"My friend and I stayed for two nights, but it was like a one-room apartment designed for single occupancy, so it felt like we were visiting a friend's place. Towels, toothbrushes, and shampoo were provided. The best part was that it was reasonably priced despite being only a 15-20 minute walk from Kanazawa Station. While it seems to be cleaned regularly, it does have an older feel, so unless you're a germaphobe and just looking for cheap accommodation in Kanazawa, it should be perfectly acceptable. If I had to nitpick, it would have been nice to be able to pay in advance. They come to collect payment, which made the arrangements a little inconvenient."
