"Perfect location — the hotel is directly inside New Chitose Airport’s Domestic Terminal, which made our last night in Hokkaido so convenient. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious enough for our luggage. We loved being able to walk straight to the airport shops, restaurants and souvenir stores without needing any transportation. The free access to the airport onsen was also a great bonus. Staff were friendly and check-in/check-out was quick and easy. Highly recommended if you have an early flight or want a hassle-free stay at New Chitose Airport. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Room was spacious and clean, service was great and our luggage’s were brought to our room on our behalf as the room was not ready before then, so we decided to go out for shopping before returning. Love the convenience and also how near it is to the airport!"
