"Good location. Walkable from train station - about 5 mins. Actually you can walk to most places from here. Room is very bright with white lights which I like. And breakfast spread is great too. You get to choose a wine or fruit juice as a welcome drink at breakfast. However there is no gym."

"About a 20-minute walk to the Old Town, 6 minutes to the metro/light rail and supermarket, and 10 minutes to the bus terminal. Breakfast starts at 6:30 AM, but the selection was the same all three days. Lots of tour groups."

"The room is fantastic, very comfy, well designed, outstanding decor, super clean and great location. We stayed 3 nights and felt like home. The only complaint is the restaurant service at ZEM. We had dinner there one night. My boyfriend pre-ordered a birthday cake and requested to bring in after the main course. However despite he requested a few times. The server still didn’t bring to our table. The bill was also taking forever and missed charging the cake. And we had to wait again. We had breakfast there again the next morning, the lady server was not friendly at all. The food at the restaurant was great only the service needs big improvement given this hotel is a 5 Stars hotel."

"I booked the hotel for 2 days between Christmas and New Year's Eve. What I remember most is the hotel building itself. The building, which is undoubtedly steeped in history but has been modernized, impresses with its old, stylish appearance. The room itself is average. It is generally clean. However, there is no provision of general drugstore items. Breakfast is served in a very nice area of ​​the building and has a good selection of food. The service is friendly and good, so I was able to buy tickets for public transport directly at the hotel."

"When choosing a hotel in Prague, you should choose one in the Old Town, near Charles Bridge. There is an astronomical clock in the central square on one side of Charles Bridge.
