This hotel deserves the highest praise. Having stayed in so many hotels in China, my experience at Yun Hotel is the most profound. Besides its high-end facilities, its biggest highlight is its service. The staff provides meticulous care for guests in every aspect, from check-in to elevator access, room arrangements, and restaurant arrangements. The service greatly enhances the hotel's value; when traveling, the greatest enjoyment of staying in a hotel is undoubtedly the service.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, just a few minutes' walk from Handan Road and Congtai Park. There's ample parking available. The public areas are elegantly designed, and the rooms are clean, tidy, spacious, and bright, equipped with comprehensive smart facilities. The service is warm and welcoming. The lobby offers complimentary drinks, and guests receive a welcome fruit platter and a small gift daily. The hotel breakfast is incredibly rich and varied. The Chinese breakfast includes all of Handan's local specialty snacks, and there's also a wide selection of Western breakfast options. The variety is extensive, and the food tastes great. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again next time I visit Handan.

I wanted to choose a Dujie Family Hotel not far from Shijiazhuang. After looking around, I chose Dongtaihang Dawn Hotel, which is more than two hours’ drive from Shijiazhuang. It was a pleasant surprise when we arrived at the hotel. The environment of the hotel built in the scenic spot is really good. We came here during the National Day. There were very few people in the hotel and we were relatively quiet. There were only two of us in the children's pool. It is worth mentioning that The temperature of the children's heated swimming pool is very high, more than 30 degrees, and my old mother really likes it! In addition, the hotel is only a five-minute walk from the entrance of the East Taihang Scenic Area, and more than ten minutes' drive from the Jingniang Lake Scenic Area. The scenic area has been developed for many years and is very mature. In addition to staying in the hotel, it is well worth a visit with the children. Service: Compared with the well-trained service staff of five-star hotels, this hotel has more local enthusiasm. Before check-in, a housekeeper Xie Yingying was added. She prepared the room in advance very thoughtfully and put the items according to our requirements. The whole hotel During the check-in process, they kept asking me about my requirements, which was very considerate. All in all, this is a resort hotel worth visiting again. I choose this hotel without hesitation every time I go on a business trip or travel! From the moment I step into the lobby, I can feel the professional and caring service. The guest rooms are warm and comfortable, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the smart devices are all available, and the hygiene details are impeccable, even the corners are spotless. The bathroom is reasonably designed to separate wet and dry areas. The corridor is covered with thick and soft carpets. You can hardly hear footsteps when walking. The art paintings on the walls and the soft wall lamps complement each other, creating a warm and high-end atmosphere. Aromatherapy and green plants are dotted in between, and every detail shows the pursuit of quality, making people feel comfortable and reluctant to leave as soon as they check in! The breakfast is rich in variety, with Chinese and Western food, and it changes every day to satisfy the taste buds. The gym equipment is brand new and the leisure facilities are super complete. What touched me most was that the staff always remembered my preferences. This feeling of being valued is great! Whether it is the environment, service or facilities, it is perfect. It is definitely the first choice for travel and highly recommended!

I stayed for four consecutive days, and I was quite satisfied with everything until the last day. On May 4th at noon, as we were in a hurry, we decided to eat at the 2046 tea restaurant on the first floor. We bought two group-buy vouchers from a popular app since there were many of us. Unfortunately, that afternoon, one of us started feeling unwell, experiencing nausea, bloating, general discomfort, and weakness. By the evening, they had vomited several times. Initially, we thought it was an individual issue, but then two more people developed the exact same symptoms: bloating, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. The unfortunate part is that we didn't realize at first that the food was the culprit, and we even ate there again that same evening... At least we didn't eat anywhere else, so there's no one else to blame... This incident cut our last day short. Besides these three most severe cases, upon further questioning, three other people also reported similar, albeit milder, symptoms that they hadn't paid much attention to. Although it's hard to pinpoint exactly which dish caused it now, we ate all three meals at the hotel, so it's highly probable there was an issue with the hotel's food... Apart from this problem, the guest rooms were fine, but it's truly disappointing for our holiday to end this way.

First of all, the location is better, next to the new century and Renmin Road, the traffic is very convenient, there is a parking place downstairs, and the location is the city center, it is very convenient to go to the ramp and Congtai Park, the nearest to the station, to the east of the far. The room environment is good, the windows are bad and cannot be opened, the air conditioner can be turned on for ventilation, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, there is moisturizer on the sink, no hand sanitizer, and the things are not complete. The bedside table has a price list, which is more convenient and the price is open and transparent. But there are two bottles of drinks in the refrigerator, and they don't say whether it is free or charged, and they have not dared to move. If you choose the economy, McDawden is better, at least cheaper than the new century Atour, and the environment is similar. If you choose Wyndham higher-end, go to Wyndham Congtai next to Merlot City.

This hotel offers incredible value for money! It perfectly hit all the key points I look for: the room was clean and spacious, the facilities were complete and functioned well, and the location was excellent, making getting around super convenient. The service attitude was exceptionally good; the staff were warm and patient, making communication very smooth. The entire stay was comfortable with no complaints whatsoever – a truly satisfying experience. I've already saved this place and will prioritize it for my next visit.
