"The hotel is conveniently located in the international arrivals hall. After exiting, turn right, walk past the Lawson convenience store, and continue straight to the end. Take the elevator to the fourth floor, and you'll arrive at the hotel lobby. They offered a welcome drink during check-in. The room was spacious and even offered a view of the planes. The soundproofing was excellent. There's only one smoking room on the fourth floor, which you pass by on the way to the hot spring. The hot spring area has a large pool, which I suspect isn't a natural hot spring, a cold plunge pool, and a sauna, but no outdoor hot spring. Overall, it was a great experience, perfect for those with an early morning flight the next day or anyone arriving after a long journey looking to recharge. I especially loved the slippers in the room; they definitely deserve a thumbs up!"

"When I booked this hotel, I didn't realize that KOKO Hotels has many branches across Japan. After checking in, it exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent and very convenient. The hotel provides plenty of amenities, complimentary bottled water, and even surprised me with a thoughtful birthday gift, which I truly appreciated. Another great benefit is the free shuttle bus to the airport, making transportation easy and hassle-free. The overall experience was wonderful, and the staff made me feel very welcome. I will definitely book KOKO Hotel again on my next trip to Japan and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay."

"The room was spacious and the air conditioning wasn't too cold, which made for a very comfortable stay. The hotel is very close to the airport and offers a free shuttle service, which was super convenient. The driver was also very friendly. "Whenever I have an early flight from New Chitose, I always choose to check in at this airport hotel the day before. The rooms are spacious, and it's super convenient – you just take the elevator from the second floor of the terminal up to the third floor for check-in. Arriving a day early also gives you plenty of time to eat, drink, and shop at the airport, as New Chitose Airport has a lot of great food options! However, the air conditioning in the room wasn't effective; I woke up feeling hot in the middle of the night. Also, while having breakfast included is convenient, I noticed on this stay that the breakfast wasn't as good as it used to be. The variety was limited, and the taste was just mediocre."

"Exceptional stay with unbeatable convenience I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the ANA Crowne Plaza Chitose. The highlight of this property is its incredible location and the convenience it offers. It serves as a perfect base, with an Aeon mall and excellent dining options right nearby. As we were driving, the spacious car park was a major advantage that made getting in and out stress-free. To top it off, having a FamilyMart located directly inside the hotel was incredibly handy for quick purchases. Overall, a truly great stay that I highly recommend."

"About or less than 10 minutes walking distance from JR station. The hotel also nearby Aeon which less than 10 minutes walking distance. It's a quiet place. The hotel with onsen and shuttle bus to airport service. The shuttle bus service must be booked once you confirm the hotel booking because it is just a 8 persons van which will be running out fast. The breakfast is normal with Japanese and Western style. The toilet is a bit small but the room consider spaces for 2 guests with 2 big baggage. The hotel straightly check in time is 3pm. All guests are waiting in the lobby until 3pm to get the room key."

"For Japan, the room wasn't small; it was actually pretty good. You could easily open two or three suitcases without any issues. For a 'pigeon-coop' hotel in Japan, you can't ask for much more. The lady at the front desk and a slightly plump guy were both very enthusiastic and had excellent attitudes. I went during a very sensitive time, and there were absolutely no problems. I'm not sure if they spoke Chinese or English, so I can't comment on that. The hotel is not far from the JR station, maybe a 10-minute walk. Breakfast is served at the izakaya next door, which was decent and filling, and they even offer airport transfers. If you need to go to the airport, this is definitely the place to book. Otherwise, if you're coming from Hakodate or some other remote place, it's quite a long journey, and if you miss your train, you might have to wait several hours for the next JR. Staying here in advance is the safest bet. The only minor drawback, if I had to name one, is that there aren't many shopping centers or entertainment options nearby, and it gets dark early. If you're flying home, you absolutely, positively must book this place!!"

Despite the bustling atmosphere and classic, dark decor, the private onsen and dining experience make this a standout choice in the area. Hightlights: The room: Spacious with beautiful wooden floors and a private outdoor onsen. Soaking in the heat while snow falls is pure magic. Features like the ”His&Her” sinks and an in-room massage chair make our stay more comfortable. All complimentary in the room adds a thoughful touch. Dining: The buffet offers and impressive variety of local dishes alongside beautifully plated mains. Even when busy, the staff sustematically managed the seating, ensuring we enjoyed the stunning winter views comfortably. The Hokkaido cheese pizza and dessert are absolute must-tries. Location and Service: Perfectly situated in the heart of the sightseeing district, with famous sweet shop right nearby. The complimentary valet parking and polight, perfessional staff made our stay seamless. Observations: Atmosphere: The common areas can feel a bit crowded due to its popularity. Design: The room interiors are a bit outdated and lean toward very dark tones, and notably, Netflix is not available on the in-room TV. Note: Windows are fixed; ventilation is managed via the onsen balcony door. Verdict: Highly recommended for foodies and onsen lovers who want to be the center of the action."

"The hotel has a new wing, and I was lucky enough to stay there. The room was spacious with a small living room. The refrigerator was small but had both freezer and refrigerator doors. The bathroom was separate, but I was a bit surprised that there was no sink in the toilet. However, it was very new. There was a coffee machine on the first floor, available for self-service from 3 pm to 9 pm. Although it's about a 7-10 minute walk from the station, it's a hotel I would stay at again."
