"Extremely satisfied! The hygiene was excellent. I was pleasantly surprised to find a sink and an induction cooktop in the room, which allowed me to do some simple cooking and save a lot on expenses during my stay! There's a supermarket right next door where I bought 20 shrimp for 20 dirhams – they were firm and bouncy, absolutely delicious! The metro station isn't far either; if you take a shortcut, it's only about 500 meters away."

"Absolutely gorgeous hotel!!! We were given the apartment on the 27th floor and we thoroughly enjoyed the views. The hotel got its own mall, where they had saloon, cafe, Japanese and continental restaurants, clothing, mobile shops, supermarket and a stunning ice skating rink. Gold souk market is nearby. With Train Station nearby(few minutes walk to the station), easily navigate to the places around and cabs always flooded in this hotel for cozy users. Our apartment was quite old but perfectly renowned and maintained. I would definitely recommend anyone(specially families)"

"We booked for one night while passing through. The room was a huge two-room suite. One room had a living area with a mini-kitchen equipped with a fridge, stove, and microwave. There was also a sofa, two armchairs, and a TV area. Everything felt very spacious. There was one toilet with a commode and a sink, and a second bathroom with a bathtub and a commode. The bedroom was also spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable with such soft linens that I didn't want to get out of bed. The bathroom had shower gel, shampoo, soap, cotton swabs, and cotton pads, but no disposable toothbrushes or toothpaste. There were also no slippers or bathrobes. In the kitchen, there were two bottles of water, about eight coffee sachets, and just one tea bag… a very odd quantity. There was also disposable sugar. The room had a tobacco smell, as if someone had smoked in it, even though we were asked upon check-in if we preferred a smoking or non-smoking room, and we chose non-smoking. The location is great, just a 5-minute walk from the metro, which was very convenient for getting to the airport as we did. Nearby, there's also the Marina Mall, where you can easily exchange money and grab a bite on the top floor. Plus, there's a supermarket on the first floor. Overall, the Dubai Marina promenade is a nice place for a walk. The room offered a wonderful view. In short, we liked the hotel, but it's not a 5-star experience. It has its drawbacks. For 7500 rubles a night, we expected better conditions. Also, be aware that they charge a 20-dirham tourist tax upon check-in."

"The room was spacious and clean, and the Wi-Fi was stable. Having four elevators meant there was hardly any waiting time, which was great. Breakfast was mostly Indian dishes, but it was delicious. The washing machine in the room was a real lifesaver (remember to bring your own detergent!). The kitchen and full set of cooking utensils were incredibly convenient. There's also a large bathtub. A small supermarket is just a 1-minute walk away. A large 24-hour Spinneys supermarket, McDonald's, and KFC are all within a 5-minute walk. The Metro Red Line station is a 10-15 minute walk."

"This hotel was just okay. I arrived around 7 AM after a 6 AM flight, feeling incredibly sleepy, and they kept insisting check-in wasn't until 2 PM. Later, around 9 AM, they tried to charge me extra for early check-in, which I refused. Eventually, they let me check in around noon. If a room was available, why make such a fuss? The environment was mediocre, and the location isn't great – it's far from the subway, so public transport is really inconvenient. The room was quite spacious, but the facilities were very old."

"Had a fantastic stay! The hotel's location is superb, just a 3-minute walk from the metro station. Our room even had a balcony with a view of the station. There's a 24-hour supermarket right downstairs. You can walk to Dubai Mall or the Fountain Show (which was spectacular, highly recommend it!) in about 20 minutes. The room was incredibly spacious, and it had everything we needed. The staff were all very professional and proactive. I have to say, customer service in Dubai is top-notch. The hotel offers a taxi service to the airport for 80 AED (approximately 160 RMB), which is a reasonable price. They also have two morning shuttle services to Jumeirah Beach and three afternoon shuttles to Dubai Mall. The gym is spacious, and the pool offers views of the Burj Khalifa, open from 6 AM to 11 PM."
