"We had a great experience in Hyatt Hotel. The room is comfortable & was cleaned everyday without exception. We have stayed for 5D4N, all days weee exceptional clean. The daily food varieties were different each day & the taste are all good."

"I was worried about the bad comments after making the quick reservation. The price was not the best but being close to metro station was my reason of choice. The welcoming was really nice even I do not understand the hindulish. The room was quite but you will hear planes landing all the time if you are on 6th floor. The kettl and irone did not work but it was late to ask for a new one to drink tea or ironing. The hair drier was hidden under the table , the room was freezing cold even I turned off the AC. The room was moderate in clean but the room needs restoration which is very low than Ramada standarts. I am happy with staying here but it deserves more interest."

"Stayed here recently for a short staycation and overall had a pleasant experience, particularly considering the very reasonable rate we paid for a suite. The hotel itself is certainly impressive visually, with its distinctive golden tower design and famous status as one of Dubai’s landmark hotels. Check-in and valet parking were efficient, the elevators were surprisingly quick for such a tall building, and the room itself was clean and well maintained. We also ordered room service during our stay and found the food tasty, reasonably priced, and delivered promptly. One thing I did not realise when booking is that this is a dry hotel, so alcohol is not served anywhere on the property. That was my oversight rather than the hotel’s, but it may be useful information for future guests to know in advance. Our suite was spacious and more apartment-style in layout, with a separate bedroom and kitchen area. However, the overall setup felt quite minimalist in terms of amenities and furnishings. Although the suite includes a kitchen, there are notices advising guests not to use it, and aside from two drinking glasses there were no utensils, crockery, or cutlery provided. Similarly, amenities throughout the room felt limited to the basics: two guests but only two bath towels, two rolls of toilet paper across two bathrooms, and minimal additional furnishings such as sofa cushions or dining seating around the kitchen counter area. The room itself was comfortable enough, although there were a few practical details that impacted sleep quality for us. The illuminated touch-panel light controls remain quite bright overnight, and once your eyes adjust the room never becomes fully dark. There was also overnight construction noise nearby during our stay, although of course that may be temporary and outside the hotel’s control. Guests sensitive to light or noise may wish to keep this in mind. Another thing worth noting is that many rooms appear to face sideways toward neighbouring towers rather than directly toward Sheikh Zayed Road or the coastline, so lower-floor rooms may have fairly limited views depending on their orientation. Overall, I would say the stay represented fair value for the price we paid. While it may not feel especially luxurious or fully equipped compared with some other Dubai four-star properties, it was clean, efficient, and suitable for a short stay, particularly for guests looking for a well-located and affordable suite-style hotel experience."

"I had a good stay at IntercityHotel Dubai Jaddaf Waterfront. The hotel offers a comfortable and pleasant experience overall. Cleanliness, service, and amenities were all good and met expectations. The staff were polite and helpful, making the stay smooth and stress-free. The location is also convenient, though not exceptional, but still suitable for getting around Dubai. Overall, a solid choice for a comfortable stay, especially for couples. I would consider staying here again."

"Stayed at ROVE for 12 days during my 12-day trip to Dubai. Honestly, I'm very satisfied with this hotel for the price. The breakfast was quite good, actually very rich and varied. Next time I'm in Dubai, I'll definitely choose ROVE CITY WALK again. I spent 8 nights there this time."

"Location is excellent and very convenient. Cleanliness is good overall. However, the service could be improved. There was no staff member available to assist with luggage at arrival or departure, which is a service usually available even in smaller hotels. The rooms are quite small, and the bathroom is also very narrow. I believe people with larger body sizes may find it difficult to comfortably use the bathroom due to the limited space. There are also some small but important amenities missing. There is no bar soap provided, only liquid soap. There is also no separate shampoo or conditioner; instead, there is a single liquid that the staff say works as both body wash and shampoo, which is not ideal. The furniture could be improved as well. There is no closed wardrobe, even though the room space seems sufficient to accommodate one. The bed size is medium; if two people share it, it may feel somewhat tight"

"Hotel is nicely designed with lots of compact rooms that are well functional. Reception, restaurant and housekeeping staff are all very pleasant and helpful. It's not a new hotel so decoration is slightly worn out."

"Location , normally should take 12-15 minutes walk but due 3 major road crossings it's 10+ minutes,, wait at road crossings is painfully long and frustrating There is nothing amazing about location but not too bad if you look at prices nearby of a very decent upscale hotel. The rooms are big, spacious, efficient elevators, taxis readily available, bus stop nearby but routes are quite confusing, Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa about 35 minutes walk, good restaurants, shops and walking avenue nearby, the best thing is it's staff, simply superb, Kavita the receptionist was amazingly considerate and polite, upgraded me to Delux or superior room with Burj view, Naseer or Safeer the bell boy was extremely helpful. Good size bathroom with plenty of amenities, super clean with reasonably priced dining options,"

"Arrived with a rental car, but there's no valet parking. You have to park it yourself. All the staff were very polite, kind, and extremely helpful when asked for directions. The DMCC Metro station is right across the street, about a 5-minute walk away. Dubai Marina is just around the corner, offering a great atmosphere in the evenings. The rooms are clean and tidied daily. We had a room with a balcony; unfortunately, the Wi-Fi reception there was poor, though it was fine inside the room. Breakfast wasn't great; you had to order from a menu, unlike our previous two hotels which offered a breakfast buffet. Otherwise, our 3-day stay was perfectly fine."
