Each suite has an independent living room balcony and can lock the door. We chose this guesthouse inside the scenic area so we could get an early start for the wildlife park the next day. It's only a 5-minute walk from the visitor center! Even though it was raining outside, it felt warm and cozy inside! Plus, during check-in, the owner kindly gave my child a panda doll, which made them very happy. And when I accidentally left my phone at the front desk, the owner promptly brought it to my room – I was truly touched by all these gestures! Regarding the food, since we didn't want the hassle, we asked the owner to arrange dinner directly. The free-range chicken hotpot was excellent; my child had three bowls of soup! For two adults and one child, we couldn't even finish the set meal, which shows how generous the owner is! Breakfast at the guesthouse was decent, with congee, steamed buns, milk, eggs, noodles, and wontons – plenty of choices! All in all, we were quite satisfied with this trip! I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely return if I need accommodation in the area again!

The most common king-size room has only a small window, air conditioning and heating, but no floor heating! ! No floor heating! ! ! I checked it and it showed off and the screen was black, but it was not turned off. I repeated it several times before turning it off. The service is good, but the facilities are really bad!

As a high-end hotel in Hanyuan, it has a superior location, just off the highway and across the bridge, and convenient parking. There are many restaurants and teahouses downstairs, and it is close to the pier for boat tours. The overall facilities in the room are good, and the lake view room can see the lake and the mountain. The buffet breakfast is rich. The shortcomings are that the shower head has some problems, and the hair dryer gear is a bit out of order, but they can still be used. After reporting to the front desk, they responded enthusiastically and sent small gifts.

The room is beautiful. The pictures don't lie and one of the most beautiful bathrooms we had during our trip in China. The room watches the hills and the tea garden. Although it was Dragon Boat Festival, the hotel was very quiet. The receptionist was amazingly helpfull. The restaurant was closed (or there is none, I'm not sure) and we cycled all the way up the mountain to get to the hotel so we didn't want to leave the hotel anymore after a long day cycling. The receptionist suggested she could get us food by taxi in the city and helped us order at her favourite restaurant. The food was amazing and we were very thankful we could enjoy our nice food in the hotel. Also the breakfast was really nice. It is a buffet.

Facilities: The bathroom's shower and sink were quite rudimentary. The shower's hot water couldn't be regulated; it was scalding hot, making it virtually impossible to shower comfortably. Furthermore, there was no hot water at the sink, which was quite inconvenient. To top it off, water was constantly dripping from above the room door, making it easy to get dripped on when entering or exiting. Cleanliness: The room was reasonably clean. Environment: The overall environment was quite good, offering exceptionally convenient views of the hot springs. If you weren't keen on heading to the observation deck, you could comfortably enjoy the sights right from your room, even while relaxing in bed.
