"We loved Yuran Hotel, especially its location by the river and within walking distance to Danxia mountain park and its original and quirky design. The rooms were comfortable and there are lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The breakfast was plentiful but wasn't really to my taste and I had to buy a coffee in their coffee shop as no coffee was provided. The gym was a lot smaller than I had imagined too. But these were minor details and I'd recommend this hotel."

"The hotel is very close to the scenic area, just a few minutes' walk away. The room was spacious, clean, and the bedding was comfortable. The staff were warm and attentive. We had dinner at the hotel, and the steamed chicken was delicious. Breakfast was simple but had all the essentials, and we enjoyed it very much."

"The hotel room is spacious, with a 1.8-meter king bed, a 1.5-meter bed, a chaise lounge, and a desk and chair – perfect for a family of three. The bathroom is also very large, and the overall cleanliness is excellent. The hotel itself is a bit older, so the furniture is a bit dated. The front desk service was quite good; we paid an extra 50 yuan for three breakfast vouchers. Breakfast was decent, much better than the noodle shop to the left of the hotel. That noodle shop charged 20 yuan for a bowl of beef brisket noodle soup, and there was hardly any brisket – they claimed brisket was expensive, but seriously, avoid that place. There's a washing machine and dryer on the first floor. I forgot to take pictures of the room, so I've added a few photos of Danxia Mountain scenery instead."

"The hotel's location near the service center is incredibly convenient for getting around, and the facilities are very new. The young man who checked us in was extremely polite. However, the hotel has numerous issues that don't align with its overall positioning. For example, when we checked in, I specifically asked for a quiet room, and the front desk voluntarily upgraded us to a deluxe king room (7347). When we were trying to sleep that night, the entire room was enveloped in a rumbling noise, making it impossible to sleep. After we reported the issue, a woman in a red vest came, and her first words were that she knew the noise was coming from the air pump outside our room. She then offered to move us to another room. By this point, it was past 10 PM, and after exploring all day, we really didn't want the hassle of moving. So, we went to the room they assigned us, 6321, and the nightmare began again. This room faced the main road, and we had car noise all night long. Furthermore, the hotel accommodates many tour groups. You're very likely to encounter a group of elderly ladies dancing in the hallway by the elevators in the evening. We received gifts upon both check-in and check-out. But I wouldn't recommend staying here."

"The hotel is right at the door of the park gate (the one to access the cable car) and in a quiet and pleasant location. The front desk staff was lovely and even offered to upgrade me to a slightly bigger room. It was clean although the bathroom was small and had an unpleasant smell (although it was clean). Overall, a decent place to stay, and the location is definitely the area to sleep if you visit Danxia mountain. I stayed 2 nights and if you want to explore the whole park, 2 days sound about right."

"The location is very convenient! Going over, the left hand is the entrance of Danxia Mountain, and the right hand side is the water Danxia Pier at night. Chatting with them, I learned the owner used to be a chef in Shenzhen, and his cooking is delicious. Highly recommend the braised duck with kudzu root and the beef with pickled bamboo shoots."
