The guy at the front desk and the guy at the parking lot are very good. The location is convenient. It takes eight minutes to walk to the place where Jay Chou took pictures. And the view from the roof is awesome. The restaurant view on the 10th floor is also perfect. summer is coming

The hotel is very close to the Metropolitan Museum of Art and a walk takes place. The rooms are small but beautifully furnished. Two bottles of Evian mineral water are delivered every day. The first day has fruit bowls. Many people in the lobby elevators wear clothes to highlight New York fashion. It was unfortunate that I met an Oolong front desk man and gave me two pre-authorizations. I had to pay a hundred for the prepayment of the house. He brushed a hundred and then brushed for 590 dollars. I didn't point out that he didn't explain this to me. When I showed the text message of payment, he went to the office and said something to another person. Then the person came out and checked that they didn't collect more money, everything was OK, then I asked. What should I do with this money? The man said that he will be able to return it to me. The location of the hotel is very good, next to the Metropolitan Opera House and Central Park is nearby. Next to it is the subway station. It is about 1.8 kilometers walk to Times Square.

The decoration of the hotel is very old. If it is renovated, the location will be very good. The walkway is dark...
Although very old (especially the carpet), the bedding was very clean. In terms of value for money, this place is pretty good in Manhattan.

The Bryant Park Hotel is hands down my favorite place to stay whenever I visit NYC. I’ve stayed here multiple times, and every room I’ve experienced has been fantastic. The unbeatable location is a huge plus, but what truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional front desk staff. Jo, in particular, is an absolute gem! She has a way of making you feel like an old friend from the moment you arrive to departure. Her warmth and attention to detail truly go above and beyond, making each stay feel special. I look forward to my next visit in December!

My boyfriend and I have stayed at the Soho Grand many times throughout the last year, for both business and personal trips. One of the best parts of our trip each time is the experience we received at checkin with Barrington- this is going all the back prior to May. We were coming up to New York weekly for work and Barrington made our weekly experience amazing. There were several Sundays I was not looking forward to traveling back to New York again, but once we arrived to his welcome and greeting, it genuinely made our day better. We looked forward to seeing him every week - he was nothing but delightful! Fast forward to today - my boyfriend is in New York alone, I am traveling in a different city for work, and I wanted to send him something special when her arrived back to his room tonight. Of course I called Barrington and he, without hesitation, helped me get some dessert and a note sent to his room. He truly makes us feel like family.

There are not many people who comment on it. The hotel is on 49th Street between 7th and 8th Avenues. The roads in Manhattan are easy to recognize, just right and street. Start on Fifth Avenue and then sixth, seventh, Broadway and eighth. In the middle is the street. The Port Authority's main station (that is, the coach station) is on 42nd Street, Times Square is on 47th Street, and the subway can be a 50th Street station, very close. A lot of food nearby (Ichiran Ramen, Shake Burger, Michelin Steak House). The hotel is not a well-known brand in the chain, it is relatively small and not luxurious, but the price is not cheaper than the surrounding Marriott or the like. Last year, I stayed at Marriott very large. The exterior looks larger and more luxurious than this. After all, his infrastructure is very early. But this good place is closer to Times Square than the quiet Marriott there, rooms have microwaves, coffee machines, free fruit and apples, bananas, potato chips, ice water for 24 hours downstairs. There is coffee and tea on the second floor, and friends can sit there. There are slippers, umbrellas and toiletries in the room. L'Occitane. These are not available in American hotels. Dental appliances are not. I booked an agent's twin room at Ctrip at first, which was 500 yuan cheaper than the official website. There are two types of twin beds on the official website. One is ordinary and the other is a barrier-free room with a handrail. The difference between these two types is 500. The double bed marked on Ctrip did not say that it was an accessible room. I booked Ctrip for a small farmer. The fact that I got the room was a barrier-free room, and that 500 was not bad. And it was very low on the third floor. It was super dark in high-rise New York. I went to the front desk to upgrade the suite. The front desk gave me a good discount and added me 50 dollars a day. Hall, bedroom with double bed, double sofa bed in the hall, both bath and shower, and 3 cloakrooms with bathrobe hangers. Ctrip's hotel booking is really very metaphysical, the price and official website are not bad, the room type is difficult to determine, I have learned lessons before. Anyway, the hotel location is convenient and the facilities can be serviced or not. The price is not bad. People do not look at their choices. There is a parking lot on the side of the hotel, and you can also park on behalf of the guests. Location is OK, next to Soho shopping street is very convenient, also very close to the subway station. The entrance is very beautiful and suitable for taking pictures. I live in an ordinary double room, not a luxury room, so the bathroom is not the type that can take pictures in the bathtub. The bathroom is very small and relatively hygienic. The hue of the room is blue and it looks very nice. Suitable for couples.

