This hotel is perfect for both leisure and business travelers. It offers a rich variety of cuisine, including Chinese, Indian, and British options. The Arabian dishes are particularly good at satisfying a craving for Chinese food amidst the local flavors. The location is excellent, comparable to staying in Lujiazui, Shanghai. The entire staff is incredibly warm and attentive, providing exceptional service. Special mention goes to Jinto and a few others from the breakfast team who were efficient and perceptive. Staying at this hotel is truly a pleasure. The hotel also features an outdoor swimming pool with direct views of the Burj Khalifa. The high-floor rooms offer breathtaking panoramic views of the entire city of Dubai, extending to the sea, and you can even spot the Burj Al Arab. I highly recommend this hotel if you're visiting Dubai.

The room has a balcony and the service is very good. There are not many varieties of breakfast, more suitable for Europe and America. There are almost no Chinese people in the whole hotel, only foreigners. It is very close to the castle market, and you can eat and go shopping on foot.

Located right at the entrance of Palm Jumeirah, the views are absolutely stunning. The room itself was great overall, though the bathroom in our suite had a slight drain odor. We were charged per room upon arrival, which was higher than the amount stated during booking. Ctrip proactively covered the difference, which just goes to show how transparent and reliable major platforms are.

Booked an apartment, it was more like a studio. If you don't stay somewhere nice in Dubai, you won't enjoy yourself properly; only with good accommodation can you truly experience the beauty of Dubai! 😁 The room was very spacious, with one bedroom, a living room, and two bathrooms. The sofa was a sofa bed, which my daughter treated like a trampoline. The room also came with a full kitchen setup. The hotel's pool is outsourced, and the staff's attitude was so-so... The view was average, and the area was quite small. Coming straight from the Ritz-Carlton, the Sheraton's pool left me a bit disappointed... The water was a bit cold, and we left within half an hour. Hotels in Dubai don't provide disposable bathtub liners, which honestly could be a new business opportunity, haha~

The dining options were phenomenal, with a wide variety of restaurants offering world-class cuisine. The facilities, especially the pools and spa, were some of the best I’ve experienced. Relaxing by the infinity pool overlooking the Arabian Gulf was pure bliss. The hotel also offers easy access to private beach areas, adding to the overall exclusivity and luxury feel. If you’re looking for a top-tier hotel experience in Dubai, The Royal Atlantis is worth every penny. I can’t wait to return!

Assalamu alaikum! Our whole family, including our two daughters, stayed at this hotel and we were absolutely delighted! The hotel is simply magnificent. The location is ideal — just about a 15-minute walk to Burj Khalifa, which is very convenient. The rooms were clean, cozy, and everything was top-notch. The breakfasts were incredibly delicious, with a wide variety of dishes, making every day start wonderfully. But what impressed us most was the staff. All the employees were very friendly, smiling, attentive, and genuinely tried to make our stay comfortable. It is thanks to you that we have such warm and pleasant memories of this place. The rooms were clean, and the staff were professional. The facilities were good. However, the front desk staff were unhelpful. I arrived at the hotel around 1 PM, and the front desk agent was completely uncooperative with checking me into my room, only giving me the room at 2 PM, even though she could have done so earlier (though not personally). I found all of their front desk staff unhelpful. Also, the security guard treated delivery personnel very poorly and disrespectfully.

This hotel has all the resources to be five-star, but something is fundamentally wrong with the way it is being managed. First of all, the positives: the location is good, the pool is a decent size and the gym is genuinely really good. Breakfast was 10/10. The cleaners, concierge and restaurant staff at breakfast were also lovely. Unfortunately, that’s where the five-star experience stopped for us. When we checked in, we were taken to a room that smelt strongly of mould. I actually have a poor sense of smell, so for me to notice it suggests this was not a minor issue. We were moved to another room without much fuss, which was fine. However, the second room was a double when we had specifically booked a twin. I explained that I currently have a bad back and am struggling to sleep, which is why having separate beds mattered. We were then offered either to have the bed split or move to an upgraded room—which was also a double. This was the point I started getting irritated because I had literally just explained why another double room did not solve the problem. We were tired, so agreed to have the bed split while we were out. They did this, but the resulting twin beds were extremely small and the pillows weren’t particularly comfortable either. The TV/streaming system felt dated and worked poorly, and the internet was slow. Then my niece dropped an earring. While looking for it, we noticed some of the lights weren’t working, so I used the torch on my phone. The amount of dust I could suddenly see around the room was honestly embarrassing for a hotel positioning itself as five-star. I’m really not an especially fussy guest—I just expect a clean, tidy and comfortable room, particularly at this level. By this stage, we asked Paramount if they would cancel the remainder of our four-night booking so we could move elsewhere. They flat-out refused and simply continued offering room changes. After already unpacking, repacking and moving once, I was fed up and told them to leave it. I then suggested that, as a gesture of goodwill, they could include breakfast for the remainder of our stay. I was told they couldn’t because they would “lose money”. Instead, I was offered around 10–20% off food or a spa treatment. Considering their restaurants are available on The Entertainer with buy-one-get-one-free offers, this hardly felt like meaningful compensation for what had happened. What bothered me most was the attitude towards resolving problems. Management seemed dismissive and, during one conversation, a manager repeatedly spoke over me while I was trying to explain the situation. It was simply rude. The same attitude appeared elsewhere. We went for shisha when there was a ladies’ special advertised. We were told the flavours included in the offer were unavailable, so I asked what they could substitute instead. The answer was simply: nothing. Another example: we were initially told the gym was open until 10pm with a member of staff present. On our final night, another staff member casually informed me that guests could actually use it 24 hours a day—we just needed to call reception for access. Great information to receive on the last night of a four-night stay. And I think that sums this hotel up. When something isn’t available, something goes wrong, or a guest has a problem, there seems to be very little instinct to ask, “What can we do to make this better?” Instead, the response is often just “no”, or an option that doesn’t actually solve the issue. It feels like the hotel is sailing along waiting for some magic event to turn it into the five-star property it could absolutely be, rather than addressing the basics. The facilities are there. The location is there. Some excellent staff are there. But customer service, communication, cleanliness standards and service recovery need a huge overhaul before I could consider this a genuine five-star Dubai hotel.

A very good place to stay. Facilities all are good. Room was spacious and comfortable to stay. It was calm and silent. Food was good as i had the breakfast. There are a lot of nearby shops. Would recommend for any family to stay here.
