"My recent stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Ya'an was fantastic, and I highly recommend it to everyone! The hotel's location is absolutely superb, nestled by the Qingyi River. The river-view rooms offer an amazing panorama; in the morning, opening the window reveals the misty river and distant green mountains, like a picturesque scroll. At night, you can enjoy the beautiful scene of lights reflecting on the river, resembling a flowing galaxy. Plus, the hotel is incredibly convenient for getting around. It's just a 5-minute walk to a food street where you can find all sorts of local delicacies like Ya'an fish and hot pot skewers, and Wanda Plaza is only a 10-minute drive away. The hotel's facilities are also outstanding. The rooms are equipped with smart curtains and lighting control systems, and when you turn on the lights, the ceiling even projects a starry sky, adding a touch of grandeur. The bathtub faces the floor-to-ceiling window, allowing you to enjoy the river view while soaking – incredibly relaxing. Additionally, the hotel's heated pool and 24-hour gym provide plenty of leisure options for guests. In terms of service, the hotel staff were truly top-notch. The front desk staff were warm and thoughtful; upon check-in, they not only prepared an extra bed rail in advance but also kindly provided children's toiletries. The hotel's butler even contacted us by phone beforehand to confirm our arrival time and helped arrange welcome fruits and a room upgrade, making us feel right at home. Regarding dining, the hotel's breakfast offers a rich variety. The freshly cooked red oil wontons and crispy egg tarts were delicious, and the Western bakery section even had macarons. For dinner, the poached Ya'an fish and rattan pepper chicken are also worth trying, and the chef can adjust the spice level according to guests' preferences."

"It's quite nice. Close to the Qingyi River and Ya'an Bridge, several bus routes from Ya'an Station go there. It's a ten-minute walk to the Ya'an Covered Bridge (the large one over the Qingyi River), and there's also a smaller one closer. There are paths and parks along the river, good for morning runs and exercise. Further east/northeast is the Nuwa statue/square. There are many shops and fruit vendors nearby, offering plenty of food and shopping options. The hotel is on the fourth floor of a not-so-old five-story building. The rooms are newly renovated, clean, well-lit, and have good tables and chairs for working. With various discounts on Ctrip, it's 125 yuan per night, which is satisfactory."

"There's only one crescent-shaped heated pool, two or three other heated pools open, and several empty ones. I'm here for a hot spring, so what's the point of having multiple heated pools? I don't know how long the water in the heated pools has been changed. I asked the staff, and some said it's changed daily, some said it was changed last week, and some said it's recycled. I don't know who to listen to. Adults and children were crammed together in the heated pool, and one child was even riding an inflatable boat. The propeller was completely exposed, with no shielding. My friend got hit on the arm by the propeller, and since it was the child, it was hard to explain; we just had to accept our bad luck. There were staff members by the pool, but they didn't intervene. The room limit for bottled water is four bottles, and if you add more, you're charged. Why bother? For a room of six or seven hundred yuan, why bother with guests about a few bottles? The staff were rude and lacked hospitality. In short, it's not worth it!"
