Really loved the room and their service was excellent!! Everyone was super nice ❤️ This hotel is currently my TOP 1 🫶🏻 I'll definitely go again next time ❤️ If you're looking for a luxurious and comfortable experience, you should definitely try this hotel 👍🏻 They have airport pickup and shuttle services 🫶🏻 The environment is also really comfortable 🫰🏻 And the food was delicious 😋

Saw this and it's amenities and felt it was the best for me and my 3 kids. Decided to try this out didn't realize it was further than I'm usually used to. We arrived in the evening but was greeted by a cheerful receptionist. Please note there is a 1 mil rupiah deposit. I wasn't prepared for this so I thought to give this a heads up for future booking awareness. The place was alittle hard to spot from the main road ( there was no signage) but it's landmarks are Cubezone and Ria. Note, there is a laundry service across the road please expect 1-2 days. Express service is 1 day The entrance is a dainty little walkway like a secret hideout into a cactus garden that somehow transports you to what looks like Bali crossed with New Mexico feels. A small but clean pool, well maintained. They have dining table and benches outside for a chill out vibe. There's also a BBQ space where you can engage in their BBQ rental (provides charcoal n pit) with a ceiling fan n sink for your convenience and comfort. Area is nice and spacious. Once again I just emphasize, they keep it very clean. The place it seems is 6 container villas surrounding the garden n pool. Which is perfect if you plan to have a big group in. Inside there's a basic kitchenette with a fridge, pot, kettle. There were 2 rooms. Both equipped with bathrooms and tvs. Ac was perfection.you don't have to worry about the heat. It's so nice and cold. Makes you wanna just not get out of bed. The wifi was laggy alittle, didn't bother us as we had local data but it wasn't so nice to be watching a movie and gettin disrupted. TV is equipped with YOUTUBE and Netflix. Pretty awesome to keep the kids occupied. Be warned they have live bands that play music till 1-2 am in the morning. Definately didn't expect that but it didn't bother us so much. Once again, another heads up. Pool is open from 7am to 9pm. Its also a 15-20mins drive to Nagoya. We normally do Grab roughly about 60-70k. The host has their number in the welcome print and responds pretty fast if you need to enquire on anything. Overall, the place is pretty charming and despite it being alittle far from massages n karaoke, I think I found a new go to place. Certainly looking forward to be back.

The hotel is very clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is small and dirty when we were there. Kids walking around at the breakfast area and jumping in and out from the pool to breakfast area. No proper towels provided for the pool. My room is clean but face a block of construction wall which looks really eerie at night. I think they are in the midst of extension their hotel. Blackout twice but power came back fast. Despite the small imperfect, it is still a very comfortable hotel which I will go back to in Batam.

I recently stayed at Wyndham Panbil Batam to celebrate my birthday. Although the room had a strong floral scent from the cleaning products when we first entered, the overall experience was wonderful. The staff went above and beyond by surprising me with a birthday song and a complimentary cake, which made my celebration truly special. Everyone was warm, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The excellent hospitality made this a memorable stay, and I would happily return.

Stayed at Panbill Residence Serviced Apartment during my family trip to Batam, and overall it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. Unlike hotels located in crowded tourist areas, this property offers a calmer atmosphere that feels more suitable for families or travelers who simply want to rest and unwind. The surroundings are quiet, and the overall ambiance is comfortable after a long day of sightseeing. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Housekeeping did a good job keeping the room tidy, and the facilities provided were sufficient for a family stay. The bed was comfortable, and the apartment-style setup gave a more homely feeling compared to a standard hotel room. One thing to take note of is the location. The residence is located quite far from Batam’s main city or town area, roughly around 20 minutes away depending on traffic. This means you may need extra planning if you intend to travel frequently into town for shopping or dining. Fortunately, the property provides a scheduled shuttle bus service, which is very helpful. However, guests will need to follow the shuttle timing strictly, as it operates based on a fixed schedule. Overall, Panbill Residence Serviced Apartment offers a comfortable and relaxing stay with excellent hospitality from the staff. While the location may not be the most convenient for those wanting quick access to the city, it is still a good choice for families or travelers looking for a peaceful accommodation experience in Batam.

After a long day of exploring and activities, soaking in the tub became our favorite way to unwind and relax together. The housekeeping team deserves immense credit for keeping every corner of our villa pristine throughout our stay, ensuring we never had to worry about a thing.Beyond the beautiful room, our trip was packed with memorable experiences. We are a couple that loves a mix of relaxation and adventure, so we decided to try the ATV riding offered at the resort. It was an absolute blast. Racing through the trails together brought a fantastic rush of adrenaline and added an exciting, adventurous spark to our romantic vacation. The staff guiding the ATV experience were professional, safety-conscious, and made sure we had the best time possible.Of course, no luxury stay is complete without great food, and Montigo Resorts delivered perfectly on that front. Our package included a complimentary buffet breakfast each morning, which quickly became something we looked forward to every day. The spread was incredibly generous, featuring a wide variety of both local and international dishes. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, from the live cooking stations to the fresh pastries and tropical fruits. Starting our mornings together over a delicious, hearty breakfast with beautiful resort views set the perfect tone for the rest of our day.What made this trip truly amazing was how seamlessly the resort blended high-energy fun with peaceful romance. Whether we were splashing around in our private pool, getting mud-soaked on the ATV tracks, or relaxing in our spotless villa, every moment felt special. The staff were consistently warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile, making us feel valued from check-in to check-out. It was the perfect escape for me and my fiancé, allowing us to connect, create unforgettable memories, and enjoy a flawless blend of luxury and adventure. We left Montigo Resorts feeling completely refreshed and deeply in love with the place, and we already cannot wait to return for another unforgettable stay.

Front desk and room service staff are friendly, room look alittle old, but made up on big and spaciious large room for family traveling. Convenience store although across the hotel but needed to cross over a busy traffic road with fast moving cars. Location of hotel near most major shopping malls making its easy travel there. Breafast buffet simple not many variety but for the low price it charges its ok.

Good location with many food options nearby. Walking distance to Nagoya Hill Mall. Breakfast is superb, delicious local tastes. The room is clean but lacks amenities, especially hand towels and hairdryers.

This is our 2nd trip within 6 months as my daughter requested for a return and also for her craving with the pasta at the Italian restaurant. So we stayed there for 2 nights which is enough for a short getaway. When we reached our room, after unpacking some of our stuff from the luggage, we decided to take short break before heading to the pool and upon resting on the bed, my daughter noticed that the duvet cover was stained with blood. It was very obvious and was surprised that the staff did not noticed it. I informed the front office staff who came to our room due to some issue with the safe and he got it changed while we were out for our swim. I will recommend that the hotel manager look into this due to hygiene issues and such bedding materials that are stained with blood to be disposed. As for the bathroom , stains on the wall and floor are very obvious and it’s about time for the staff to have a chemical wash , no doubt this resort is very old, cleanliness shouldn’t be ignored to maintain it’s reputation and loosing the customers confidence in returning again. Lastly, a big thank you to the waitress at the Italian restaurant who gotten the chef to fire up the pasta I had last year in December that was no longer in the menu , this gesture made our trip a memorable one and fulfilled one of our reasons to visit Turi beach resort .
