"The location and surrounding convenience are absolutely top-notch, and the room facilities definitely live up to its star rating. The service attitude is also very good. There are just two things that puzzled me: why are there no trash cans anywhere? Not in the garage, not on any floor, which unfortunately leads to cigarette butts being scattered everywhere. Also, the hotel lobby is on the 7th floor, but even if there's no staff at the ground floor entrance, there should at least be a sign directing vehicles to the underground parking. Otherwise, you have to go up or call to ask. Hopefully, these small improvements can be made."
