"Traveling with family, the guesthouse is located not far from the main gate of the village, which is also the starting point for exploring the village. It's especially beautiful at night when the lights are on. Outside the village gate is a square, and you can even watch performances from the guesthouse upstairs, perfect if you want to avoid the crowds. There's a small river in front, and the flowers in the courtyard are exceptionally vibrant. The owner also has an adorable 8-month-old dog. The room itself is clean and tidy, and the owner is incredibly kind, offering tips on what to do and recommending great food. We had a wonderful trip overall."

"The room was very clean, and the service was top-notch. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The high-speed train station pick-up and drop-off service was punctual, and they even created a chat group beforehand to share important information. I was very satisfied with this travel accommodation experience. Highly recommended! They also upgraded us to a suite last minute, which was fantastic! The room had an amazing view, and being right at the village entrance was super convenient."

"The rooms were spotless, and the butler service throughout our stay was incredibly thoughtful. What really blew us away were several things: ① **Personalized Butler Transfers**: We didn't have to handle our luggage at all. The complimentary high-speed train pick-up and drop-off, even for our group of four, was in a comfortable business van. ② **Excellent Food & Drink**: The afternoon tea was incredibly generous, and the breakfast was of high quality. ③ **Unique & Abundant Beverages**: There were about eight or nine different drinks available. We could enjoy unlimited refreshments just by visiting the front desk. Every time we returned, the staff thoughtfully asked if we'd like anything to drink. They even offered unique glutinous rice wine and Cili juice. ④ **Attentive & Warm Service**: The butlers were incredibly welcoming upon check-in, check-out, and whenever we returned. They’d greet us with phrases like ”Have a pleasant journey,” ”Enjoy your stay,” and ”Have fun!” They were also proactive in answering our questions about getting around and providing recommendations. ⑤ **Superb Room Comfort**: This is arguably the most crucial aspect of a hotel stay, and we were truly surprised by how comfortable our room was. The views were great, it was clean and tidy, and all the amenities provided were high-end. From Dyson hairdryers to toothbrushes, cotton swabs, and bath towels, everything was of excellent quality and very effective. ⑥ **Engaging Evening Entertainment**: The complimentary folk song performance at 8:30 PM was fantastic. It was wonderful to see people from all walks of life come together to enjoy the distinctive local melodies. Thank you, Biyin, for all the services provided during our trip. It's like the ”Haidilao” of guesthouses – full of unique character, great ambiance, and exceptional service. It even surpasses the best in the service industry, like Macau, leaving a lasting impression. We'd repurchase without hesitation! If you're visiting Zhaoxing Dong Village, this is a no-brainer."

"It's not possible to not give a perfect score to this homestay.The owner couple is so hospitable and genuinely warm.Due to the low season, I was upgraded to a bigger room with a great view of the padi fields. Room is tastefully decorated, very clean, warm, just that there's no separation of wet and dry area in the bathroom. The breakfast was superb with fresh starbucks capsule coffee available. There's a nice cafe opposite the homestay and bus station to the nearby Tang An village (for stunning terrace views) is only a short walk away."

"Facilities: The facilities are new and complete, as it's a newly opened establishment. The interior decoration is excellent, very clean, and beautiful. The bed is super comfortable; it's not overly soft like some hotel beds, but a very pleasant mattress. There's also a smart toilet, TV, hairdryer, etc., making it very convenient. Cleanliness: It's very clean. The ground floor has a spacious and bright lobby with modern decor. The rooms feature large floor-to-ceiling windows with beautiful views of the rice paddies. Both the room and bathroom are spotless, with no unpleasant odors, which made our stay feel very secure. Environment: Located in Shangzhai, the environment is very peaceful and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the village center. We slept wonderfully at night. Plus, the room windows are soundproof; once closed, you can't even hear the rain outside, which is truly commendable 👍. I think staying here is better than other B&Bs in different locations, and it's also closer to the Tang'an Terraces. Excellent. Service: Compared to the facilities, cleanliness, and environment, the service is the most praiseworthy! They provided timely pick-up and drop-off at the high-speed rail station, helped with our luggage, and offered complimentary coffee and water. Any issues were promptly resolved by the front desk staff. The owner was also very accommodating. When leaving, knowing we hadn't visited the viewpoint, he even offered us a ride up to take photos. Overall, my family and I were very satisfied with this B&B booking! If we have a chance to visit again in the future, we will definitely book here again! Highly recommended!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would love come back! + really nice, open and warm hosts/staff: we felt very welcomed, had really sweet conversations, got great recommendations for activities and places to visit in and around zhaoxing, were picked up from the train station, were invited for tea and youcha and even got a room upgrade + clean, comfy and spacious rooms with great views and aircon + great location - right at the village entrance in a calm street close to all major attractions + easy and fast communication via wechat"

"The room was very nice and spacious, with good lighting and large windows. The facilities were complete, the air conditioning was powerful, the room was clean, the toilet was clean, and all disposable toiletries were complete. The owner was warm and hospitable and patient. He provided shuttle service to and from the scenic area multiple times. When I contacted him, he responded promptly and was always online. He gave us discounted tickets for the bonfire party and even chatted with us in the evening while we drank local glutinous rice wine. There's also a restaurant downstairs, which is very convenient. I'll be back next time!"

"The housekeeper proactively called us before check-in to add us on WeChat, and they responded to messages instantly. They were warm and polite. The pickup vehicle and driver were also waiting on time, providing excellent service. The room was clean and tidy, the bathroom glass door was sparkling, and the view from the window was lovely. The toiletries in the room were comprehensive, all from good brands, and they even provided a disposable bathtub liner, alcohol spray, laundry detergent, and moisturizing spray. The safety measures were also top-notch; it was my first time seeing a room equipped with not only full fire safety facilities but also an escape rope. The breakfast was well-balanced and delicious. Most importantly, the price was affordable, and it's pet-friendly with no extra cleaning fees! I truly hope this generous guesthouse expands and thrives, opening more locations in other places to give pet-owning road trippers like us more options. Please don't let those who try to take advantage and lack manners ruin your spirit. Just a small suggestion: put up two signs at the turn-off for the hotel, and add a few lights on the uphill path, as it's very dark walking back at night and easy to miss which turn it is!"

"The location of this hotel is good, it’s near the the bus stop to take the free shuttle bus to Tang an terrace fields. The hotel owner or person who received us was super friendly. She helped one of us with our luggage and gave us a full plate of fruits when we arrived. The hotel person was so nice, we told her that we have quite alot of Taobao parcels and she helped us with our Taobao parcels, and all of it arrived on time to the hotel. The view of the room was so good and comfortable, it was a pity that we only stayed for one night. The breakfast was also delicious. Highly highly recommend this hotel!"

"Wonderful homestay with all comforts. Modern amenities great wifi and close to centre but quiet. Excellent host who tried her best to communicate and make us feel comfortable. Great coffeshop on road nearby whose owner has perfect English ( and great coffee) who was a mine of information on local places to visit."
