The room was huge and comfortable, offering a runway view and beautiful sunrise in the morning. I love the hotel onsen and the buffet breakfast was really good. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Hokkaido!"

"JR INN Chitose is a clean and comfortable hotel just a few minutes’ walk from JR Chitose Station. Very convenient for airport access, especially for early or late flights. My room has a nice view of the trains passing by, which was a pleasant bonus. Great for a short transit stay."

Pre & Post Chitose trip we stay overnight here. Use their onsen (v small size of 2 bath tub). Beside they have free self service facilities - manicure, massage chair, stretching bar, bicycles & children playroom cum library. Use their free 3hr bicycle to explore Aora Park & cycle to Chitose JR station. Toileteries free self service from the lobby station. Standard Jap buffet breakfast- value for money if your booking come with it. Optional ¥1700/pax. Nearby got Ramen shop & Yakitori restaurant. Opposite the road is Lawson."

"Hotel with super nice lake view. The breakfast and onsen face fantastic ;ake veiw too. Room facing lake is good. The dimner and breakfast are nice though they are not excellent. Staff are friendly. Gibe good memory to guest."

"Amazing onsen hotel in a beautiful lakeside setting. The room was very spacious, cozy, and relaxing. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent, with high-quality food and plenty of variety. The complimentary tea-time drinks and snacks were a lovely touch. The onsen itself was on the smaller side, but still enjoyable and more than sufficient for a relaxing stay. Highly recommended for a peaceful getaway."
