duduxiaoqiGreat hotel! The breakfast was decent and left a really good impression on me in Vientiane.
Mon and Farsay provided excellent service; they were two very enthusiastic young ladies.
Facilities: Excellent. Not inferior to domestic five-star hotels. The only thing is the door lock felt a bit insecure, and I've seen other guests mention this issue as well.
Hygiene: Clean and tidy.
Environment: Elegant and minimalist.
Service: The staff were very enthusiastic! I couldn't get a taxi to That Luang Temple, so a staff member drove me there directly in the hotel's shuttle. They even offered to pick me up after I finished, though I ended up taking a taxi to another place, haha.

The location is unbeatable, right next to the Mekong Night Market 🌃. You can just head downstairs in the evening for street food – super convenient for getting around. The hotel is new and comfortable, making travel hassle-free. Definitely consider this place when you come to Vientiane. A special shout-out to the two staff members who speak Mandarin; communication was smooth, and their service was thoughtful and polite, helping us with many issues. Overall, a satisfactory experience and a top choice for travel.

Guest UserI was initially given a room that reeked of cigarette smoke, but the hotel kindly moved us to a slightly better one. Breakfast was decent. It's run by Chinese owners, and you can exchange money here, which is convenient. There are also a few restaurants nearby, and you can walk to the Mekong Riverfront restaurants in about 20 minutes, which was nice.

Guest UserThis hotel, converted from a former French colonial governor's residence, is exquisite and truly captures a Southeast Asian vibe. It attracts many European tourists. It's very quiet, and the European-style service makes for a truly comfortable and pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

Guest UserReturned for another stay and found that the hotel has been selected as a Ctrip Preferred Chinese Hotel. A swimming pool and gym are essential for a luxury hotel! The room was as quiet and clean as ever, the bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom was smart. The biggest improvement this time was the breakfast at the restaurant, which had significantly enhanced in terms of both variety and taste, making it perfect for Chinese palates. The hot and sour beef noodles were a highlight! The hotel's rooftop infinity pool offers unbeatable city views, and fresh fruit and drinks are available all day. Adults can sunbathe while kids play in the water, making it a place you can enjoy all day long. All in all, a very nice stay!

Front staffs on check in are good. The hotel’s air conditioning must be improve. A nightmare in this hotel is no electricity for over an hour without generating

The hotel is generally good. I've been staying here for a while, first for eight days, and then I extended my stay for another seven. The breakfast, which I had every day, wasn't monotonous; the dishes rotated. I swam and worked out daily, and if it wasn't raining, I'd explore the surroundings. Once I'd had enough, I'd head off to Vang Vieng and Luang Prabang to see more.

Guest UserMy stay at Vientiane Tiangai Hotel truly exceeded expectations; the experience was fantastic! The hotel has its own swimming pool, the water is clean, and after a good swim, relaxing on the nearby lounge chairs was incredibly comfortable. The view from the room window was absolutely stunning – expansive cityscapes during the day and beautiful night views in the evening, making every photo look great.
The location couldn't be better; transportation is super convenient. Taxis and public transport make getting anywhere very easy, no hassle at all for sightseeing. The biggest surprise was how close it is to the night market; just a few minutes' walk. It was super convenient to grab some snacks after dinner.
The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was soft and comfortable, and the environment was quiet and peaceful. The front desk staff were very friendly and check-in was quick. Being able to enjoy the pool and views, while also having such convenient access to shopping and attractions, makes it perfect for both tourists and short stays. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area. Highly recommend!

Guest UserThe hotel's location is decent, with a Big C supermarket nearby, which is convenient for dining and shopping. However, the breakfast is very mediocre, not living up to its Ctrip 5-diamond rating or its self-proclaimed 4-star Great Wall brand. I'm not sure how hotels outside of China can be rated by domestic Chinese star standards; it clearly seems like a self-awarded brand. There was a power outage in my room in the middle of the night. After dawn at 6 AM, I realized only my room had no power while other areas did. The phone was broken, so I had to walk to the front desk to request a repair. By 8 AM, no one had come to fix it, and the response I received was that the maintenance staff hadn't woken up yet. The room had a strong smell, clearly from long-term smoking. It improved slightly after turning on the air conditioning, but it still felt unpleasant. The hotel's hardware could be on par with a 4-star domestic Chinese hotel, but it's poorly maintained, and the staff's service is subpar, a far cry from the 'Dream South' service slogan. I will definitely not choose this hotel again, nor any other hotel under the 'Dream South' brand.
