"Nice hotel about 8 mins walk from the train station. The room is nice, the bathroom is clean and has all the necessary amenities although if it is bigger, it would have been better. The staff is helpful and friendly. We recommend this hotel to people going to Kluang."

"No local TV channel, no water bottle in the room, only a jar to get filtered water at the ground floor from a Coway dispenser. No closet no chair. Room size is small. Walking corridor is narrow. Coffee and tea are provided but u need to bring your own glass to ground floor. There’s a gym room. Office space."

Housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping the room and common areas spotless throughout our stay. Toiletries, including bathroom slippers, were thoughtfully provided. My request for early check-in was not accommodated, and the luggage storage arrangement raised some concerns. Guest bags were placed in an open area beside the counter, with different staff attending to guests at different times. This made the process feel less secure, as it seemed easy for anyone to access or claim a bag without much verification. That said, considering the price point, I don’t have major complaints. If you’re looking for a simple, budget-friendly stay—especially if your main purpose is just to have a place to rest (e.g. before or after a hike)—this hotel does the job. For future visits to Kluang, I might explore other options for comparison, but overall this was an acceptable stay for what it offers."

There's a golf course nearby and a fruit orchard on the hill behind. The room was very clean, and the bed and duvet were so comfortable I didn't want to leave. I'd definitely stay here again!
