Kluang Hotels with Wifi

"This was my first time staying at the Hotel Anika Kluang. As long as i could see a view, i was fine with it but the floor was a bit low 😏I prefer higher floors. One thing to note is the floor mat as shown in the picture. For safety reasons, it cannot be removed. Water droplets from the air conditioner vents were dripping onto the floor, just like in the picture, in the area where people walk in and out 😬"

"The Deluxe King room is large and comfortable and more space than the standard room. It also has a large toilet/shower. There is no bin the toilet, had to use the one bin in the bedroom. There are some amenities such as toothbrushes and soap but hidden in a small black tray in the corner of the long table below the TV, under the mineral bottles. If room is not bright because the curtains are not fully drawn, you would miss it which happened to my group. We booked 4 rooms and none of us knew there were toothbrushes provided, some of us went out to buy. One of us only discovered the existence of the tray the next day! Also, there are 2 TV controls and no instructions on the back of the controls nor in the room on how to operate the controls; one is for switching tv on/off only and one for controlling channels/sound. Had to approach the counter staff who then came into the room to explain. It would be much more pleasant experience if the counter staff just give a mention about where these things or how to work them at the time we were checking-in, and Before we have to ask. On the Sat night, there was some disco music playing from a distance away where the sound is not audible but the base beat-by-beat vibrations could be felt in the air even though all the windows were shut and locked down, and this went on the WHOLE night and gave me a poor sleep. I was surprised why this happened as I chose this hotel because many reviews from guests say the Milano hotel has good sound-proof rooms. I later discovered gaps in my windows even when they are shut and the gaps are not filled-up/sealed in room 208! Thankfully, the horrible music did not play on the Sunday night. I could put up with the other inconveniences which are minor, but if there were to be sound disturbances throughout the night, having the gaps in the windows was disappointing. Positive side, I like the availability of water to top up our tumbler at the front office area, besides the 2 bottles of mineral water in the room."

"Recommend 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Comfortable room, comfortable bathroom, everything clean. The best part is the TV has Netflix, even though you have to log in with your own account. Enjoyed watching while lying down. Staff, from reception to cleaners, are all friendly. There's a lift, so no worries if you have elderly parents. Can bring a wheelchair. Parking is also spacious. Can repeat next time 😄"

"AMAZING. The staff were so friendly and accommodating despite language barriers. Room was spacious and super clean and looks very aesthetic. Took many pictures.. the pool was clean and nice, the activities within the farmstay was great. Definitely a place to come to for a relaxing chill getaway to slow down time."

"Room is good the only problem is the air cond keep auto switch off... Cant off the timer using the remote control.. Hair dryer cable is too short to pull as the shower door is blocking the standing area."

"Overall, the stay was ok. The hotel being long time ago (seems to be the first hotel with elevator in Kluang) While the ceiling and walls appear to have been repainted, the carpet seemed a bit musty. The room is spacious but basic in setup. The shower is acceptable as the water pressure not fantastic. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi doesnt seem to login, so just rely on data. parking is just right outside the hotel."

"For this kind of low price, for me this is very suitable for a short travel. Plus, I dont have to go far places to search a restaurant as the restaurant below the hotel, I would give 8.5 out of 10 for the taste. Near to the hotel, it is near to a shop and there is mini zoo about 3 minutes from there. The best about the mini zoo is the animal there are very tame. Suitable for adult and also kids."

"A very interesting concept of a villa with only 9 rooms. All rooms are spacious. It's a little dated and the bedsheet had a little bit of a strain on it But overall a pleasant stay. Kluang is a nice rustic place with trekking paths up to Gunung Lambak so those who like hiking can go"

"This hotel has great location as it is surrounded by eateries nearby. Room is spacious, clean and tidy with clean white walls and no tint of yellow dirt or whatsoever. Makes one feel at ease. Staff are helpful and approachable and able to converse in simple basic English which is a plus for English speaking visitors. I would like to mention staff named Ana who was very helpful and reassuring when she picked up my mobile where I accidentally dropped on the sofa. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. "Check in smooth dgn depo rm50..reception mesra lyn customer..bilik ok katil ok bilik air ok bersih..cuma plug je sikit..ada 2 je..agak susah nk charge fon n iron baju..kna tukar² setiap kali nk pakai..bole improve dgn bykkn lg plug utk keselesaan..overall okay je utk buat² tdo n relaxkan bdn..kalau nk brcuti mmg xsuggest amik hotel ni.."
