The place is clean, enough for staycation with friends, easy to park, plenty of parking. Water station available outside room. Aircond maybe take some time to cool. The tv is smart TV, can use netflix etc so nice. Need to prepare rm50 cash deposit when checking in and can claim when check out. I booked different room but somehow downgraded and got a different room. But okay la still nice

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A very comfortable stay and great value for money. The location is strategic, situated inside the DPulze shopping mall, making it easy to find food, shop, and access transportation. The room is clean, neat, and modern. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Perfect for business trips or a short getaway in Cyberjaya.

I needed a simple, affordable place for a layover. This spot was good — cheap, clean, close to the airport, and right in town with plenty of food and shops. No hassle, just what I needed. Recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at Mutiara Ville, Cyberjaya. The room was clean, spacious, and very well maintained, making it extremely comfortable throughout my stay. The highlight was definitely the awesome cityscape view — waking up to the skyline and enjoying the lights at night was truly refreshing and relaxing. The amenities were excellent and thoughtfully provided. The building offers great facilities, including a well-equipped gym, swimming pool, and secure access, which added a lot of convenience and peace of mind. Everything was easily accessible and well managed. Overall, Mutiara Ville is a great place to stay in Cyberjaya, especially if you enjoy a beautiful city view combined with modern amenities and a calm environment. I would highly recommend it for both short and long stays.

This place is nice. Maybe next time can provide at least drinking water. They provide most of the things you needed such as towel, toiletries, kitchen tools and even have washing machine. The response from the owner also fast and great!
