"Our first stop on this Jiangxi trip was Wuyuan, and we stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton. The hotel is right next to the high-speed train station, within walking distance, which is super convenient. The front desk staff were very friendly and even upgraded us to a room with a great view. The view outside the window was expansive, with rolling mountains in the distance, making for a very pleasant scene. The room was spacious and well-equipped. The staff also proactively replenished the toiletries and slippers for the third person when they saw we were a family of three, and even gave us an extra breakfast voucher. The breakfast selection was rich, and overall, our stay was very comfortable. We'll definitely stay here again if we visit Wuyuan in the future."

"The hotel is about 1.1 km from Wuyuan Station, which is convenient if you’re coming by train. There isn’t much to eat nearby, but Wanda Mall is within walking distance. People in the area aren’t very used to seeing Caucasian travelers, so you might get a few curious looks. It takes around 45 minutes to get to Huangling, and you can easily take a Didi to Xiangao Ancient Town. The room was quite spacious, and we had a small window. One issue we had was with the dryer. It was dirty and had a bad smell, and some guests left their clothes inside for a long time after the cycle finished. There was no laundry basket, and the hotel said they don’t handle guests’ personal items. We also noticed that the smoke detector in our room was covered with plastic."

"I chose Huazhu Homestay for this trip, and I must say, the management, hygiene, and service here are even better than a 5-star hotel – a huge surprise! Every staff member greets you warmly, and their service is incredibly attentive, making guests feel very comfortable and welcome. The breakfast is incredibly rich and varied, and the location is excellent. It's only a 2-3 minute drive from Wuyuan High-Speed Rail Station, where you can catch buses to various attractions, which is super convenient. It's also very close to Wunüzhou and Xiangao Ancient City, just a 7-8 minute taxi ride. This homestay truly made my trip even more enjoyable. "The rooms are scattered throughout the scenic area, each with its own unique character. Our room was in a fairly central location within the scenic area, but it was two flights of stairs away from the main street, so it wasn't too noisy. It was wonderful to go out for a stroll in the morning before anyone else entered the area. There's a dedicated porter for luggage, and a shuttle bus for transfers, so the whole trip wasn't tiring at all. It also included entrance tickets to the scenic area and the cable car, so the room itself didn't cost much, which was very reasonable. Staying inside the scenic area is just so convenient; after night activities, there's no rush to get down the mountain. I would recommend this place to family and friends; if they come, they should stay here."

"My family really enjoyed Xi'an Gaocheng, and the hotel was so good that we extended our stay for another night. The front desk staff were very welcoming. "It's super convenient to stay right in the scenic area. The hotel staff were really friendly and even gave us some cookies and small gifts. We asked for water several times and they brought it quickly – very thoughtful! The breakfast was rich and varied, and the noodles were absolutely delicious – highly recommend them! Overall, it's great value for money, and if you're visiting Wunvzhou, I'd definitely recommend it. Now for some suggestions on the facilities. It felt like the rooms had everything, but there was always one key thing that fell short… For example, the overall accommodation environment was lovely, and the garden design was outstanding, but large areas of the walls had severe mildew. While this is common in the south, it really affected the aesthetic and made it feel low-rent. Also, on the first floor, the bathroom door faced directly towards the bed. It didn't cause a huge issue, but it just felt awkward. The duplex rooms on the second floor had a terrace with a scenic river right behind it, but there was a low brick wall blocking the view. Why not use tempered glass instead? It gets very hot in Wuyuan, and surprisingly, the rooms didn't even have a minibar."

"My husband and I drove to Wuyuan... it was excellent! The guesthouse is by the river, directly opposite the Xiangao scenic spot, about a 10-minute walk away. There are many restaurants nearby, which is very convenient 👍. I'd recommend that families visiting avoid eating at the restaurants across the river; there are plenty of dining options right near the guesthouse (within a 5-10 minute walk). The landlady is very nice; she even gave us a small gift on our check-out day 🎁. Room cleanliness goes without saying – I was extremely satisfied."

My planning for this trip was spot on! The hotel's location is truly excellent, being close to the performance venues. "I was a bit worried before arriving, but everything went smoothly and comfortably once I got there. We went to the tourist lobby first to register for gate access and the shuttle bus. Then we took the shuttle for our route to the hotel lobby, where we were assigned our room. 'Marshmallow Miss' then personally escorted us to our room. She was very proactive, helping us with extra slippers and dental kits, and providing activity guides. She was also responsive whenever we had questions during our stay. The room itself was excellent, offering the most beautiful views. The pictures are straight from the room itself."
