11WanderAwayMeetMe23 is perfectly located about a 3-5 minute walk from Prague Station which made this a perfect place to stay. I checked-in online so when I arrived, and no one was at the front desk, it was relatively easy to get a key card and find my room. I like the set up of 2 bed on the main level and 2 in the loft. Also glad that the toilet was separate from the shower because one girl took forever to shower. The room was clean except for the bathroom but that was the other girls fault for not picking up after herself. I like that we could control the AC ans that there are blackout slides to cover the windows. I would stay here again.

GGuest UserWe stayed for 3 nights. The hotel was very well located, just turn a corner and you will reach the Old Town Square and Astronomical clock. Just downstairs you will have shops open late for food, souvenirs etc. If getting a car to drop you off, it is a few minutes walk down the road to a zebra crossing. Upon check in, we were delighted and surprised to find the hotel had left us a bottle of wine and some chocolate almonds as we told them we just got married and were on our honeymoon. Hotel staff was pretty friendly and they kindly let us store our luggage at no additional cost before our bus when we checked out. The breakfast was okay but we felt it was a little overpriced. There is a bar attached to the hotel called Fat Cat but the food and drinks were quite expensive so we never dined there. The room itself was a bit dark but satisfactory. Beware of the wooden beams if you are tall. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
ZZhuyuxixiThe hotel has a good location and a good surrounding environment. It is very quiet and close to the tram station. It is only more than ten minutes' walk from a bus station in Prague. The room is large and the facilities are also very good. There is a kettle. The service attitude of the brother and sister at the front desk is very good. They always help me solve my problems in a timely and excellent manner. The hotel's buffet breakfast is rich, with many varieties and good taste. If I go to Prague in the future, I will choose Pet Hotel again. It is really worth recommending!
GGuest UserThe room was really nice, with decent layout and a studio concept, with a stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, room amenities were great. There were 2 main problems though 1. The code seemed to take a while to activate, so it did not necessarily work at 3pm on the dot, 2. The room was either really dry or slightly dusty as my partner and I started to get stuffy noses and general breathing issues after just a nap in the room, which was slightly disappointing as we really loved the room:(

陳陳盈璘This time I stayed in a private pod, and it was very clean! Although the space isn't huge, I think it's just right for one person. I'd recommend it to backpackers, but if you have extra large luggage, the space might not be enough.
Front Desk Service: Excellent and very responsive! The lobby hosts daily events for guests to interact. For example, I happened to be there during ”free pancake night.” They also offer light meals and drinks.
Common Areas:
- There's a kitchen with a fridge for cooking.
- The bathrooms and toilets are very new. However, bath towels and toiletries are not provided, so you need to bring your own.

LLvDarynaMy stay at the hotel started with very unwelcoming lady at the reception. There was city tax to pay and I had only cash because my Union Pay card didn’t work there. She told me to look for change because the banknote was 2000 CZK, I said that it was what I got at the ATM, then she told me to go outside to mini market I get change. I refused to do that because it was rainy outside and I was tired after 8 hours on the road, and then she started ignoring me without trying to solve the problem. My mom offered her to pay later when we get the change at the city and only after she gave me the room key. Terrible service!!
The other thing is that there’s no toiletries such as toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo (only all-in-one soap), slippers all of that you have to have your own. There’s no water provided and no kettle but you can borrow a kettle at the reception. There’s free coffee and tea ant the reception.
There’s no enough sockets, you have to choose what you want to use a fridge, a lamp, a kettle or a phone charger, it makes your stay very inconvenient. Also want to say that I started at the corner room ant it was so dark. Breakfast is okay and can be changed for 10€ or 250CZK at the reception.
Location is wonderful though.
HHUINot far from Prague Square, there is a market downstairs, there are many stalls, you can buy some small gifts such as fruits, crafts, etc. Some shops can use euros Krona, it does not matter if you do n’t change, you can use a credit card to order tickets and shop very convenient. The hotel is renovated in an apartment building. There is no very conspicuous lobby. You have to ring the bell before you open the door. The elevator is very small after you go in. There are no obvious signs where to check in. The front desk is very welcoming. The translation software communicates with us, but asks if there are any delicious shops near her and will check and draw maps for us. The rooms are large and the facilities are a bit old. The bathroom was overwhelmed by me and I installed it again. ...
ははま〜(Hamaa)The location was very convenient, close to the metro and tram stations. There were people walking around the area until late at night, and there were fast food restaurants and supermarkets open until late, which was convenient. The room was clean and nice. I liked the quaint atmosphere of the Prague building. It would have been even better if the room had a refrigerator. The heating was an oil heater and the air conditioning was a fan. Prague is cold, so the room was a little cold. The breakfast was varied and delicious.
GGuest UserThe breakfast was good and the variety was able to satisfy different tastes. The location of the hotel is also close to a few hundred meters from the subway station. Only the hotel room facilities are relatively poor. The bed was small and there was a damp smell in the room. The 1st floor wifi signal is too bad, and it is not the same. The cell phone signal is also not good. The room was very poorly sounded, and at night I could hear the sound of snoring in the next room.
