As soon as we entered the hotel lobby, the waiter brought us tea to quench our thirst, and then waited to help us with our luggage. He also told us that there would be free supper in the evening and free laundry for up to 5 pieces of clothes. When we entered the room, we smelled of cigarettes, and the waiter immediately changed it for us. These details made us feel warm."
