Batam Hotels with balcony

Convenient location, impressive staff service and clean room. It was our first time and we’re already planning to return. The icing on the cake was the free room upgrade from premium king to studio apartment. Thank you to Willy who assisted both our chk in and chk out smoothly with clear guidance.

Apart from the facilities being a little old, everything else was quite good. I would like to make a small suggestion. My child has visited twice, but was reluctant to enter the indoor playground on both occasions because it felt a little scary. The environment in the playground is somewhat dark. Perhaps the playground could be redesigned to be cleaner, brighter, more cheerful and welcoming. I believe this would make children feel more comfortable and encourage them to enjoy the play area more.

The location was accessible, upon reaching the island, we could feel the warm hospitality of the Hotel Crew, buggy-ing us to the hotel. Upon reaching the hotel - welcome reception / hospitality was good and check in was fast! love the cold towel, welcome drink as well. Check in was good, explanation of the staff at concierge counter was clear and they were all very friendly and helpful. Room environment was good, clean and spacious even though we had 3 persons in the room, they added on a big size sofa bed. Service was quick, precise and detailed. Just that the room lack some space to hang towels after using. Facilities was good and nice! Food was great, but just a little expensive especially on the alcohol part. Overall, very satisfied with the place, people, hotel service, food and everything! Definitely more than a 5-star rating hotel !! Will come back again many times. Had a pleasant stay at Panbil Residence Batam. We booked a 2-bedroom apartment and were impressed with how spacious, clean, and comfortable it was. The apartment comes with a kitchen and a cosy living room, making it feel like a home away from home. It was also convenient for families or groups who prefer extra space and the comfort of an apartment setup. Overall, a great place to stay in Batam. Highly recommended for those looking for a clean, spacious, and comfortable accommodation

Convenient Batam Center Stay with Great Facilities Location: Centrally located in Batam Center, just a short drive from the Batam Center Ferry Terminal and close to major shopping malls like Mega Mall. Pool & Amenities: Features a pleasant rooftop outdoor swimming pool and a fitness center, offering good spaces to unwind after a day of shopping or business. Room: Spacious and functional rooms with comfortable beds, air conditioning, and decent city views. Some interior areas show a bit of age, but they remain clean and well-maintained. Service: Professional and efficient staff, making check-in smooth even for large groups. Cons Music and sound from the nearby mall are extremely loud and run straight up until 10:00 PM every night, making early evening relaxation difficult during my stay.

The hospitality was great, and all the staff were very helpful and always served us with a smile. The room was clean, and the pool was excellent for families. Our kids absolutely loved it! The view was amazing as well. The only downsides were some service-related issues, such as delays in the buggy service, the limited food options due to the location, and the late opening time of the bar. It only opens at 12 PM, which was a little inconvenient for families like us who spend time at the pool from the morning, especially when the kids get hungry. As for breakfast, the selection and taste were just okay, nothing special, but still acceptable and edible.

It is a refurbished grand hotel with friendly helpful staff and warm welcoming atmosphere.. For a shower means you have to step into the bath tub which is not conducive for those with joints issues. The mattress and pillows are really great for weary muscles. The breakfast buffet spread esp.the fruit juices local dishes,, hot station n fried noodles are the must haves. Hats off to Chef Pak GorengGoreng! He deserves a raise!🫡

A Perfect 3D2N Mother-Son Getaway! This was my second visit to Batam View Beach Resort, and it was just as wonderful as the first. I brought my mom this time, and she enjoyed everything about our stay. Food: Breakfast was a highlight, featuring a delicious mix of local and Western dishes. While we were bummed that the seafood restaurant was closed for dinner, the indoor restaurant/bar completely made up for it with great food and service. Amenities: The resort facilities are excellent, and my mom took full advantage of them. Overall, a fantastic experience. We will definitely be back!

I really enjoyed my stay at Grand Eska Hotel & Suites! What stood out for me was its proximity to ESKA Spa & Wellness, convenient location, reasonable price, and most importantly, the friendly and helpful staff. I also really appreciated the flexibility with check-in. Although the room keys could only be collected after 2pm, the hotel was happy to let me check in earlier and leave my bags with the concierge. This meant I could head out and explore Batam without having to worry about my luggage. If there was one area for improvement, it would definitely be the towels. I think the hotel could do with a fresh set of good-quality white towels, as the current ones looked a little old and musty. I was honestly tempted to bring my own when i come back next time! 😅 Other than that, it was a really pleasant and comfortable stay. With new towels, it would have been pretty much perfect! Would definitely consider staying here again, especially for the convenience, value for money and wonderful service. ⭐️

As a resort, it is located a distance away from the mall. But they do provide a daily shuttle bus to the mall. Overall, the amenities are good; a lot of activities to do and enjoy as a family. The staff are all very kind, welcoming and friendly. We definitely had a great stay! Only downside is the place needs some refreshing.
