"It feels like they started operating before the construction was even finished. The smell of new renovation was very strong. The lobby entrance was under construction, the first floor was also being renovated, and they said the windows were being repaired, making it very noisy. We wanted to extend our two rooms until 4 PM and were willing to pay 200 yuan. However, the front desk said that according to their policy, we had to pay 400 yuan for two rooms to extend, even though we only needed an extra two hours. It felt like a rip-off. Despite the hotel being empty, they still enforced such a rigid policy. It makes the owner seem a bit stingy. There were also many ads for tour packages, dining, and massage services. Many items in the first-floor beverage area were out of stock, and the staff seemed quite laid-back. While waiting for my drink in the beverage area for quite a while, a male staff member in a polo shirt stared at me, as if he thought I hadn't ordered anything. In short, as a Sheraton, it didn't meet Sheraton standards, but the price was cheap. If you want a more comfortable experience, I suggest choosing a different hotel."

"The hotel is about 1.1 km from Wuyuan Station, which is convenient if you’re coming by train. There isn’t much to eat nearby, but Wanda Mall is within walking distance. People in the area aren’t very used to seeing Caucasian travelers, so you might get a few curious looks. It takes around 45 minutes to get to Huangling, and you can easily take a Didi to Xiangao Ancient Town. The room was quite spacious, and we had a small window. One issue we had was with the dryer. It was dirty and had a bad smell, and some guests left their clothes inside for a long time after the cycle finished. There was no laundry basket, and the hotel said they don’t handle guests’ personal items. We also noticed that the smoke detector in our room was covered with plastic."

"This guesthouse, located within the Huangling Scenic Area, is operated by the scenic area itself, part of the same group as Zhushan Hotel. It includes tickets and cable car access. There's a special lane for the cable car, so you don't have to queue. After exiting the cable car station, an electric shuttle takes you to the reception center, where a butler then escorts you to your building. Overall, the experience was quite good. We were a group of three and chose a family room, which was assigned to the second floor of Shendetang, a location closer to the old town center. The environment was lovely. Although the building is very old (and the furnishings inside are also quite dated), it was relatively clean. It's suitable for those who don't mind older facilities (if you prefer something newer, Zhushan would be a better choice). Also, since it's a guesthouse in a tourist area, there are always visitors passing by. Old houses don't offer any soundproofing, so if you plan to rest in your room during the day, you'll need to bring earplugs. Breakfast required a walk to the Food Street. I initially expected it to be a mass-produced buffet, but the variety and taste were surprisingly good. I'd recommend it if the price isn't too inflated during off-peak seasons; otherwise, it might not be worth it."

"Our 9-day Jiangxi trip was originally supposed to skip Wuyuan, but we ended up staying one night, and it turned out to be the most delightful part of the whole journey! The B&B owner picked us up in his 'Huangling Ferrari,' and the kids were screaming with joy and excitement the whole way – his driving skills were on par with a driving instructor! 😃 The B&B's decor is very tasteful and refined, with Jomoo bathroom fixtures, and the room's skylight can be opened, allowing you to stargaze right from your room ⭐. It's just a 5-minute walk from the scenic area. In the evening, we experienced the dazzling night view of the 'Magic Forest,' and the kids were over the moon, feeling like they were in a fairytale. The next day, we went back to the scenic area to enjoy the serene and beautiful mountain scenery in the morning. It's usually crowded at night, but in the morning, it's perfect for taking photos since there are fewer people. This is the advantage of staying at a B&B on the mountain – you get to enjoy both the night and morning views. Jiangxi cuisine is very spicy, and the kids hadn't eaten well for days because of it. But the landlady's home-cooked dishes were delicious and not spicy! 😋 Chatting with the taxi driver on the way to the high-speed rail station, he told us that our B&B was the most modern in the whole village, and the only one with an elevator! 😁"

"I visited Wuyuan Wunvzhou and stayed at the Huishijie Hotel within the resort. I booked it after seeing good reviews online, and it certainly didn't disappoint. My planning for this trip was spot on! The hotel's location is truly excellent, being close to the performance venues. If you get tired, you can easily pop back to your room for a rest before heading out again. The room was clean, and the facilities were all good. The front desk service was also very impressive. Overall, this is a great hotel."

"Cleanliness: Overall good. The room was clean, and the bed and mattress were very comfortable—we had a wonderful sleep during our stay. Location: Suitable for travelers who need easy access to the train station, as it’s very nearby. However, if you plan to explore 婺女州景区 or 弦高古城, it’s more convenient to stay closer to the town since it takes about 15 minutes to get there. The hotel is located in a newly developed area, so there aren’t many shops or food options. Facilities: The hotel provides a washing machine and dryer, which is a plus. However, maintenance could be improved. The dryer was not functioning well, and many guests faced the same issue. Guests before us took 3 hours to dry the clothes. We ended up waiting for hours for our turn, only to find that our clothes were still not properly dried which caused an unpleasant smell. Overall, a decent stay for short transit, but there’s room for improvement in facilities and location convenience."

"The room was new, spacious, and bright, making for a very comfortable stay. The air conditioning was powerful and cooled quickly. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were all incredibly friendly and even helped us with recommendations for local attractions and good eats. The bathroom was also spacious, and the water temperature and pressure were consistently stable, making for a pleasant shower experience. The washing machines and dryers on the fifth floor worked perfectly. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Wuyuan!"
