Had a great experience! They really paid attention to the little details when traveling with kids. First off, when checking in, they noticed I had a child. Even though the booking was for two breakfasts, they proactively offered a complimentary breakfast for my child. Before, I've often had to pay a small extra fee, but my child never eats much, so sometimes we'd just eat out. This thoughtfulness truly showed they understand the needs of families with children. Also, the bedding felt great—pure cotton and quite thick, and there were six pillows! The quality for the price was excellent. The decor was also lovely. A suggestion: it would be helpful to have a sign or tip at the entrance for taxis. It's best to set the GPS location to a specific securities entrance because the main hotel entrance has a fence, and drivers stay on the main road and can't get through. The first time I ordered a taxi, I waited 7-8 minutes, and when the driver arrived, they didn't know or didn't go to the front intersection to wait for us and just canceled, which wasted a lot of time.

Our overall stay was fantastic! The room was spacious and immaculately clean, and it even came with an air purifier, which was a really thoughtful touch that made our stay extra comfortable. The bathroom amenities were complete, with disposable facial towels and bath towels provided – the attention to detail was truly heartwarming. The front desk service was a huge plus. The staff were so gentle and enthusiastic. When we came back from an outing, they even gave us afternoon tea vouchers, so we could enjoy some delicate pastries while we waited. Upon check-out, they presented us with local specialty snacks. There were pleasant surprises throughout our entire stay. It offers excellent value for money, and I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip!

Five stars, highly recommend! The tent experience was absolutely divine 🌌. The environment is tranquil and stunning, backed by green mountains with expansive views. During the day, you're fully immersed in nature, creating an incredible atmosphere. The tent itself was clean, tidy, and odorless, with spacious and comfortable interiors. The air conditioning works great, and the private bathroom has plenty of hot water. The bedding is soft and luxurious, perfectly blending glamping romance with hotel comfort – no feeling of being rudimentary here at all. The butler service was thoughtful and attentive, responding promptly and meticulously to every need. The surrounding scenery is incredibly photogenic and super healing. It's the perfect escape from the city's hustle and bustle, offering maximum relaxation and healing. An excellent choice for a getaway, I'll definitely be back!

Check-in was super fast, and the room had no strange smells. All the facilities worked perfectly, and the environment was quiet and peaceful. It was really convenient for getting around for business. I felt very secure staying here, truly a top-notch hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, and all the staff were very polite. The concierge communicated smoothly, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to get some great rest. I'm extremely satisfied with this stay.

Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel Rating: ★★★★☆ We recently stayed at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel during the national holiday in China, and overall, our experience was quite enjoyable. Here’s a breakdown of our stay: **Location: 浦江仙华檀宫国际度假酒店 **Check-In Experience:**   We arrived at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us warmly and provided all the necessary information about our stay. However, the English was limited, but at least it was smooth and no hassles.   **Room Comfort:**   Our room was spacious and well-appointed. We appreciated the comfortable king sized bed, view, huge bathtub, cleanliness, and spaciousness. However, as a coffee lover, there was only one serving of coffee, so when we woke up the next morning I was quite upset that only myself was able to enjoy an early morning coffee. Nevertheless, it was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. **Facilities:**   The hotel offered various facilities that enhanced our stay. We particularly enjoyed facilities like a fitness center, indoor pool, hot springs, table tennis and the pool table. The breakfast buffet was delightful, offering a mix of local and international cuisine. **Service:**   The staff was exceptional. They were always available and eager to assist with any requests. Their friendly approach made our stay even more pleasant. The front desk manager Kang was super friendly and arranged for the coffee bar to open earlier the day we checked out. **Room for Improvement:**   While our overall experience was positive, there were a couple of areas for improvement. We traveled with our 7 month old daughter and the noise and maintenance were quite unpleasant. However, these didn’t detract significantly from our enjoyment. **Final Thoughts:**   This international hotel is just a few minutes' drive from the city, offering a serene escape with a beautiful exterior. Guests are welcomed by a picturesque fish pond, vibrant gardens, playful rabbits, and a designated play area for kids, making it an ideal family-friendly destination.  In addition to comfortable accommodations and expected amenities, the hotel provides a relaxing environment for guests of all ages. Would we return? Absolutely!

