"You get what you pay for.
The room was big, we had a separate private bathroom and toilet (outside the room). Some towels and soap were already in the bathroom. Everything was clean.
There was also a kitchen where we could use the fridge and the microwave. Instead coffee and some tea were free to use.
However, we had difficulty to find the place. No indications. And also for the parking, it’s written that they have one but no. You had to find a street parking which isn’t easy to do (plus need to pay in the morning if you got lucky and find one = blue zone)"

"I highly recommend this hotel. It’s close to everything — the arena, the main square, bars, and restaurants — so the location is very convenient for sightseeing.
I was also upgraded to a one-bedroom room! The staff were all very kind and friendly.
The amenities were great as well: shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, tea bags, coffee powder, and more. Toothbrushes seem to be available upon request."

"The room is spacious, near the bus stop for convenient transportation, the location is n*** at the intersection, depending on the room, the view is the top. A little walk is to get to the red ancient city building. Entering and exiting, you have to have a pass to enter the entrance of the house, so the safety is also very high!"

"The apartment was generally clean, but the shower drain was clogged and water was rising. Nevertheless, I am very satisfied with the location and accessibility. I rented it and visited, and it was convenient because there was a private parking lot. However, you have to pay a usage fee (15 euros / night)."

Great hotel. Spacious rooms with a fully equipped kitchen. Location is outstanding, right in the middle of old city center. 25 mins walk to station. Very helpful stuff at reception. It has an elevator to help with the luggage. Definitely, if I am back in Verona, I'll stay there.

Very, very satisfactory hotel, although it looks small, and the external three-star rating. But I think this hotel is much better than three stars. The characteristic is that the location is too good, right next to the amphitheater. Another is that the breakfast is very good. The small room is not a problem for me. It can be seen that the management of this hotel is also very good. The occupancy rate is very high.

La camera era molto bella, proprio come ce la si aspettava, pulita e con ogni servizio utile. La signorina che ci ha accolto molto brava e cordiale non ci ha fatto mancare nulla, dalla colazione a spiegazioni e consigli vari a semplici chiacchierate. È stato un soggiorno coi fiocchi. Un consiglio per chi soggiorna a Verona, a prescindere dall'hotel, è quello di valutare l'idea di non usare la macchina: i parcheggi purtroppo sono molto molto cari!

The location is very good, the room is very spacious, the kitchen is fully equipped and the refrigerator is large. The washing machine is very Italian, working once, and resting for 30 minutes. There is no washing powder in the room and you need to bring your own. It is best to provide wifi password in the room, contacted many times, until leaving, and did not connect to wifi.

A beautiful and unique hotel with great charm. Family run and welcoming. An opportunity to stay in an elegant, authentic and traditional hotel.
The Secret Garden breakfast setting was lovely and breakfast was very pleasant.
There is a nice little lounge area where you can make yourself a hot drink and find a book or magazine to read.
The rooms are nicely decorated and furnished with modern ensuites. Air conditioning being a welcome feature in hot weather.
The owners are obliging and helpful.
A more authentic stay than modern or chain hotels.

Location is good, 10mins walk from Piazza Bra and shopping street. Host provided very little hand soap and shampoos. Floor is not very clean. Won't change towels for you.
Host will contact you via trip.com or WhatsApp and ask you to provide your estimated arrival time, so this is good.
Breakfast is at a cafe opposite, the croissant is good.

Guest UserStaff were excellent, so friendly and could speak English. Hotel room was a little small but perfectly useable and clean. Nice relaxing garden / outdoor section to relax in. We used the Verona hire bikes right outside to / from city centre. Bus to / from train station also on doorstep. Easy and cheap!

NIGarden-style apartment hotel, very good, like it very much. You can cook, and the kitchen utensils are complete. The room is big enough, and there is a loft for a family to live in. To the attractions, you can walk, not very far. Very nice hotel apartment!
