There is a washing machine, but the washing machine is outdoors downstairs, and it will be very cold if you go to wash clothes.

Stayed here with my kids in June, and the hotel is overall great for families. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The air conditioning was cool and comfortable, not stuffy, and hot water was always available. The staff were very kind to the children. The nearby attractions were a reasonable distance away, and it was quiet at night, so the kids slept really well. It offers good value for money, highly recommend for family trips.
