"Fun to stay here every week on my commute from SG back to Malaysia because it's easily accessible, quiet neighborhood, perfect for a quiet rest, no tourist crowds. Staff are super friendly and cute. If you ride motorcycle there's plenty of parking space just squeeze in anywhere lol. Been a regular customer for a year now. Breakfast is very basic but I like it, growing up also eat simple. Book the big rooms for fun, it's just a huge empty space inside and very affordable, imagine it's some old British officer quarters."

My request for early check-in was not accommodated, and the luggage storage arrangement raised some concerns. Guest bags were placed in an open area beside the counter, with different staff attending to guests at different times. This made the process feel less secure, as it seemed easy for anyone to access or claim a bag without much verification. That said, considering the price point, I don’t have major complaints. If you’re looking for a simple, budget-friendly stay—especially if your main purpose is just to have a place to rest (e.g. before or after a hike)—this hotel does the job. For future visits to Kluang, I might explore other options for comparison, but overall this was an acceptable stay for what it offers."
