"There is a Harris free shuttle from Sekupang ferry terminal to hotel. The staff are all polite, friendly and smiling. Our room Is Harris Seaview, its on the first level, so its easy acces to go in and out of the room. We had breakfast for two days, and the food they serving is just ok, im ok with it because i dont eat much for breakfast, just egg n toast is fine with me. For dinner, we have to order ala carte. Waiting time for food if you order ala carte take some time. It happened for both two nights we order dinner. But over all evrything is nice. The staff at the bar are nice, and the staff at the buffet as well. My daughter enjoyed the pool so much."

"So much fun, I'll definitely come back! The room was very spacious with a comfortable sea view. Breakfast was excellent, and there was a BBQ by the pool on the weekend. I read all the reviews on Ctrip, but none mentioned the prices here. Turns out the BBQ was only about 130 RMB, which is an amazing deal! The water activities are even cheaper: kayaking for about 70 RMB and paddleboarding for 220 RMB for 15 minutes!"

The hotel's location is simply outstanding—situated right next to the Batam Center Ferry Terminal, it’s incredibly convenient for travelers, especially those arriving from Singapore. I appreciated how easy it was to check in and head directly to my room without any hassle. One of the highlights of my stay was the excellent sea view from my room. Waking up to the sight of the water was refreshing and set a lovely tone for each day. Additionally, being directly opposite Mega Mall was a delightful bonus. With a plethora of dining and shopping options just a short walk away, I had plenty to explore, from local eateries to international food chains. The international breakfast spread at the hotel was impressive, featuring a wide array of dishes including delicious local Indonesian options as well as familiar Western choices. Whether it was the mouthwatering nasi goreng or the variety of fresh fruits available, I loved starting my day with such a hearty meal. I also want to commend the hotel staff for their friendliness and attentiveness. I requested a non-smoking, quiet room upon check-in, and they went out of their way to accommodate my needs, ensuring that my stay was as comfortable as possible. Their warm service certainly enhanced the experience. While my room was slightly dated, it was generally clean, and the comfortable bed made for restful nights. The slight age of the furnishings didn’t detract from my overall satisfaction with the stay. In summary, Harris Hotel Batam strikes a perfect balance between convenience, comfort, and hospitality. The strategic location, scenic views, excellent breakfast, and responsive staff make it a solid choice for anyone visiting Batam. "I really enjoyed my stay here at Batam view. The seaview is amazing. There is an actual beach to relax and even swim unlike the other 3 hotels and resorts here in Nongsa. This resort surrounding is beautiful. I enjoy taking photos around this place. Breakfast was average. Staffs are polite and helpful. Always greeting and serve with a smile. Highly recommended for those who prefer beach resort accommodation."

"Spacious,clean,easy access to many food varieties,convenient stores. Love the balcony where i can just relax either enjoying my coffee or just smoking while enjoying the seaviews. Will definitely be back again. Price was very reasonable. Parking lots are very limited and that’s the only ‘bad’ thing i found."
