I always choose this hotel for my business trips. The front desk staff are super friendly and chatty, really lively! The room is clean and tidy, and the environment is nice and quiet. There are lots of restaurants nearby, and it's super convenient for shopping. There are plenty of other facilities in the area too. All the staff are very enthusiastic. I highly recommend staying here! They also have free parking, free coffee, candies, ginger tea, and more.

Come to Ya'an to run a marathon. This hotel is the best service hotel I have stayed in the national marathon. It can be said to be responsive. The room was clean and tidy and the view was very wide. He raised my evaluation of the city of Ya'an with his own efforts. (Of course, I have received other enthusiastic help) If I come back to this city next time, I will definitely stay here again!

Check-in experience exceeded expectations! The front desk service was particularly enthusiastic, and the store also presented ice drinks to relieve the heat, and intimately upgraded the room type for us for free. The room was cleaned and the details were in place to live in peace of mind. There are countless foods around the hotel, and there are many choices for eating. It is very convenient to travel and eat. The overall service is warm!

The description in the hotel description doesn't do the place justice. The villa we booked is actually part of a 3 storey building. From the pictures, it appears our booking has only 1 bathtub. In reality, there is a bath tub in a huge wash room, a living area, a tea drinking area in EACH of the 3 rooms in our villa. And there is a further living area, a kitchen, a washing machine and even an outdoor sauna outside the 3 rooms for communal gathering. Tea Master Lee was very patient in bringing us to pick tea leaves each of the 2 days we were there. He taught us how to process yellow tea one day (which requires fermentation) and green tea on the second day. We could bring back the green tea on the spot, but as the yellow tea requires time, he would mail it to us. Tea Master Lee just won a competition when we went and we totally appreciated his expertise as well as his sharing of knowledge. He was very approachable and well versed in his art. One note, we were really in the countryside and transport is not readily available such that we had to walk back one night in the dark to the hotel with cars zooming by us as we had a late dinner in the nearby town. And again, as we were in the countryside, places close early and we almost couldn't find a place for dinner as we ended our day late after hiking Mount Mengding. Distances are pretty great between places and didi is not widely used. The kitchen staff and our housekeeping staff were totally warm and friendly. It might be good to provide washing detergent since washing machines are provided.

We chose this guesthouse inside the scenic area so we could get an early start for the wildlife park the next day. It's only a 5-minute walk from the visitor center! To be honest, traveling during a major holiday, my expectations weren't that high. But when we arrived, we were met with a warm welcome from the owner and a clean room. Even though it was raining outside, it felt warm and cozy inside! Plus, during check-in, the owner kindly gave my child a panda doll, which made them very happy. And when I accidentally left my phone at the front desk, the owner promptly brought it to my room – I was truly touched by all these gestures! Regarding the food, since we didn't want the hassle, we asked the owner to arrange dinner directly. The free-range chicken hotpot was excellent; my child had three bowls of soup! For two adults and one child, we couldn't even finish the set meal, which shows how generous the owner is! Breakfast at the guesthouse was decent, with congee, steamed buns, milk, eggs, noodles, and wontons – plenty of choices! All in all, we were quite satisfied with this trip! I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely return if I need accommodation in the area again!

This hotel is called OZZ - NICE 3. That’s what’s written on the outside, not what it is called on trip.com! It’s a unique location on a bridge and it is near everything that Ya’an has to offer and the staff are really nice, but there are a couple of rough edges. In December we found the rooms quite cold and it’s not possible to run the heating when you are out. The bathtub is a kind of outside inside setup but in winter this doesn’t really work and the bathroom is freezing even with the heating on. Breakfast is delivered to the room and we found this very convenient.

I specifically requested a room that didn't face the river or the road, so the front desk arranged a room in the middle of the floor, facing the inner hall. It was indeed quieter, but the room layout was really strange; large areas were divided up, making the stay unpleasant. The shower room was infested with moldy insects; I swatted six while showering. The room cleanliness was very poor; the telephone by the bed was covered in dust. Both power outlets on the tea table and in the dry area of ​​the bathroom were broken and unusable. The air conditioner was extremely noisy when turned on; I turned it off for quiet, but there was still a rattling noise from the ducts all night. The breakfast was decent, but the coffee beans were too acidic, affecting the quality of the coffee. The parking lot was dark and cramped, lacking in light. Overall, in such a small county town, this level of quality, priced at over 290 yuan on a weekday, is really expensive.

Service: Excellent, butler responded very quickly. Environment: Located in Shangli Ancient Town, very close by, and convenient for dining. Cleanliness: Cleanliness is a major concern. When we checked in, we saw Polaroid camera trash left by the previous guest on the corner of the sofa. We saw this obvious trash as soon as we entered. The carpet was very dirty; it didn't seem to be washed after each guest. Given the frequent rain in Ya'an, the carpet was even dirtier. The hotel towels had stains. Facilities: The cheesecake served in the hot tub was ice-cold and very hard, looking like it had just been taken out of the freezer. It's recommended to prepare this in advance. When we went in October, the hotel was no longer providing access to the swimming pool (in rooms and public areas). I wonder if there are any alternatives for guests arriving during this period.

The room is beautiful. The pictures don't lie and one of the most beautiful bathrooms we had during our trip in China. The room watches the hills and the tea garden. Although it was Dragon Boat Festival, the hotel was very quiet. The receptionist was amazingly helpfull. The restaurant was closed (or there is none, I'm not sure) and we cycled all the way up the mountain to get to the hotel so we didn't want to leave the hotel anymore after a long day cycling. The receptionist suggested she could get us food by taxi in the city and helped us order at her favourite restaurant. The food was amazing and we were very thankful we could enjoy our nice food in the hotel. Also the breakfast was really nice. It is a buffet.

The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities, and you can move in right away. The reception service provided by Xiao Li at the front desk is warm and thoughtful! The hotel is right next to the pedestrian street, within walking distance, and it is very convenient to go for barbecue in the evening! Parking is very convenient inside the hotel.