KKitrynThis hotel is immaculate and absolutely everybody is above and beyond pleasant. Though not directly affiliated with the hotel, Inexpensive, super clean and very easily accessible parking is a two minute walk away at 25 Kent St. We paid $64 for 2 1/2 days of parking. The room was incredible. Exposed brick walls with super high ceilings, the bathroom had a huge tub and a wonderful shower. Pro tip: if traveling with someone that you do not want to see you naked, understand that it is not a one-way mirror over the bar and you absolutely CAN see into the shower While someone is showering. Luckily I was with my daughter, so this was not a real issue. The restaurant within the hotel and the Ramen place directly next-door are both wonderful. I did not make it to the rooftop bar this time but since I absolutely will stay at this hotel every time I come to visit I will check it out next time! The room was extremely quiet, temperature was easy to control. Now, a little too much honesty, I am an extremely “sensitive” person, and resting and hearing so much from the second I stepped into this hotel. I was never scared, as I definitely don’t typically get scared, but I had numerous very genuine and very obvious things happen while I say that this hotel, such as seeing things walk across the hall in both my room and the hallway, in the main lobby bathroom someone walked into the bathroom and into the stall next to me, but never left, and when I looked, there was no one there,and I was in the shower. I could hear several men talking to each other as if they were right next to me. I was definitely not hearing people from another room. I also heard the door to the stair well open, which is right next to our room and I was right next to the door so when I looked, there was nobody there and I pulled it shut again. Just out of curiosity, as to what was there prior to the hotel, on the way home my daughter looked up the history to the hotel. Let’s just say it was very enlightening as to why i was experiencing so much activity in this hotel, especially on the third floor next to what I will assume would have been a fire escape at some point. It also may explain why the first thing that went through my mind when I opened the front door of the hotel and turned to my daughter and said “I’m surprised the hotel gets away with door opening inward. It goes against fire code. Anyway, You can look up the history yourself and understand all that I have said. :-)  either way, a spectacular hotel at a decent price and a very safe and beautiful part of the city. I will definitely stay here again!

The proximity of the canteen and cafeteria next to the reception area added to the convenience. The cafeteria offered a delightful selection of freshly baked goods and various beverages, making it a pleasant spot to unwind.
While I explored nearby Bodegas for budget-friendly groceries, the hostel's public kitchen became my go-to for preparing breakfast and dinner. Although the communal kitchen occasionally suffered from post-use neglect, the dedicated hostel staff ensured it remained clean and well-equipped.
The cleanliness of the shared facilities extended to the toilets, which were consistently well-maintained and stocked with amenities. This attention to hygiene contributed significantly to a positive overall experience.
Despite booking a bed in a 12-bed room, I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and the daily cleaning routine carried out by the diligent hostel staff.
Adding to the positive experience, the Hi New York hostel's location proved to be exceptionally convenient for exploring major destinations. The hostel's close proximity to a subway station, just a 2-minute walk away, made traveling around the city a breeze. This accessibility enhanced the overall convenience of my stay, allowing me to easily reach and explore various attractions without any hassle. The strategic location near the subway station was undoubtedly a valuable asset for anyone looking to make the most of their time in the city.
In essence, Hi New York hostel provided a comfortable and budget-friendly accommodation option with its friendly staff, convenient amenities, and well-maintained communal spaces. My stay was marked by a harmonious balance of affordability and quality service.

MMaikehuThe location of the hotel is invincible. You can walk to Central Park, Times Square, and countless famous attractions in Manhattan. Next to the subway station, the transportation is very convenient.
The hotel service is also very good. Hair dryer and coffee machine were sent to the front desk by phone. The room was clean and tidy.
It is basically full, causing the elevators to be very tight and need to wait. Some rooms in the hotel are a bit old-fashioned, and the details such as the corners may not be very beautiful. Let's see if someone pays attention.

GGuest UserThe room was quite clean and cozy. The location of the hotel is very convenient. You will be able to reach all the major sights in Manhattan easily on foot or by subway (several stations within a 2 minute walk from the hotel). The room had a kitchen with a large refrigerator and necessary cookware. Accommodation for a longer stay. At our request they brought a hot plate (electric) for cooking in the room. There was a coffee making kit, sugar, creamer, small coffee maker. Unfortunately, there was no kettle. We were not disturbed with room cleaning.
Breakfasts were excellent. You can choose what you like: 2 kinds of porridge, sausages or bacon, omelettes, cutlets, pancakes, waffles, muffins, bagels, granola, fruit (apples, bananas, pineapples, melon), spinach. Of the beverages there were 2 kinds of juices, coffee, tea, hot chocolate. Also milk and cream for coffee, jams, honey, portion butter, maple syrup, chocolate for waffles.
There were three of us but the shower set was for one person, extra bedding was not full. There were no toothbrush cups.
We arrived at the hotel early to inquire about early check in and a view room. We were asked to wait 2 hours before check-in time as the high floor room was not ready. But when we arrived on time, the room was still not ready, we were given a room on the 5th floor.
The light in the room is not very convenient. You can't turn on the light locally in the living area, 3 lights in the kitchen above the table, the general light and in the hallway are burning at the same time.

The room is small and exquisite, the kitchen is open 24 hours, and breakfast is available. Usually foreigners live there, and it has a very atmospheric atmosphere. Most hotels in New York require check-out at 11:00 in the morning, but this hotel requires check-out before 12:00 noon. The only drawback is that the air conditioner is a bit noisy at night.
