Upon arrival, I was immediately upgraded to a scenic suite. The entire check-in process was pleasant and reassuring. The garden was beautifully maintained, and the room layout was exactly my style—fresh and simple. All facilities were complete, and Butler Pan provided attentive service and meticulous cleaning. A very satisfying stay! Highly recommended! (After checking in, I accidentally slipped and fell. Butler Pan promptly provided a fully equipped first-aid kit, cleaned and bandaged my wound—kudos!)

I highly recommend this B&B! The owner is incredibly warm and thoughtful, providing attentive care throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. The room was clean and tidy, the environment was quiet and comfortable, and all the facilities were readily available. It offers excellent value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit!

BBenjamin and RhonaWe are very happy with our stay. The establishment is very beautiful with amazing decorations and a calm environment. The views are amazing. I highly recommend staying on the 5th floor so you will have views of the valley. The restaurant is unusual with a river running through. We also like the cock in reception. The host is also very nice and even checked on us if we were too cold in the night.

We stayed here as a family with our child during our autumn trip to Danxia Mountain, and it served as a perfect and convenient base. The biggest advantage is its proximity to the Danxia Mountain scenic area. It saved us a lot of commuting time with a young child. It was also a reasonable drive to/from Shaoguan railway station. The rooms were clean and spacious enough for a family. The amenities met our basic needs. As a family, we particularly appreciated features that made our stay more comfortable (consider mentioning any specific amenity you liked, e.g., ”the on-site restaurant had good options for the child” or ”the room layout was convenient”). The staff was helpful. For family travelers, efficient service is key, and they assisted us well with directions and local travel tips. I would recommend this hotel to other families visiting Danxia Mountain. Its location drastically reduces travel stress when exploring the park with young children. It's more about practical convenience and comfort than luxury, which is exactly what we needed.

The host family are super nice, friendly and helpful. They were interested to talk with you and help you figure out your plans. Location is super convenient it’s just a 15 minute walk. Unfortunately, it’s outside of parking area and cannot park Hello bike in front of hotel, so you need to park back to the tourist entrance and walk back to the hotel. They’re willing to upgrade my room and give me a bigger room. There are two washing machine on rooftop and drying rack.  A lot of uncles are sitting in the living room and smoking, so a lot of time you can smell the cigarettes

The Pause House had the perforce location in the Danxia park area. It was very close to a bus stop for the tourist bus. The host at the desk was extremely helpful and aided me in booking tickets for attractions like the cable car and the ferry ride. My room was comfortable and beautifully painted. The breakfast in the morning was so filling and they took into account my dietary needs. I would recommend it!

SScc48Amazing owners and staff. The location is a bit remote but near Danxia mountain, so not too bad- the trip is about RMB 55 from the railway station. I didn’t plan my trip so the owner and staff provided really good suggestions. the breakfast is simple but cooked well and the vegetables were really fresh. The sweet potato was amazing! There’s also a really nice local restaurant with farm to table food prepared, about 100m from this home stay. Thank you for a pleasant stay! I will be back :)

The room was spacious and clean, with good water pressure and sufficient heat. The air conditioning and heating were very effective in the cold winter, and it was quiet enough to fall asleep easily. The owner and his family were very welcoming and friendly! The recommended route was very useful! It's super convenient, just around the corner from the mountain gate! Highly recommended!

GGuest UserDuring this leisurely trip, the attentive service from room butler Zhang Wei made us feel incredibly warm, and his meticulously planned two-day itinerary was especially thoughtful. The scenic area was breathtakingly beautiful, with the Rainbow Cable Car winding through the green mountains like a magnificent ribbon suspended in the sky. The leisurely rafting and exhilarating horseback riding were both unique experiences. The local dining was affordable, and in the evening, two bowls of comforting soup were thoughtfully provided. Everything here was unforgettable, and I look forward to returning for this wonderful trip.
