Beautiful hotel. Great location, and delicious breakfast!

Staying in the LOFT suite, the experience exceeded expectations, it can be said to be the most comfortable hotel in the whole European itinerary. The mattress is thick and soft, the bedding is very comfortable, and the rest quality is very good. The hotel is in a great location, a 3-minute walk to the core attractions such as Juliet's former residence. The streets and alleys downstairs are full of characteristic shops and restaurants. The old city is very worry-free. The service is very intimate, providing valet parking, assisting with luggage, and the staff is warm and thoughtful. The interior decoration is exquisite and elegant, full of European classical atmosphere, and full of a strong European cultural atmosphere. Whether it is visiting the old city of Verona, it is highly recommended to stay.

В номере полная тишина. Прекрасные завтраки с качественными продуктами и напитками, включая просекко. Отличное обслуживание, приветливый персонал. Заказывали ланч в отеле. Лосось подали с каким-то бесподобным соусом. Кухне отеля отдельный респект. У нас остались самые хорошие воспоминания

Room is clear and comfortable, thanks to nice location, can take bus to downtown easily. However, worker at the front desk is unkind at all. I don’t know where she is from, but she acts like rasist. Because English is my second language, I’m not able to listen what she said at once. So I asked her to say her word again, and she raised her tone as she wanted to express her annoyance. I felt disrespectful from her attitude, and if I need to visit Verona again, I’ll find other accommodation even though all good points I mentioned at first. I hope the manager recognize the situation and do sth.

There is a parking lot, very close to the old town, and the front desk staff of the hotel are very enthusiastic! The room is similar to an apartment, with a balcony! With air conditioning, you won’t be afraid of the heat in summer! The breakfast is a relatively standard continental breakfast. Due to the epidemic, the breakfast is served at the table provided by the service staff! Very thoughtful! There is a supermarket about 200 meters away, buying fruit snacks and beer...cheap!

The biggest hotel in Italy, the underground parking lot is very safe, the front desk will give a password, enter the password downstairs to park directly. The doorway of the car is farther away, and the door is flat. In addition, the hotel's breakfast is good. You can go to Lake Garda, not too far away, the environment is not bad. Recommended to stay in Verona for a few more days. A small but very comfortable city!

В апартаментах есть все необходимое для того, чтобы с комфортом проживать в течение любого срока: прекрасно оборудованная кухня, балконы, качественная мебель, стиральная машинка, кондиционеры и многое другое. Всё как дома. Очень любезный персонал. И самые низкие цены в автоматах, которые мы встречали за последние поездки)) С удовольствием вернемся!

Staff were excellent, so friendly and could speak English. Hotel room was a little small but perfectly useable and clean. Nice relaxing garden / outdoor section to relax in. We used the Verona hire bikes right outside to / from city centre. Bus to / from train station also on doorstep. Easy and cheap!

Excellent hotel for one or two nights. The shuttle service to and from the airport is good, but it's a shame it's not available. The rooms are exceptional, large and luxurious, the bathroom is clean and well-equipped, but it's a shame there are no bathrobes for the pool. However, overall everything is ok.
