Great
TTammy ChoyThe hotel was close to the venue I was attending for business, which initially made me worry it was too far from the city, but it was perfectly placed. The Castle was only a 20 minute  walk away up the hill, and the city centre only an hour or so. - and a lovely place to walk through to get there. The hotel itself was fascinating, a renovated older building at the end of a leafy street, surrounded by villas and embassies. The facilities are minimal (no gym, no pool), but they had a good laundry service. Food was only breakfast, and while simple was really enjoyable. Loads of good restaurants nearby - I wasn't expecting Prague to have so many good places to eat - and there was always Bolt for food deliveries. Will definitely stay here again!

LLeah LewLocation is superb, 30m aways frm charlesbridge. The cons are, need to climb up stairs as there is no elevator hence wish that u wont get the top floor (4th floor) the toilet is huge but they have no shower screen, causes the floor wet easily and messy. The carpet at the sofa require to replace as it looks dirty The bed was good. And the recption guy named Horek is superb and very helpful.

AAnonymous UserGreat location and unbeatable price. Service was a bit lacking, mainly because the front desk was often unstaffed. The room facilities were basic, but for this price, I can't really complain. Overall, it's decent.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel looks old. The room is small and I have a rather big suitcase which made things harder. There are no hooks or whatever in the bathroom for you to hang your towels. There’s a smell in the hotel lobby and the room and I don’t know if it’s a bad smell or a really bad perfume. The heater can be stronger and the water can be hotter too, IMO. Provided: fridge, TV, WiFi, hangers, safe, microwave, kettle. As a female traveller, I’m also surprised that this hotel provided cotton pads (those for removing makeup) in the bathroom, I think it’s the first hotel I’ve seen that does this. I stored my luggage when I checked out, it’s just a room that’s not locked, but there is a safe and a sign that says for valuables like laptop and camera you can contact the staff. Breakfast buffet was alright, not too many options. Close to a tram station so you can easily go anywhere. Considering its price and the fact that breakfast is included, this is a good budget hotel, and I wouldn’t complain too much.

モップThis hostel is located right next to Charles Bridge. I stayed in a dormitory. The room was comfortable, and the kitchen with a microwave, kettle, and refrigerator, and the bathroom were clean! The only disappointing thing was that when I was relaxing in the bed I was shown, a person who had just returned from sightseeing got angry and said, ”That's my bed! Why are you sleeping there!?” I explained that the staff had just shown me to my bed, but they didn't seem to understand and we had a bit of a fight. I didn't want to sleep in someone else's bed either, but they got angry at me...I understand that it's a dormitory, so there are all kinds of things...But I explained the situation to the staff and they understood. I used up a lot of energy... If it weren't for that, I think I would have a comfortable stay.

AAnonymous UserHotel Relax Inn is conveniently located near the O2 Arena and Prague - Libeň train station. While its exterior might seem unassuming, inside it offers everything you need for a city trip to Prague, including a small wellness area with a swimming pool and sauna (which I didn't use). The hotel staff at reception are welcoming and friendly. The rooms and hallways are clean. Each room has a mini-bar that you can stock yourself. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful. The hotel also has its own parking and is easily accessible by public transport (from the Novovysočanská bus stop, take line 136 towards Libeň train station, which connects to the city center/main train station, or to Vysočanská metro station (yellow line B) for connections to Florenc, Černý Most, Můstek, or Národní třída).
