"Near to airport. The room looked new and spacious. The floor felt clean too. The toilet comes with soap dispenser and shampoo. There’s a full mirror in the room and some hangers for clothes. Airport transfer is cheaper than booking on grab. Very good priced compared to other nearby accommodation. (Screenshot photos from my video. So they might be blurry)"

"Conveniently located near the airport, making it a great choice for those who need to travel the next day and want to relax beforehand. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was in good condition. Soundproofing could be better, but fortunately the guests were quiet throughout the night. The hotel's real gem is the swimming pool. It is large enough to accommodate many guests and was exceptionally clean. The only area that could be improved is the communication regarding the free shuttle service, including its schedule and the pick-up location at the airport. There was no information available in the app or on the hotel's website. In the end, we gave up and took a Grab instead. For this reason, I am sharing the shuttle schedules and pick-up location here to help future guests."

"Pros: The hotel's close proximity to the airport makes it perfect for an overnight layover. A Grab taxi from the airport cost 33 MYR and took 16 minutes. The hotel also offers a taxi service to the airport for just 30 MYR, which was even cheaper than what I paid. The ride to the airport at 5:30 AM only took 10 minutes. The hotel itself was clean and tidy, and there are plenty of dining options nearby that are much more affordable than those at the airport. Cons: Noise was a major issue. While the occasional plane flying overhead was tolerable, the constant loud noise from the elevator was not. It sounded like someone stomping around in hard plastic shoes on a tile floor, and it continued intermittently throughout the night, preventing me from getting a good night's sleep. I wonder if a room further away from the elevator would have been better."

"I had a pleasant stay at Tune Hotel KLIA2. The location is excellent, especially for travellers with early morning or late-night flights, as it is conveniently connected to the airport terminal. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was cozy, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The hotel facilities were adequate for a short transit stay, and I appreciated the convenience of food outlets and airport amenities. Favourite part of my stay: The direct and easy access to KLIA2, which made my journey stress-free and convenient."

While the rest of the stay was great, the breakfast food was underwhelming. Upgrading the quality and variety of the breakfast options would easily elevate the overall experience. Overall Summary A very pleasant and comfortable stay anchored by a great staff and clean rooms. If they improve the breakfast offerings, this would be an easy five-star experience."

"I had a very pleasant stay at Sama-Sama Hotel Sepang. The hotel is extremely convenient, especially for anyone travelling through KLIA or spending time around the Sepang area. From the moment I arrived, the place felt welcoming, organised, and well-run. One of the highlights was the convenience of the hotel buggy transfer service, which made moving between the airport and hotel very easy. This is especially useful after a long drive or before catching a flight. The hotel lobby and entrance also gave a good first impression — spacious, clean, and comfortable. The room was comfortable and suitable for a proper rest. After a long day, it was exactly the kind of hotel where you can settle down, recharge, and feel at ease. The overall environment was quiet and practical, with the right balance of airport convenience and hotel comfort. I also liked the unique setting of the hotel, with views of the KLIA control tower nearby. It gives the stay a distinctive airport atmosphere, which is quite special compared with a normal city hotel. Overall, Sama-Sama Hotel Sepang is an excellent choice for travellers who want comfort, convenience, and easy access to KLIA and the Sepang area. It is reliable, well-located, and very suitable for both transit stays and short getaways. I would happily stay here again."

The bedding was incredibly clean and comfortable, made from soft materials, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel's security was also top-notch, with strict access control for entry and exit, making me feel very safe and secure. The most satisfying aspect for me was the 24-hour Chinese-speaking service provided by the hotel—this was incredibly important to us! Whenever we had any questions, whether it was about local surroundings or how to use the room's facilities, the staff were able to respond and resolve issues promptly in Chinese, ensuring seamless communication. Additionally, the rooftop outdoor pool and its surroundings were absolutely beautiful. In the evening, watching the sky and the distant villas from the poolside was quiet and relaxing; every photo taken was picture-perfect. However, I do have a small suggestion for future guests: the bathroom area is a bit cramped and doesn't have a separate wet and dry area. Water tends to splash out during showers, often wetting the toilet paper nearby. I'd recommend stowing away the toilet paper when you check in. Also, personally, I felt the shower water wasn't particularly hot (though I might just be sensitive to cold), but it didn't significantly impact the overall experience. All in all, this hotel offers great value for money and thoughtful service. I'd definitely come back if I have the chance!"

"Pros: Cheap, close to the airport, and friendly staff. Cons: Small, noisy, and overly fragrant. You'll need a 50 MYR cash deposit per room upon check-in, so be prepared! There's also an additional 5 MYR per room 'sustainability fee' due upon arrival, which can be paid via Alipay. Make sure to keep your deposit slip to get your 50 MYR back at check-out. The drink machine at the front desk just took our money without dispensing a drink, but the staff eventually just gave us drinks. There's a local mini-mart to the left of the entrance that only accepts cash or Visa; no other payment methods. Beyond that, there are no other shops nearby. If you want food, you'll need to order delivery or take a taxi elsewhere! There's no elevator, only stairs, so be ready to carry your luggage up. They do have a shared water dispenser, which is a plus! Our room was excessively fragrant, as if too much air freshener had been sprayed, giving me a headache. We had to leave the door open to air it out. No slippers were provided, and there was still only one trash can. The room and bathroom were small. A major point: the shower only has a rainfall head, no handheld shower! Let me elaborate on the noise: 1. The bathroom light and exhaust fan share a switch, so the noisy exhaust fan turns on every time you flip the light switch. 2. There was a loud, vacuum-like noise coming from outside the door intermittently, which continued very late into the night. It seemed constant. We later suspected it might be the sound of a water pump operating whenever someone used water. We called a taxi at 4:30 AM and still waited 5-6 minutes; it wasn't immediate. So, allow extra time for ride-hailing. It's about a 20-minute drive to Kuala Lumpur T1. Since we just needed a place for one night and the price was good, we had to accept its shortcomings. If you mentally prepare for these things before checking in, you should be fine."
