"Traveling with a child and catching a flight home, I was worried about traffic jams on the way to the airport, so I booked a hotel right next to the airport a day in advance. The hotel is quite upscale, clean, and well-soundproofed, so no noise bothered us. None of the hotel staff spoke Chinese, but when my child went to communicate, they listened patiently and explained everything carefully, which I really appreciate. The restaurant on the first floor offers a dinner buffet, which I think was 168 Malaysian Ringgit per person, with no discount for older children. Breakfast is also on the first floor, with a good variety of dishes. The coffee pot brewing directly over a flame was interesting, and you could also toast bread yourself and add peanut butter and butter. There's an electric shuttle from the hotel to the airport, which gets you there in two minutes – very convenient."

"I only stayed here for one night. The location is very strategic, right next to KIP Mall and close to the nearby shop lots. There are also plenty of food options within walking distance. In terms of room facilities, all the basic amenities are provided, including a microwave, electric stove, Wi-Fi, iron, hair dryer, and more. The room was clean and comfortable. There is also a swimming pool with free access and a gym. However, the gym was under maintenance during my stay. My kids really enjoyed staying here. They loved swimming in the pool and playing at the playground, which is conveniently located on the same level as the pool. The check-in and check-out processes were very easy and convenient. Parking is also provided. Overall, it was definitely worth the price and very affordable."

"This is our second time staying here, and we really love the location. It is super close to the airport, making it extremely convenient for grabbing food nearby or heading out for early flights. You can walk there in no time, so you never have to worry about traffic, and everything feels completely within your control. That part is fantastic. However, there are a few issues: 1. Cleanliness: Don't expect the hygiene standards of a proper hotel; it feels more like a guesthouse. It's clear they haven't maintained strict quality control in that area. 2. Breakfast: We tried their breakfast. It's very ordinary, not amazing, but not terrible either, just an earnest effort on their part. 3. Noise: Because of our transit schedule, we were waking up around 4:00 or 5:00 in the morning, and every time we stepped out of our room, there were tons of birds chirping right outside the door. 4. Door design and safety: The room doors are poorly designed. You have to slam them shut hard; otherwise, they stay partially open and won't latch, which raises real security concerns. 5. Maintenance: I stayed in room 365, and the bathroom sink leaked the whole time I was washing my face, water kept dripping down into the basin, which was really frustrating."

"The hotel's exterior looks decent, and its location is very close to the airport, with many pilots staying here. However, there are still some points I need to complain about: 1. The in-room facilities are a bit outdated. The cushions and carpet didn't look very clean and generally felt old. 2. The shower diverter valve in the bathroom was broken and almost falling off. I could only use the overhead shower, not the handheld sprayer. 3. The biggest problem was the air conditioning. The AC unit was extremely noisy, even on the lowest fan setting it produced 55 decibels of noise, which significantly impacted my sleep. I asked the front desk to switch rooms, but after they measured the AC noise in the new room, it was the same story..."

"We were quite disappointed with check in counter service as we arrived early and wanted to have lunch, they didn’t inform us that there’s a private event at the restaurant near the lobby, we walked to restaurant then Realised it was not available. We had to go back to reception again and took a buggy to another restaurant. When we reached the Chinese restaurant we were told that as it was crowded, we had to wait for 40mins for food. Terence in the Chinese restaurant kindly helped us check the other restaurant for waiting time and apologised very politely for the inconvenience caused. So we went to the third restaurant, my friend got her food within 30mins, I waited another 10-15mins for my food to arrived but they made mistake on my order. Asim came to assist and had to sorted. One of the serving crew made a mistake on our bill and charged us double the amount, but he quickly rectified the problem and all sorted out. We were very impressed with their service attitude and sincerity. All staff greeted us when they see us walking past, which made us feel so welcome and warm. The next day we went back to the Chinese restaurant again and Terence and Wong served us attentively making us feel like VIPs to them. The place is really relaxing and the morning breakfast has very wide spread, Chinese restaurant food was so good, and the view is fantastic! We are very happy with our experience at Golden Palm Tree Sepang, we are already planning to come back again!"

"I booked this hotel near the airport for a layover in Kuala Lumpur before heading home, mainly for its proximity. The free shuttle service was a nice touch. However, there's absolutely nothing around the hotel – it's basically a temporary structure built on a patch of land next to the airport, like a dormitory. It's best to eat and drink at the airport before going to the hotel, otherwise, if you get hungry in the middle of the night, you'll just have to starve because there's nothing available. The only thing remotely nice about the hotel is the pool. Don't expect too much."

"I intentionally booked this hotel because I had a very early flight. I'd only be there for half a day, sleeping less than 4 hours. From KLIA T2, you have to walk to the Tune Hotel there to catch the shuttle to the Tune Hotel in Aeropolis. It's quite a 30-minute trip. If it's in the early morning, it's about 15 minutes. Overall, it's very comfortable for a layover."
