"The room was just excellent for such price, the hotel staff was very professional. The automatic check-in system isn't working perfectly yet - for example, my bank card wasn't recognized. It's good that the hotel accepted cash and that the employee was very helpful. Furthermore, the hotel is quite far from the terminal, about 20 km. This should be taken into account when planning your trip. However, the hotel does offer a shuttle service, and the journey to the airport takes about 15-20 minutes. In general my experience was positive, but it is better to have some cash / different cards and understand that this hotel (despite the name) is not in the terminal and not even really close."

"Stayed one night at Tune Hotel KLIA2 before an early flight. The hotel is directly connected to Gateway@KLIA2 Mall, offering plenty of shopping and dining options just a short walk away. The location is excellent, with easy access to both KLIA Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. The nearby KLIA Ekspres and KLIA Transit stations also provide convenient connections to Kuala Lumpur city centre. The room was clean and comfortable for an overnight stay. Breakfast was included and offered a good selection of food, making it easy to start the day before travelling. Overall, a practical and convenient airport hotel that offers great value for transit passengers and short stays."

"This hotel is located around 15-20 mins drive to KLIA. Another option while having long transit for next flight. There is a lot of shops nearby but we did not try it since we just stay for a night and back to airport next morning."

"This is quite a long review, but it comes from a very genuine place. I truly want to compliment this hotel for its excellent service recovery and sincere hospitality. I arrived at the hotel from KLIA1 using the complimentary shuttle bus arranged by the hotel. During check-in, the front desk staff were extremely friendly and explained the hotel facilities very clearly. The first impression was already wonderful. When I entered the room, I was pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious, comfortable, and even equipped with an iron , such a thoughtful detail, especially for frequent travelers like me. After a full day of flying, I was exhausted and hungry, and it was just around dinner time. So I went to the restaurant and ordered dinner along with a drink.However, after waiting for around 40 minutes, my food still had not arrived. I checked with the staff, only to find out that my order had never gone into the system. Honestly, I was upset at that moment. I was tired, hungry, and had already waited for quite a long time. I decided to cancel the order, and the staff were very apologetic. They even waived the charge for my drink. At that point, I simply did not want to wait any longer, so I returned to my room to rest. Then, around 45 minutes later, someone knocked on my door. It was one of the restaurant staff members. I regret not asking for his name. He was a very polite and gentle-looking gentleman, carrying a full dinner set to my room personally. He apologized repeatedly and said this was prepared as compensation for the inconvenience caused. I was honestly shocked and deeply touched. I travel frequently for work and have stayed in many hotels, including international five-star properties, but very few places handle mistakes with this level of sincerity and care. Great service is not about never making mistakes. It is about how a team responds when something goes wrong and whether the guest feels genuinely valued afterward. What touched me the most was knowing that the staff actually asked around to find my room number, just so they could personally deliver the meal to me. That kind of effort and sincerity cannot be taught easily. It made me feel truly cared for. Thank you to the entire team. What I will remember is not the mistake, but the warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality you showed afterward."

"Stayed at iBilik Hotel near KLIA, which was very convenient before my flight. Everything was quick and hassle-free. The room was clean and tidy, small but comfortable enough for an overnight stay. Service: shuttle to KLIA. Best ! Room & amenities : room are clean, bathroom toiletries secure with the lock, feels safe to use, bed is comfortable , hard and soft type of pillows to choose , only the hairdryer suboptimal. "I stayed for a night during a layover, so here's a quick review. **Pros:** As a solo traveler, my top priorities are safety and cleanliness. This hotel was much newer than I expected. The sheets were spotless, and there was no odor in the bathroom, which I really appreciated. The location is a bit out of the way, near an industrial area, but it's only about a 15-minute taxi ride to KLIA, making it super convenient for early morning flights. Just a short walk downstairs, there are 24-hour Mamak stalls. I loved being able to grab some fried noodles late at night – it really gave me a taste of local Malaysian life. **Cons:** The soundproofing is genuinely poor. I could clearly hear people talking in the hallway and doors closing next door. If you're a light sleeper, I'd recommend bringing earplugs. The in-room Wi-Fi signal was also quite unstable; videos kept buffering, so I ended up using my own mobile data. Additionally, the hotel doesn't offer a free airport shuttle, so you have to pay for a taxi yourself (around 30 MYR). When you factor that into the room rate, the value for money isn't all that great. **Summary:** If you're not too picky and just need a clean place to sleep during a layover, this place is a solid choice. But if you're looking for a vacation vibe, you might want to look elsewhere."

"I used this hotel for a solo trip. My flight arrived late at night and departed early in the morning, so I opted for a hotel directly connected to the airport. It was easy to get to the city center, and I was very happy with the hotel – it offered good value for money. There's a complimentary buggy service that takes you from the airport to the hotel and back (they're usually waiting, so you can just ask on the spot). The room was cleaned daily. The plumbing was fine, including water pressure and temperature. There are two power outlets on either side of the bed, so I could comfortably charge multiple devices overnight. The amenities provided were sufficient! As for food and drink, bottled water isn't provided, so you'll need to bring your own. (I think the water in the glass bottle is drinking water, but I'm unsure how long it had been there; the cap was dusty). I also used room service twice as it was inexpensive, delicious, and the portions were generous. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and good value for money. I'm considering staying here again if I have the chance to visit Kuala Lumpur."

All of the staff were adorable - from the receptionists at the lobby counter, to the security guards, the cashiers at the restaurant, and even the customer service staff who replied to my emails. And a special thanks to the lobby manager at Tune Hotel KLIA2 - he was willing to add my name to the shuttle bus reservation list when there was an issue with my pre-booking, and also reminded me to double-check my information for the return trip. For those who are considering staying here, if you need accommodation around the airport area, you can consider the two Tune hotels. They provide free shuttle bus services (it actually helps lots cause it’s not easy to take a taxi around) and are always ready to assist you through the hotline and email support. This was not my first time visiting Malaysia, but your help truly made a big difference for me."
