"The location is absolutely fantastic! The subway exit is right at the hotel's doorstep, making transportation incredibly convenient. Line 1 takes you directly to most major attractions, and transferring to other lines is a breeze. There's a staffed window at the subway station where you can get a weekly pass, and a convenience store too. Plus, it's just one stop away from a large shopping mall, which is great for shopping. The hotel itself is clean, and the staff at reception are very polite. The rooms are quite spacious and offer breathtaking views of the Eiffel Tower, Seine River, and Arc de Triomphe. But the best part, seriously, is the food! You absolutely *must* book breakfast. They have a great selection: salads, cheeses, omelets, various breads and pastries, fruits, and yogurt. The macarons given upon check-in and the blueberry pie offered upon departure were also delicious. Honestly, I woke up every day looking forward to breakfast!"

"This hotel is really great, offering excellent value for money. However, if you're worried about the hassle of public transportation to tourist spots and want to avoid transfers, then this might not be the place for you, as you'll need to transfer 1-2 times to get anywhere. But aside from the location, everything else about the hotel is fantastic. Breakfast starts at 6:30 AM and is very extensive, with options to fry your own eggs and even make your own crepes."

"The room is very small. It is the worst Ibis I have ever stayed in. The towels shed, and I was covered in white fluff after taking a shower... The hair dryer is far away from the mirror and is very noisy. But who can blame the hotel for being in Charles de Gaulle? Why would I need a bicycle? In order to catch the flight the next day, this is the only way."

"I had a great time staying at the Pullman Hotel in La Défense, Paris. The location was perfect, especially for visiting Disneyland Paris, which was just about a 15-minute walk away – very convenient for a day trip. Additionally, there was a huge shopping area nearby within walking distance, making it easy to indulge in some retail therapy after a busy day. The hotel itself was excellent, offering comfortable accommodations and modern amenities. However, there were a few downsides regarding the fitness facilities. The gym was quite small and felt outdated, with a limited selection of equipment. It definitely could use an upgrade and more diverse gym gear to enhance the workout experience. The sauna also had some issues with access; the process for entering and operating it was not very user-friendly and could benefit from better handling or clearer instructions. Despite these minor setbacks, my overall stay was wonderful. The hotel's location and amenities made it a memorable experience, and I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area, especially if you're planning a trip to Disneyland Paris."

"We were a family of four traveling together. The hotel is located in La Défense, a business district that feels safe and quiet. It's a 3-minute walk to Metro Line 1. It was a bit hard for taxis to find using navigation, but we primarily used the subway for getting around. We arrived around 8 PM and were given a room at the end of the first floor. The entire first floor had a noticeable sewage smell. We strongly insisted on changing rooms the next day and were successful. Just a heads-up, avoid the first-floor rooms if you can, and try to get a higher floor. Also, both the Balcony Family Room and the standard Family Room have sofa beds that are the same size, 1.4 meters. Trip.com's details page incorrectly lists sizes of 1.2 and 1.4 meters, which is misleading. Trip.com, please correct the sofa bed dimensions; all hotel sofa beds are a unified 1.4 meters (as shown in pictures three and four). The room itself has two separate rooms, an induction cooktop, and pots, pans, and dishes, which is great for light cooking and very convenient for families. There's a Chinese buffet restaurant nearby with reasonable prices and good food."

"The hotel is conveniently located right next to La Défense metro station, making it very easy to get into the city center. The bridge right outside was under renovation, so taxi drivers weren't too familiar with it, and we had to carry our luggage manually from the basement up to the lobby. The gentleman at the front desk was very polite; he upgraded us to a different room for our second night and even arranged for a room facing the Seine River. Although the hotel generally feels a bit dated, for Paris standards, the bedding and space were very satisfactory, and the kids slept comfortably. There's complimentary self-serve water in the lobby on the ground floor. The breakfast was quite rich, with a good variety of breads, milk, cold cuts, and plenty of fruit. A very pleasant experience! 😀"

I especially want to thank Jade, the receptionist, who is absolutely wonderful. She is always very welcoming, attentive, and responds to all my requests with kindness and enthusiasm. Her professionalism and good humor truly make a difference and contribute to making the stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for this great experience. I will gladly return!"

"Pros- Room was spacious compare to any other hotel in Paris. Convenience for a family of four. A few metro stations away from Paris around 15-20min journey. The nearest metro station, Esplanade Metro is just 5 minutes walk from the lobby and cost around €2.10 for a single trip to Paris- charles de gaule etoile, auber and etc. Cons- if you are booking Uber/ Bolt, make sure to select Ibis Hotel or Novotel Hotel La Defense. A few drivers have difficulties to find this hotel entrance."

"Taking advantages of coming early before meeting started decided to stay at same property to avoid the hassle of moving around. Basic unit with separate bath and shower, decent size living and kitchenette which unfortunately are not doing any cooking. Breakfast spread seem to be the same throughout will be nice to have variant especially since we are putting up for 5 nights"
