We chose this guesthouse inside the scenic area so we could get an early start for the wildlife park the next day. It's only a 5-minute walk from the visitor center! For two adults and one child, we couldn't even finish the set meal, which shows how generous the owner is! Breakfast at the guesthouse was decent, with congee, steamed buns, milk, eggs, noodles, and wontons – plenty of choices! All in all, we were quite satisfied with this trip! There are many restaurants and teahouses downstairs, and it is close to the pier for boat tours. The overall facilities in the room are good, and the lake view room can see the lake and the mountain. The buffet breakfast is rich. The shortcomings are that the shower head has some problems, and the hair dryer gear is a bit out of order, but they can still be used. After reporting to the front desk, they responded enthusiastically and sent small gifts.

Mount Niubei remains the premier viewpoint for Mount Gongga. We were incredibly lucky with the weather! The day before was stormy with strong winds, lightning, and heavy rain, but it cleared up beautifully the next morning, allowing us to witness a stunning sunrise, a breathtaking sea of clouds, and the majestic sun-gilded peaks. This hotel boasts the best facilities on Mount Niubei. While it is on the pricier side, it's absolutely worth every penny. The only drawback is the lack of a shuttle service. It would be perfect if they offered pick-up and drop-off.