The hotel is connected to the Xingguanghui shopping mall on the second floor, and the International Trade City is just a short walk away, making business trips and sourcing much easier. The guest rooms feature panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, offering expansive high-altitude views, perfect for enjoying Yiwu's city nightscape in the evening. The overall decor is understated and elegant, with soft bedding and a well-designed bathroom with separate wet and dry areas, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options, including local specialties. The front desk service is attentive, and the heated pool and gym facilities are comprehensive. Whether for business travel or a short leisure trip, it's a very reliable choice in Yiwu. Version 2 (Detailed Review, suitable for platform use): My recent stay at Shangri-La Yiwu was excellent. The hotel is situated in the World Trade Center building, a 215-meter city landmark, and its location is its biggest highlight. A second-floor skywalk directly connects the hotel to the Xingguanghui commercial district, offering one-stop dining and shopping. The International Trade City is just across the street, making it incredibly convenient for business travelers and sourcing trips. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were prompt in their responses. I stayed in a high-floor room, and the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows provided outstanding views. During the day, I could overlook the city streets, and at night, the city lights created a fantastic atmosphere. The room's overall style was mature and understated, well-maintained, and spacious. The mattress had a comfortable medium firmness, and it was quiet at night, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area and was equipped with a bathtub and a full range of toiletries. The only minor drawback was that some appliances felt a bit dated, not quite matching a brand-new luxury aesthetic. The hotel breakfast experience was a highlight, offering a good balance of Chinese and Western cuisine, with a comprehensive selection of Yiwu's local flavors, such as freshly cooked wontons and Donghe roubing (meat pancakes). The hotel facilities are excellent, with a heated high-altitude swimming pool and a gym available for use, allowing guests on extended business trips to maintain their fitness routines. Overall, this hotel stands out for its prime location, high-altitude views, and the consistent Shangri-La service standards. It's highly recommended for business travelers and merchants visiting Yiwu.

This is a very quiet, neat and clean hotel with all service boxes covered. You get a lot for the little money you spend. On check in you receive a coffee voucher which I immediately spend in the Hotel coffee shop. When I checked out, and needed to wait for my transport to show up, I was offered another coffee from the hotel coffee shop. The coffee shop, which serves excellent coffee, also serves as breakfast restaurant. Good choice of food and again a clean and modern layout. (has an interesting space saving set-up of the tables.) The only thing, probably only noticeable by foreigners, is the height of the benches and couches in the hotel. It feels like sitting on the floor. (A bit too low for my taste)

The vibrant fruit tea, with its fresh fruit slices, was visually refreshing and instantly appealing. I initially just poured a cup to quench my thirst, and it was delightfully sweet and crisp, bursting with fresh fruit flavor. I casually complimented the front desk staff on how good it was, and their reply genuinely surprised me: the hotel's complimentary daily welcome fruit tea operates on a seven-day rotation, with a completely different special blend offered each day of the week. This means every guest who visits can enjoy a unique, specially crafted tea. After learning this detail, curiosity led me to extend my stay for a few more days, and I was thoroughly impressed by the hotel's dedication. On Monday, I tried the pineapple iced tea – a single sip delivered the crispness of pineapple and the sweetness of preserved plum; it was absolutely divine. I won't go into detail about the other varieties, but there were seven distinct flavors over seven days, balancing hot and cold, sweet and savory, to cater to different seasons and guests of all ages. During hot summer days, they feature refreshing and detoxifying iced fruit teas, while on rainy days, they offer warm, stomach-soothing hot brewed teas. Even the fruit used in the ingredients is freshly sourced daily, rejecting concentrated syrups, ensuring every sip delivers genuine fresh fruit aroma. Many hotels treat welcome drinks as a perfunctory, standard service, believing that simply providing water is sufficient. Few are willing to invest the time, effort, and cost to constantly change their recipes daily. However, this hotel goes above and beyond in such a seemingly minor detail. There's no forced consumption or marketing gimmicks; it's simply their desire for every guest, each day they arrive and depart, to experience a small sense of freshness and ceremony. For business travelers constantly on the move, a different fresh fruit tea each day can alleviate travel fatigue and reduce the feeling of unfamiliarity in a new place. It's not just the lobby tea that's thoughtfully prepared; you can feel the same meticulous approach in the in-room amenities and staff service. The seven-day rotating fruit tea, while seemingly a small gesture, reflects the hotel management's core philosophy of truly prioritizing the guest experience: not cutting corners on any detail, not neglecting any guest, and transforming ordinary basic services into something fresh and delightful. Standardized service is common, but hotels willing to continually refine subtle details and proactively create small surprises are rare. A daily changing fresh fruit tea, though inexpensive and not large in quantity, is packed with genuine sincerity. In the future, every time I visit Yiwu, I will definitely choose this hidden gem of a hotel. I sincerely recommend it to all friends traveling or on business here. Seeing true care in the little things – that, perhaps, is the most moving aspect of a good hotel.

The room was clean and hygienic. Housekeeper Xiao Yang was incredibly thoughtful; she called in advance to ask about my arrival time and sent me the hotel's location. She even turned on the air conditioning beforehand, so the room temperature was perfect and comfortable when I arrived. She clearly explained the itinerary for activities and important注意事项 (things to note). She also helped with my luggage, showed me around, and gave recommendations for good food and fun places, which was really considerate. Highly recommended!
