) and Intime Department Store. We originally came to Yiwu International Trade City with friends, and staying here was very convenient. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helped us with our bags and luggage, even escorting us to the elevator. The breakfast was also fantastic – very generous and delicious. I'd definitely choose to stay here again if I'm back in Yiwu. Highly recommended!

Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel Rating: ★★★★☆ We recently stayed at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel during the national holiday in China, and overall, our experience was quite enjoyable. Here’s a breakdown of our stay: **Location: 浦江仙华檀宫国际度假酒店 **Check-In Experience:**   We arrived at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us warmly and provided all the necessary information about our stay. However, the English was limited, but at least it was smooth and no hassles.   **Room Comfort:**   Our room was spacious and well-appointed. We appreciated the comfortable king sized bed, view, huge bathtub, cleanliness, and spaciousness. However, as a coffee lover, there was only one serving of coffee, so when we woke up the next morning I was quite upset that only myself was able to enjoy an early morning coffee. Nevertheless, it was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. **Facilities:**   The hotel offered various facilities that enhanced our stay. We particularly enjoyed facilities like a fitness center, indoor pool, hot springs, table tennis and the pool table. The breakfast buffet was delightful, offering a mix of local and international cuisine. **Service:**   The staff was exceptional. They were always available and eager to assist with any requests. Their friendly approach made our stay even more pleasant. The front desk manager Kang was super friendly and arranged for the coffee bar to open earlier the day we checked out. **Room for Improvement:**   While our overall experience was positive, there were a couple of areas for improvement. We traveled with our 7 month old daughter and the noise and maintenance were quite unpleasant. However, these didn’t detract significantly from our enjoyment. **Final Thoughts:**   This international hotel is just a few minutes' drive from the city, offering a serene escape with a beautiful exterior. Guests are welcomed by a picturesque fish pond, vibrant gardens, playful rabbits, and a designated play area for kids, making it an ideal family-friendly destination.  In addition to comfortable accommodations and expected amenities, the hotel provides a relaxing environment for guests of all ages. Would we return? Absolutely!

The room was very clean. Before coming, I was worried about a strange smell from the carpet, especially since it's an old hotel. But when I arrived, the carpet was clean and had no odor. Sita at the front desk even gave us a free breakfast upgrade, which we hadn't booked originally. A big shout-out to her, everyone should look for Sita! The breakfast was indeed rich and varied, and my child loved it. We chose this hotel to visit the Yiwu International Trade City. It's just across the street from District 1 East Extension, within walking distance. Turn right out of the hotel's main entrance (Xinguanghui West Gate), enter through Gate 12 of District 1 East Extension, and take the elevator on your right straight to the fourth floor. It's full of trendy small commodities, absolutely bustling with people. We spent an entire afternoon just exploring the fourth floor and were so tired we had to go back to the hotel to rest. The hotel's location is extremely convenient. However, there's no doorman at the hotel lobby entrance; you just walk in by yourself after getting out of the car.

It’s a nice hotel with decent facilities and comfortable rooms. However, they only have a Chinese traditional restaurant, which might not suit everyone’s taste. Cleanliness is just average — not too bad, but not great either. Overall, it’s okay for a short stay, but there’s room for improvement. Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ (4 out of 5)

I had booked a stay at the Yiwu International Hotel, but due to a last-minute change in my itinerary, I couldn't check in as planned. However, the hotel staff's incredibly thoughtful, efficient, and responsible service left me with a perfect experience, and I couldn't help but write this heartfelt positive review! Before my trip, I had a large number of online purchases delivered to the hotel's B0 level, planning to pick them up and use them during my stay. But due to the unexpected itinerary change, my travel plans were altered, and I couldn't check in on time, leaving numerous packages at the hotel that I couldn't personally retrieve. The issue of how to handle these multiple packages immediately made me anxious; with so many items of varying types, self-handling would be very troublesome, and traveling back and forth from another location was simply not feasible. Taking a chance, I immediately contacted the hotel staff and explained my special situation, requesting that all stored packages be located, packed, and forwarded to a new address. I expected such a non-standard, additional request would be complicated and likely rejected, but to my surprise, the staff member was incredibly thoughtful, promptly accepted the request, and proactively and patiently handled my unique needs throughout the entire process. After clarifying my request and recipient information, the staff member wasted no time and immediately went to the storage area on the hotel's B0 level. Following all the shipping information I provided, they meticulously searched for and verified each package one by one. Because there were many stored items, finding, verifying, and categorizing them required a lot of time and effort, but the staff member was thorough and organized throughout, not missing a single item, and successfully helped me gather all the stored packages. After locating all the packages, the staff member did not handle them carelessly but followed up on all subsequent procedures. They carefully helped me verify the number of packages, their appearance, and the integrity of the items. After confirming everything was correct, they meticulously organized and packed them, ensuring the multiple items were properly arranged to prevent bumps or loss during transit. Simultaneously, they proactively kept me updated on the progress at every step, making the entire process clear and transparent, allowing me, despite being far away, to be completely at ease and worry-free. From locating, verifying, organizing, and packing to arranging forwarding, the entire process was seamless, professional, and efficient, perfectly solving my problem of being unable to pick up items from a different location and needing urgent forwarding. The service attitude throughout was gentle, patient, and proactive. Faced with a guest's sudden and special request, there was no perfunctory response or shirking of responsibility; instead, their exceptional service details resolved all my concerns. I've always believed that truly excellent hotel service isn't just about the room environment and facilities, but more about the unexpectedly warm service and the sense of responsibility in resolving issues. Yiwu International Hotel truly practiced empathy and thoughtful service for its guests, treating a guest's small matter as a significant one. Many thanks to the staff for their hard work and thoughtful service! This special service experience made me feel incredibly warm and made me truly remember this hotel as one with warmth, responsibility, and quality. The next time I come to Yiwu, I will definitely prioritize staying here and will not hesitate to recommend it to my friends!

The room was great, especially the warm reception from Butler Xu. From the moment we checked in, he helped us with our luggage, introduced us to fun places nearby, told us what to look out for and what to bring when soaking in the hot springs, and even switched us to a room with a better view. He told us to reach out to him if we needed anything. The hot springs were really comfortable and effective for relieving fatigue. I'll definitely go back with friends next time.
