"The airport shuttle is very frequent, which is great – makes getting to and from the airport super easy. Even though it's near the airport, getting to and from downtown is also convenient, offering good value for money. The bed in the room was really high though! 😂 Probably the highest bed I've seen in North America this trip. The coffee machine was quite old and didn't look very clean. The bathroom felt a bit too big, a waste of space really. I checked out the pool and gym, and they both looked pretty good. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to use them. If I ever come back to Seattle, I'd definitely consider staying here again. This DoubleTree Hilton really has a resort-like feel, with a huge property. The breakfast experience was excellent; I particularly loved the omelette and pancakes. It seems like every Hilton property these days offers daily cookies. From Hawaii to Seattle, you can just ask for them at the front desk every day!!"

"The hotel/rooms are a little dated and a like taking a journey into the 80's, but adequate for an overnight stay before an early flight. Large room which is well equipped (microwave, fridge,coffee maker, safe,iron etc) although the linen was a little worn. The towels were excellent/new and the bed was very comfortable. The Shuttle service worked quite efficiently. My only minor complaint would be that the windows are not double glazed so airport & road noise is noticeable. Overall, you get what you pay for, and perfectly adequate for an overnight stay. I may look at other options the next time, but for the money is okay."

"The hotel is conveniently located, about a 5-8 minute walk from the light rail station. They offer a complimentary shuttle service from the airport, though there can be a bit of a wait. This shuttle also conveniently takes guests to nearby restaurants. The service at the hotel was excellent, especially a Chinese-speaking staff member who spoke Cantonese and understood Mandarin. She was very friendly and even recommended some great local restaurants. However, the hotel inexplicably charged an unauthorized, substantial fee. After intervention from Trip.com, they acknowledged the error and promptly refunded the amount."

"This is a pros and cons situation. It depends on your choices. The pros are the excelent location and cheap price. The cons are the hotel in the stage that needed to renovate very badly and that why the rooms are smelly and no much amenities around."

"I had a long layover in Seattle (SEA) so I chose to stay here. After collecting my luggage, I headed straight to Garage 3rd floor. There are four通道 (passageways) leading there, just follow the signs. Shuttles specifically pick up from 3A to 3C. You can call the front desk and they'll pick you up directly from the airport to the hotel, which is about a 15-minute drive. The room was very clean, and there's a heated swimming pool. You can also get ice water, hot water, hot coffee, and unlimited ice refills in the lobby. The bed was quite comfortable too. The breakfast might not be what people from China are used to, but it's enough to fill you up. I'll definitely stay here again next time!"

"The room was a little smaller than expected, but very clean and quiet. Their breakfast actually weighed beyond my expectations though. Usually these small types of inn provide just a very simple snack size of breakfast, but theirs come with sausages, scrambled eggs, juices, coffee, cereals, yogurt, and toast. Oh. They did have waffle makers, too even if you have to wait long for getting them, but still a nice deal to have a full breakfast. Just be aware the place doesn't have enough parking spaces. When you check in late, i don't think you can find the parking. They're all full already around 7pm and neither street parking nor pay parking nearby. We struggled for this point. Lol"

"Excellent place only 15 mins walk and safe, there are nearby restaurants like Dennys. They have hot coffee at the reception and nice front desk. They have hot water a plus and some amenities. Nice and comfortable room. Free shuttle to airport just inform front desk."

"Since I had a connecting flight back home the next day and needed to stay overnight in Seattle, the hotel shuttle was easy to find – right under the airport parking lot. It takes you directly to the hotel, and you can take it back to the airport as well; it's very punctual and convenient. Although the hotel is a bit old, the room had a microwave, which was very handy for us arriving late and just wanting to grab something from the supermarket to eat."

"This hotel is very convenient for a Seattle layover. The room was comfortable and clean, and the location near the metro is a plus. The 20% discount at the nearby Denny's restaurant was a good perk. However, the front desk service was poor. They gave unclear instructions for the airport shuttle, assuming I knew the layout of the airport, and were hard to reach by phone, hanging up on me several times. Most concerning, they double-charged my credit card at check-in even though I had pre-paid through Trip.com. Thankfully, Trip.com's customer service was excellent. I reported the issue to them, and they quickly contacted the hotel and secured a full refund for the overcharge."
