"Mixed feelings during this stay: Pro: - Great location if you travel by train, just footsteps from central station and old town - The entrance and lobby are beautiful - Frontdesk acts really good an efficient on problems during the stay, was wonderful! Cons during stay: - The first room had problem with airco, room temperature was over 30 degrees Celsius. We got instant another room so was managed very quickly. - The shower wall was leaking so when showering the bathroom floor was completely wet - Cleaning was “so/so”, bathroom floor was never cleaned and second day forgot towels and toilet paper. Towels had stripes and holes in it. - Bread at breakfast had bake off breadrolls which they did not proper bake-off so the are white and very dry. If you are a bread lover I recommend not to add breakfast and dine at the lovely bakeries. So mixed feelings with the stay. Had a quite comfortable stay but for the price we paid we had to many difficulties."

"Fantastic location! It's a quick 5-10 minute walk to all the major attractions, the subway, the central station, restaurants, and supermarkets. The staff are incredibly welcoming and even walked me to my room. The room itself was clean, quiet, and offered excellent value for money. My only minor gripe is that the power outlets were a bit too far from the bed, which was a slight inconvenience."

"Getting to the hotel from the main train station wasn't as straightforward as the website suggested... but a €30 taxi ride got us there in the end. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful – a really positive first impression! Our room was exceptionally quiet, spacious, practical, and thanks to the air conditioning, perfectly temperate without any drafts. We were overwhelmed by the breakfast spread: very rich, nicely presented, and with good coffee. However, the dining area was far too cold for our liking and had music playing that was too loud and unpleasant. In the evenings, the bar staff were wonderfully attentive and served us with a friendly and cheerful demeanor. We also had dinner at the hotel one night: the food was delicious, and the wine was served at the perfect temperature. To top it all off, we even received a complimentary BECHEROVKA – wonderful! By the way, once you figure out the public transport system, the hotel's connections are excellent!"

"Nice hotel, with kettle, microwave and small hob and kitchen. Room was spacious and clean. Didn't use the microwave or cooking facilities as there was nothing to use to wash up! Tea, coffee and biscuits were nice. Shower was lovely as well as the toiletries. Bad points; bed was lumpy, and self check-in was problematic, as the booking reference required for the machine was not provided in the booking confirmation."

"Located near rotating head of Franz Kafka and malls where dm and beer shampoo located. The breakfast was awesome! For improvement, perhaps providing more than one bottle of water for a room with 3 pax."

"Only 5 minutes walked from the train station to the hotel. It was great. Right on the same street have convenient store and surrounding restaurants. The tram station also five minutes walk. Walkable to a lot of attractions too. Room was very good size and the bathroom was big compared other hotels. Front desk was friendly and quick check in. Lobby was small but they do offered water there. Tea kettle and instant coffee and tea and cups in the room. Only one thing the bathroom had no windows blind when sun up it was very bright. Overall was a very good stay."

"Facilities: A small apartment with all the amenities. The microwave was a plus, perfect for a solo trip. Full marks! Cleanliness: Very clean, no issues at all. Full marks! Location: Right in the city center, just a few minutes' walk to the train station, with metro and tram stops nearby. Full marks! Service: Self check-in, no direct service. You can navigate everything in German (or use your phone for real-time English translation)."
