The location is undeniably electric, and the property itself is a visual masterpiece, but here’s the catch: unless you proactively ask, the staff won't volunteer a single detail about the amenities, leaving newbies like me to wander aimlessly past the spa and multiple pools. Be prepared for a bustling, busy front desk and a hefty deposit that catches many off guard (pro tip: budget for it). However, once you get past that initial chaos, the experience shines—Numa restaurant is a culinary highlight worth every dirham, and the housekeeping team is almost too attentive, checking in on the room with Swiss precision. The true unsung heroes, though, are the gentlemen operating the elevators and the concierge team, whose old-school warmth and efficiency feel like a luxury relic in this otherwise hyper-modern playground. It’s not a seamless stay, but it’s a memorable one—just come with your wallet open and your expectations calibrated."

"The service was great, and there were a lot of foreign business travelers. The room was also very clean, though the bathroom was a bit cramped. Breakfast was plentiful, but the variety was the same every day, which made it a bit boring after a while."

"This sweet, modern hotel in Dubai is hard to ignore, where everything is exactly as expected from 4 star hotel. From staff, cleanliness, decorating, user friendly technology implemented to make it more convenient, facilities, buffet breakfast variety and taste, desk invitation etc. If you don't need to be in the city centre with the high price tag hotel, that is perfect accommodation, has near by bus stop and a taxi available too. Only one downside I noticed despite my room at third floor is that, at the ground floor has clubs and restaurants with music wildly going till 1 AM which might not sounds very appealing to those who goes to bed before that time."

"Swissôtel Al Murooj is a beautiful hotel with a stunning backdrop of the Dubai skyline. We enjoyed strolling around the area in the evening. It was peaceful, quiet, and felt very safe. The pool area is one of the highlights of the hotel. It’s clean, beautifully designed with waterfalls, and incredibly Instagram-worthy. A tip for anyone staying here: if you want an amazing top-view photo of the pool, take it from the elevator window. The view is absolutely stunning! The staff were generally helpful, especially Yaseer, Elsayed, Sandeep and the lady at the breakfast reception. I’d like to give special recognition to Yaseer, who consistently greeted every guest with genuine warmth and kindness. His excellent hospitality really stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. While most of the staff were pleasant, a few could be a bit more welcoming with a smile, as small gestures like that can make guests feel even more at home. Our room was very spacious, comfortable, and filled with beautiful natural sunlight in the morning, making it a wonderful place to relax. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily recommend Swissôtel Al Murooj to anyone looking for a comfortable hotel in a peaceful location with excellent facilities and warm hospitality."

"During my two-day stay, the master bedroom's bathtub and shower were unusable. The water temperature was too low, reaching a maximum of 39 degrees Celsius even when turned up all the way, and it wouldn't maintain that temperature. Hotel staff came to check and discuss three times, each time claiming the equipment was working fine and advising that the bathtub shouldn't be filled more than halfway with hot water. However, in reality, the hot water in the tub only lasted for 2-3 minutes before turning lukewarm. The entire bathing experience cooled down within 5 minutes, leaving not even enough lukewarm water for a shower. The second bedroom had the same issue; after the first person used it, even waiting over half an hour wasn't enough for the next person to have a complete hot shower. This is unacceptable for a 5-star hotel and doesn't meet its service standards. The entire communication process severely disrupted our travel plans. Furthermore, from the night of check-in until the next morning, all four phones in our suite were unable to connect to the front desk for assistance. Eventually, we had to rely on Trip.com to contact staff to come to our standalone building for repairs. On the positive side, the suite had good views. At the breakfast buffet, when we asked if they had Spanish coffee, they initially said no, but then directly brought us a prepared cup, which was a nice touch and made us feel a bit touched."
