Overall, my stay here was excellent, with many details exceeding my expectations. First off, the hotel's location is super convenient. There's a convenience store just a few steps downstairs, making it really easy to grab snacks and daily necessities. The room amenities are comprehensive, including a pot, microwave, and refrigerator, which is a huge plus for guests who like to prepare simple meals themselves. The bedding was incredibly clean and comfortable, made from soft materials, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel's security was also top-notch, with strict access control for entry and exit, making me feel very safe and secure. The most satisfying aspect for me was the 24-hour Chinese-speaking service provided by the hotel—this was incredibly important to us! Whenever we had any questions, whether it was about local surroundings or how to use the room's facilities, the staff were able to respond and resolve issues promptly in Chinese, ensuring seamless communication. Additionally, the rooftop outdoor pool and its surroundings were absolutely beautiful. In the evening, watching the sky and the distant villas from the poolside was quiet and relaxing; every photo taken was picture-perfect. However, I do have a small suggestion for future guests: the bathroom area is a bit cramped and doesn't have a separate wet and dry area. Water tends to splash out during showers, often wetting the toilet paper nearby. I'd recommend stowing away the toilet paper when you check in. Also, personally, I felt the shower water wasn't particularly hot (though I might just be sensitive to cold), but it didn't significantly impact the overall experience. All in all, this hotel offers great value for money and thoughtful service. I'd definitely come back if I have the chance!

Royal Park Hotel @ UNITEN provides a peaceful environment that’s perfect for short stays or training trips. Its proximity to multiple training facilities makes it especially convenient. The lobby feels modern and inviting, and the lounge area is spacious and comfortable—great for unwinding or getting some work done. A pleasant and well-rounded hotel experience.

I stayed at this hotel for the first night of my 4-day trip to Kuala Lumpur because it's close to the Pink Mosque. However, overall, the facilities and service barely met the minimum standards. 1. Perhaps locals are used to water heaters having a separate power switch, but as a first-timer in Malaysia, I clearly didn't know. After 2 minutes, the warm water turned cold, which was very unhelpful. 2. Breakfast was just passable. 3. This was the first time I've encountered an air conditioner's outdoor unit installed *inside* the room. As you can clearly see from the pictures, a corner was occupied by this noise source, and the noise was very noticeable when trying to sleep.

Good for family holiday. Many variety of food court or restaurant to choose even if you lazy to cook. Even though the kitchen set was provided and also for washing machine. The laundry machine is in the apartment and easy to use. You will not regret it.

I found that the main door was not functioning properly. I only realised this on the second day of my stay, when I discovered that the door could be opened without using the access card. Fortunately, there was no loss of belongings or any security incident. The water taps were also confusing. At the sink, the blue indicator was for hot water and the red indicator was for cold water. However, in the bathroom, it was the opposite — red for cold water and blue for hot water. Since I have stayed here several times before, I would also suggest that the hotel provide a floor mat in front of the bathroom and sliding door area. As the pool is within walking distance, guests often return with wet feet. Only one towel was provided, so I had to use the same towel both as a foot mat in front of the bathroom and to wipe my feet after coming back from the pool. In addition, there seemed to be some stains on the bedsheet. Nevertheless, I still enjoy staying here because the pool is very convenient and located nearby. 🫶

This was a great stay. The house was spacious, and the quiet environment was very relaxing. The location is very close to the airport, which made arrivals and departures super convenient. The check-in process was also very smooth. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience. 😊

The unit is not as our expectation: 1. The whole house is smelly, I need to buy air freshener 2. NO Kettle and of cause NO coffee/tea facility (I didn’t expect this) 3. Stove is NOT functioning 4. Shower knob is missing 5. Sink pipe is not in position 6. Big water mark at toilet ceiling 7. Internet was suspended with message BILL is not paid 8. NO Qibla direction Homestay facilities are good: swimming pools, gym parking, security. The unit definitely need to improve for the benefit of guest

The toilet has unpleasant smell - doesn’t seem to be washed properly since it has stain on its’ glass. The bed is quite old and torn (it was covered by thin white cloth so can see through. I know I paid less than 300 for two nights and I don’t expect it to look like hotel but at least clean and proper.

Firstly it is not mentioned that swimming pool is under maintenance. Can you imagine how frustrated my child when they know they can't play at swimming pool. If it be mentioned earlier, I would not proceed to book. Also quite pricy when you can only enjoy staying in house.
