"Stayed at Panbill Residence Serviced Apartment during my family trip to Batam, and overall it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. This place is suitable for travelers who prefer a quieter and more relaxing environment instead of staying right in the busy city center. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the staff service. The team was very friendly, polite, and always willing to help whenever needed. I would especially like to mention a staff member named Berkat, who truly went the extra mile to accommodate our requests and ensure that our stay was comfortable. His helpful attitude and dedication made a very positive impression on us and added warmth to the overall experience. The environment of the residence is peaceful and relaxing. Unlike hotels located in crowded tourist areas, this property offers a calmer atmosphere that feels more suitable for families or travelers who simply want to rest and unwind. The surroundings are quiet, and the overall ambiance is comfortable after a long day of sightseeing. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Housekeeping did a good job keeping the room tidy, and the facilities provided were sufficient for a family stay. The bed was comfortable, and the apartment-style setup gave a more homely feeling compared to a standard hotel room. One thing to take note of is the location. The residence is located quite far from Batam’s main city or town area, roughly around 20 minutes away depending on traffic. This means you may need extra planning if you intend to travel frequently into town for shopping or dining. Fortunately, the property provides a scheduled shuttle bus service, which is very helpful. However, guests will need to follow the shuttle timing strictly, as it operates based on a fixed schedule. Overall, Panbill Residence Serviced Apartment offers a comfortable and relaxing stay with excellent hospitality from the staff. While the location may not be the most convenient for those wanting quick access to the city, it is still a good choice for families or travelers looking for a peaceful accommodation experience in Batam."

"feedback and update of our stay over the weekend. 1. The room was found to have ants on the TV console table 2. The kitchen tap will flow out water when its not touched, and have a loud sound(which happen during the night,out of random). Scares the hell out of us. 3. The washroom shower head was found to keep dripping water even after its off. 4. The air conditioner, switch on as it is. At night, it was found condensation and drip water, floor/mattress is wet. (Those who sleep at futon matress will be lightly affected). Kinda humid still, with the aircon is on. 5. The mineral water which was provided, 1 of the 3 bottle was found tampered. Side note, 6. The location is a good pit for staycaytion to chill(with pools) though a little off from the central, but still able to get thru grab(grab is cheap)."

"Location was good. Its right above harbourbay ferry. Wide selection of F&B. For travellers in. Are you did not read it anywhere in the postings. Remember to WhatsApp the hotel property for ”check in” otherwise you will end up stranded like me for a good 30mins trying to call the number. WhatsApp is the form of communication for tour to check in and /or ask questions 😁"

"Tara Studio was quite hard to locate as there was no clear signage. After checking in, we were unexpectedly directed to Fave Hotel, which is in a separate building. It was confusing and inconvenient — I don’t understand why guests need to check in at one hotel only to stay in another. It would be much better if guests could go directly to the correct reception."
